Specials and Happy Hour Menu (7-2026)
Christina K.

This is a really nice neighborhood bar and restaurant that is great for families and for singles or couples who like sitting at the bar. There's a lot of beers on tap which is great. If you like sports, there's a lot of televisions throughout the entire place as well. We sat at the bar and the bartender Stephanie was awesome! She is very friendly and provided great service. Seeing that their burgers are big, we decided to first share a Bacon Chili Cheese Fries. The fries come out nice and crispy which holds up really nice to the chili and cheese on top. Down to the bottom, I still had crisp fries. This made the dish really good. The chili had a good consistency and flavor. We shared an Apple Brie Burger because the description looked really unique - it had green apple in it! I really did enjoy the sweet and tart green apple in contrast to the salty bacon and brie cheese. The burger bun is a big bun, so this is definitely a shareable if you are ordering other things. We chose to pair the burger with Sweet Potato Fries which comes with a unique pumpkin dipping sauce. While different, I felt it was a bit addicting after a while! All in all - we had a great time here. Excellent service, good food and nice atmosphere.

Burgers are always solid. Milkshaked are fun. Environment is a little dark, but comfortable enough. It's a fun place to watch Sporting events as they have tvs everywhere. Evan was our server tonight and he's fantastic. If he isn't managing this location in a year, I'll be surprised.

We arrived during diner time and we were seated immediately. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming. The food portions are worth their weight in value. You will leave happy and satisfied. Our server Evan was amazing, super attentive and responsive; great attitude and charming for a young fella. We ordered a few items off the HH menu and they were amazing. The hamburger was huge super tasting, awesome chicken wings, and the chicken lettuce wraps were excellent. The dinning area is very relaxing with nice wall decor and plenty of televisions throughout for your viewing pleasure. The restaurant and restrooms are clean, super important to me, If the restaurant and restrooms are clean...then the kitchen is clean. I'd say give them a try, you will be glad that you did.

Really good happy! The inside is a cool beer bar vibe and they have a photo booth inside! The appetizers on the happy hour menu were really good and a good price. Our server was great and brought over drinks for us to sample before we ordered. I arrived around 5:00 when only a few other people were there and by 6:00 it was completely packed so just be prepared to wait a little depending the time you come

We tried the $28 all you can eat option. Definitely worth the money if you get even just 2 items. I tried the apple Brie burger and it was delicious. Only complaint is that they charged me $5 for "no bun" I told the waiter I had a gluten allergy and she said I could do a gluten free bun or no bun. She said the GF bun was a $2 up charge (which was also listed on the menu) but did not mention anything about an up charge for no bun. I can't understand why they would charge extra for less food. This seems absurd.

Came for early lunch and service was great, all TVs had soccer and baseball games running. Server kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly. I got the wagyu dip with a side of onion rings and both were so good. It hit the spot and didn't feel too fancy or underwhelming. Would definitely come back and try their other items!

Going for trivia night is probably different than a normal night, but the atmosphere was a lot of fun. There is a patio for those who prefer a quieter lcale while inside there was more or a rowdy group enjoying trivia and the multiple televisions on the walls showing sports. The waitress was very attentive and came to get our drink order right away. She was very knowledgeable, giving recommendations and double checking everything for accuracy. When she took the food order she again vefied things and gave suggestions. It took a little bit to get the food, especially dessert, but with trivia going on it was slightly difficult to move around. I would definitely go back to check out a regular night. It was a little louder inside than was good for conversation but they have just been because of the trivia crowd.

Great service and fun space - love all the art. I went for the Restaurant Week special and tried the best damn bacon cheeseburger. It was really good, burger cooked at medium - just could use a fresher or slightly different tomato slice (mine had that crunchy bit left in the middle) and I'd add a lot more grilled onions. Loved the Mac n cheese bites. I must try a shake next time.

Our first stop in Vegas and it didn't disappoint. Waitress was great and the environment was awesome. Great happy hour! Got the jalapeño jackpot burger which was amazing the bacon was so good. We also got the golden feast which was equally great and a ton of food! Finished it up with the strawberry cheesecake milkshake which OMG was good! Only thing is don't get the fries they weren't good at all.......upgrade for tots!! Will absolutely recommend to anyone!!

Every so often you run into a let down from a place you've been to many times. Slater's 50/50 is usually a sure fire winner...not the case today. I think I counted a total of 3 employees working on a March Madness Sunday. That's either crazy, cheap, or an event out of their control. I hope it was the latter of the three. The food was wrong for both of us including the dude next to us who waited for an additional 30 minutes. I think the kitchen was watching the game that's how slow and wrong the food was. Of course being so few employees on duty lended itself the tables and bar being behind on bussing them. We will come back but please get back to where this brand usually is.

Karen our server was fantastic. The place is very nice. The trivia was definitely fun but it took forever! It definitely needs sped up. And saying that it was "lion king trivia" but only having a few questions at the end was a major stretch. The food was very good. We had the fried mozzarella, Mac and cheese balls, burger and chicken strips which were all very good. Review from March 2025

Tried Slater's 50/50 and it definitely lives up to the hype if you're a burger fan! We ordered the Backyard Classic Burger and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The Backyard Classic tasted fresh, juicy, and had that great backyard-grill style comfort feel, while the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich had just the right amount of kick without being overpowering. We also had the bottomless mimosas and micheladas, and they tasted amazing such a fun bonus that made the whole experience even better. The servers were awesome and very attentive, which really made the visit even more enjoyable. The menu has tons of creative burger options, so it's a great place if you like trying something different. Service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything came out hot and fresh. Definitely a solid spot when you're craving a really good burger. We'll be back to try more!

Amazing time here on a Wednesday night we completely forgot that on Wednesdays they host trivia night right after happy hour here at latest 50-50. It's quite exciting to see the place entirely filled every table packed including the bar, but we were still able to get a seat. Evan took care of us served us amazing delicious food all night long and we enjoyed every second of our wonderful evening.

Prices for both food and drinks were reasonable; I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like at many other sports bars. The our waitress Havana was lovely, friendly, and very attentive, which made the experience even better. I have to say their ribs are disappointingly dry. Maybe a decent spot to catch some sports and pass the time. The food seems ok if you know what to get. But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

I ordered the Power Bowl with blackened chicken, and wow. If bowls could win awards, this one would be giving an acceptance speech. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and the whole dish was fresh, filling, and absolutely delicious. I'd happily order it again tomorrow. I also tried the avocado egg rolls. They were... fine. Not bad, not amazing, kind of like the opening act before the headliner. The dipping sauce that came with them was a little shy in the flavor department as well. All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. My husband and I stopped by for dinner around 3:30 P.M on a Friday at Smoke & Fire. The restaurant is located near South Pecos Road and East Russell Road. There was plenty of parking spots available. As I walked inside the restaurant, a team member had greeted us and let us know that it was open seating. There were only a few other customers inside the restaurant at the time we had dinner. There was plenty of tables inside and outside the restaurant though! TVs were situated throughout the restaurant. There was a variety of sports games playing. When we sat at our table, the team member brought over menus and asked if we'd like anything to drink while we looked through the menu. She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. Sandwiches: Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Sandwich, Donut Smashed Burger (Seasonal), Sliders Chicken and Waffles, Street Style Tacos, Chicken Tenders and more! After looking through the menu, we ultimately decided on the following 3 Meat Platter: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, and Brisket with Mac N Cheese/Sweet Potato Tots The World Famous Blueberry Chicken Sandwich: Pepper Jack Cheese, Housemade Blueberry Jam, blueberry aioli, and Jalapeno. The service was super quick. I don't think we waited longer than 10 minutes for our meal. It was nice that our meal was served in to go containers as well! The highlight of the meal was the blueberry chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and tender. The blueberry aioli and the jam was scrumptious. This was a first time having a sandwich like this before! I would come back to Smoke & Fire just to get the sandwich. The BBQ pulled pork, pulled chicken and brisket was good. I enjoyed the mac n cheese and the sweet potato tots though! I don't normally see sweet potato tots so I just had to try it out! They were super crispy and packed with flavor. The food was yummy here and the service was fantastic! If I'm in the area again, I would stop by Smoke & Fire to have another meal. I think next time though, I am going to have to try out their pulled pork burger!
