We had such a good experience at Slater's 50/50! We tried a LOT of the menu and honestly really enjoyed everything we had. The mac & cheese balls were a favorite for both of us and ended up being my husband's favorite bite of the night. We also really liked the sweet potato fries with the pumpkin dipping sauce. It was sweet, almost like a little treat, and such a good combo. My favorite burger was definitely the Original 50/50. I mean, you're at Slater's 50/50, you have to try the burger that's half beef and half bacon lol. It was SO good and probably what I'd order again next time. We also have to shout out our server Katie! She was so kind and attentive the entire time and gave us some great recommendations. She suggested finishing with the CookieCraze shake and I'm very glad we listened because it was incredible. Definitely save some room for it! Overall, just a really fun, casual spot with friendly service, really good food and great prices for what you get. It felt super family-friendly too. Stopped in a few years ago and the food was so good, especially the vampire dip. We came in again last night to celebrate our son's birthday. The food was as good as I remember. This time Evan was the server. He was attentive without being overly so. He offered his favorites. We ordered two Golden Feast, 1/3 Nashville Chicken sandwich, 1/3 Lons Star burger with onion rings, s'mores milkshake, and sodas. Bill was roughly $165 for the four of us. The service and the food is off the chain! Highly recommend to come starving. So much food and everything tasted amazing. We had the Nashville Screamin' Chicken Sandwich, the Best Damn Bacon Cheeseburger, bacon, mac & cheese, balls, crispy, bacon, brussels sprouts, chicken, wings, and tenders and sweet potato fries. This is a really nice neighborhood bar and restaurant that is great for families and for singles or couples who like sitting at the bar. There's a lot of beers on tap which is great. If you like sports, there's a lot of televisions throughout the entire place as well. We sat at the bar and the bartender Stephanie was awesome! She is very friendly and provided great service. Seeing that their burgers are big, we decided to first share a Bacon Chili Cheese Fries. The fries come out nice and crispy which holds up really nice to the chili and cheese on top. Down to the bottom, I still had crisp fries. This made the dish really good. The chili had a good consistency and flavor. We shared an Apple Brie Burger because the description looked really unique - it had green apple in it! I really did enjoy the sweet and tart green apple in contrast to the salty bacon and brie cheese. The burger bun is a big bun, so this is definitely a shareable if you are ordering other things. We chose to pair the burger with Sweet Potato Fries which comes with a unique pumpkin dipping sauce. While different, I felt it was a bit addicting after a while! We tried the $28 all you can eat option. Definitely worth the money if you get even just 2 items. I tried the apple Brie burger and it was delicious. Only complaint is that they charged me $5 for "no bun" I told the waiter I had a gluten allergy and she said I could do a gluten free bun or no bun. She said the GF bun was a $2 up charge (which was also listed on the menu) but did not mention anything about an up charge for no bun. I can't understand why they would charge extra for less food. I had an original 50/50 Burger that was phenomenal! It was the right amount of juicy and delicious! The beef tasted very fresh compared to many places in Vegas that seem to use the same frozen patties. The fries came with ketchup with BACON mixed in!!! Brilliant! We arrived during diner time and we were seated immediately. The entire staff was pleasant and welcoming. The food portions are worth their weight in value. You will leave happy and satisfied. Our server Evan was amazing, super attentive and responsive; great attitude and charming for a young fella. We ordered a few items off the HH menu and they were amazing. In town for the 4th of July and the other couple we were with suggested Slater's. It's in a small strip of businesses and I was surprised it wasn't packed on this holiday weekend. The vibe inside is a sports bar with TV's to watch sports. That was nice with the FIFA games on. So the concept is basically all you can eat burgers and appetizers. There's several softener prices depending on what you want. We went with the basic which was $28 a person. Drinks are not included unless you get top package. Honestly, the appetizer mediocre. We tried the macaroni cheese balls, fries, onion rings and salads. They were obviously frozen quality and don't have ALOT of flavor. I did have the Brussels sprouts which I liked. There is a patio for those who prefer a quieter lcale while inside there was more or a rowdy group enjoying trivia and the multiple televisions on the walls showing sports. The waitress was very attentive and came to get our drink order right away. She was very knowledgeable, giving recommendations and double checking everything for accuracy. When she took the food order she again vefied things and gave suggestions. It took a little bit to get the food, especially dessert, but with trivia going on it was slightly difficult to move around. Our first stop in Vegas and it didn't disappoint. Waitress was great and the environment was awesome. Great happy hour! Got the jalapeño jackpot burger which was amazing the bacon was so good. We also got the golden feast which was equally great and a ton of food! Finished it up with the strawberry cheesecake milkshake which OMG was good! Every so often you run into a let down from a place you've been to many times. Slater's 50/50 is usually a sure fire winner...not the case today. I think I counted a total of 3 employees working on a March Madness Sunday. That's either crazy, cheap, or an event out of their control. I hope it was the latter of the three. The food was wrong for both of us including the dude next to us who waited for an additional 30 minutes. I think the kitchen was watching the game that's how slow and wrong the food was. Of course being so few employees on duty lended itself the tables and bar being behind on bussing them. We will come back but please get back to where this brand usually is. read more

We ordered the Backyard Classic Burger and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. My wife and I decided to tackle Slater's 50/50 as a team because apparently we're mature adults who know our limits... or just wanted to save room for dessert. We split a burger, my wife got the fries, and I ordered the onion rings. The burger was phenomenal, the fries disappeared faster than my self-control, and the onion rings were crispy enough to make nearby tables jealous. Our server, Evan, absolutely crushed it. He checked on us several times without making us feel like we were under surveillance, perfect balance. Friendly, attentive, and somehow rocking a blond-haired, mustache look that gave off "1980s movie star" energy. If you've met him, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around.
