Decently priced food for Vegas, and a larger selection of Bev'Os when compared to other places. The issue comes from how food and drinks are handled once your waiter drops off the order. Only the bartenders pour drinks, so you can go thirty plus minutes before you get a drink if the bartenders are only paying attention and talking to customers at the bar. Went here a few day's and it was always like this after 7pm. Every time at least one person in my parties food order would be lost, and everyone else would get there food well before anyone else. I just love this place. Amazing turkey burger called The Tom. I like to get it lettuce wrapped. The patty is so flavorful and moist. Nothing like a demur turkey patty to kill a meal, right? Well, The Tom is the opposite. And. I am glad that I order it without the bun to accommodate my keto diet because by not having the bun, I am able to eat the whole turkey patty. As good as the patty is, I think my favorite part is the lemony arugula. It's the magical touch that ties all the flavors from the turkey, tomato and avocado together. Waitress came by filled up my water once, didn't ask if we needed anything and then basically ignored us the rest of the time. My food came out, my sister's food came out, as did the mushrooms and mozzarella sticks and then we also ordered a side of mashed potatoes as well. I stared at my food and waited for my mom's fish tacos to arrive. Time goes by, my food is now cold, my sister starts eating since she had to run and I am STILL waiting for my mom's food. All while this waitress is nonexistent to our table, however seemed to be attentive to the other tables in the area. As she was nowhere to be found for us, I resorted to asking the hostess if we could get some help because my mom still hadn't received her food and it had been way over 30 minutes. And, NO, they were not busy, they had just opened for lunch. Once I spoke to the hostess the waitress magically appeared behind me. I then as her when my moms food would be and she stated that she would check so I sat back down and shared my food with my mom as I couldn't sit there and eat while she had nothing. The waitress came out of the kitchen, proceeded to let my sister know that her mashed potatoes would be out soon, and WALKED AWAY without even mentioning the missing meal we were waiting for. I just took a deep breath and waited. My sister's mashed potatoes came out. Waitress never appeared to us again and we were STILL waiting for my mom's meal. 45 minutes later, my mom's Grilled Fish Tacos finally came out, of course by then everyone else's plate was empty. I sat there as my mom ate her food, I didn't even bother to ask if it was any good at that point. And of course, the waitress continued to be nonexistent for our table. I looked around for her so we could get the check but she was too busy talking with the people at one of the other tables, she made eye contact with me then turned away and continued to speak to the people at the table she was at while she causally leaned on one of their chairs, I was getting nowhere so I then got back up and went back to the hostess and asked if there was someone that could help us other than the waitress because we needed the check. She said the waitress would have to help me, irritated at this point, I turned back to the table and what do you know, the waitress was magically behind me again. I stated that we needed the check, to which she replied " I know". WTF. She stood there knowing what we needed and yet obviously didn't care. She brought me the check IN A CUP, as if she did not want to touch me. I signed the check and left. Pissed off is saying it nicely. We had really enjoyed dinner and we looked forward to eating there again. However, I would honestly rather eat my shoe than go back there, at least for lunch. We came to try the beer, specifically the stouts since it was the first place to have so many. The server was polite and took our order. Not sure if we should have sat at the bar because it took longer for us the get 2 flights of beer than it did for someone who sat down after us to get their food. The time it took to pour some beer seemed ridiculous. After we finally got the flights of beer two selections were incorrect but the server had taken the correct order so it was the bar that made the mistake. We also had to wait a long time for them to correct that and they didn't have one of the selections that might of been good available so it was an even bigger disappointment. This hidden pub located inside the Tuscany Hotel and Casino is surprisingly a great place to catch your favorite team play while you throw down a few drinks and snack on a few treats. It has more TVs than the sportsbook! Service is good. The patrons aren't rowdy and they claim to be family friendly. Which I did notice there were a few little ones and newborns in there. The food was decent and reasonably priced. If you plan on staying a while, that isn't a problem. Just remember to keep ordering something to keep the servers happy and tip well. If you're a beer fan, they are sure to have something you'll like. My favorite food item that I tried was the poke. I'll probably be back again when in the area. And the food is pricey. The appetizers alone hit double digits in most cases. Don't go...service zero stars, food timing served zero stars- first to last person served dinner was 45 minutes later. Terrible for a restaurant. Food service 101. Do you like when the server comes to the table with a plate and says "who has the fish tacos, who had the unicorn burger no pickles!" She took our order! Not a food runner! Why did you not number the customers at the table?? Why would it take 45 min to get a beer? I went back to the hotel room and got my own water and red wine way before the server brought any drinks! This is Vegas...we've never waited so long for alcohol. Usually it's served up every few seconds to keep you gambling. Service fee was +22% as we had more than 5 people. That is far from fair. Even if the food and drinks were not the servers fault but was the kitchen and bar staff...to tag on 22% is highway robbery. Shocked this place has so many good reviews. Maybe it just went downhill but our travel partners said they had a mediocre experience here last year. Hmm. Cannot recommend folks! What a shame when we only have so many meals to enjoy in Vegas.
