Local place right down the block from us, great happy hour deals, and an awesome place to watch the VGK games with other fans! Food is very reasonable, takes a little while to get to you but excellent as far as cheap bar/pub food goes. Love the beers they have on tap and the happy hours & specials really make it affordable for us locals. Fan of their wings, the club sandwich, and their signature buzz sauce (it's like franks red hot with something else I can't quite place) Only thing I'm not super crazy about is that there's no designated smoking area separate from the restaurant. The whole place is a smoking area and sometimes the place gets a little stinky and smoky. If that doesn't bother you then not a big deal at all. Still a great place! Let's go Knights!!! read more

Joe the grave bartender is awesome, he has been here a while and in the industry for over 25 years I believe, so he know his stuff. He is very knowledgeable and is always aware of what is going on and takes care of every one the same. And Shannon ( I believe is her name, sorry if I'm wrong), but she is the swing bartender and she always remembers me, even though I forget her name. Golden Entertainment is a JOKE. I've lived in the area for 20 years and have been to this bar many times. It used to be an ok place to gamble and have some drinks. Not anymore. I've been to this location only a couple times in the past 5 years. It is horrible, you can't win here. I briefly worked for this company when they bought the casino I worked at. Immediately, they tightened up all of the slot machines. Obviously they have done the same at their bars. I could overlook the low paying machines if is wasn't for the fact that all the machines have sticky buttons and are annoying AF to play. Too bad they pay their slot techs pennies on the dollar compared to real casinos. I just had lunch at this place and was amazed by the $11 burger that was smaller than my index finger in width!!? Wtf!!! They should call it a overpriced slider.. Then the place has horrible ventilation, smells like a old ash tray. Very dull, non attractive environment and the music is horrific!! Being a local, of course I come here often. Decided to catch a quick drink w my friend on Saturday 4/16/22 7pm ish. As soon as I took a seat in a non gaming seat I was asked if I was playing. I said no and was told that my friend couldn't sit there if she wasn't playing. Seemed a little aggressive considering I just sat down and my friend was in the restroom. I ordered beers and we just moved to the back high tops to avoid any confrontation or issues. The rest of the night every single table:bar top seemed to be checked up on and given attention. Me and my friends have been going here for the last couple weeks to watch the golden knights play and eat some good food. Each time it's been a good time and everything went smooth except this time. Upon arriving it did take a while for a waiter or waitress to come by and take our order. We ordered drinks right away but it did take us a little to order food so that wasn't a big deal. Once we did order food the fries were so salted it was almost impossible to enjoy, it ruined some of our appetite just because it seemed everything was going to be salty. It took the waiter almost another 20 minutes to check if we needed more drinks or to check if everything with the food was ok which it wasn't. We complained about the salty fries and he told us the chef can make a new batch with no salt so we were hopeful. The new fries came out and there was still salt on them. How does salt get added on there if the staff themselves said there would be no salt. We didn't eat the fries and one of us didn't even touch the burger. The whole meal was ruined. On top of that the service was really bad, it took forever to get drinks to our table and even longer for "Scott" our server to check on us. He was too busy talking to a group of guys and every other table besides us. We weren't being rude about the food whatsoever so we don't know if they thought we were mad or what but we just wanted to get drinks and eat food. There's no reason for our group of 2 to only order 2 drinks In a matter of 3 hours. I was sitting there with two empty glasses and Scott never came over to see if I wanted another one. What the heck, tab, you should be paying me for wasting time. Her only reply was "I don't know what to tell you". Sean the bartender and Thomas the cook make this place awesome. My husband and I go here frequently and it's never been bad. Clean, well stocked and always a friendly crowd. Sean always makes sure to serve us as soon as we walk in and is always charming. Thomas the cook is amazing and takes pride in his food and is super sweet. Thomas also likes to talk sports with my husband which is nice touch. Happy hour is on point and the atmosphere is chill. See about two weeks ago PT's corporate apparently decided that the patrons who come in to eat and drink really don't matter that much. They have cut the food menu by more than half. They no longer have club sandwiches, no chicken fingers, no italian pizza, etc. The PT's food czars have spoken and the public apparently don't matter. Let's only serve the best sellers, not offer a large variety of items to choose from. Still love the staff and bar selection, just don't agree with cutting the food menu to the bare bones.
