I have been going to public auction Vegas for two years when they unexpectedly close their doors with no explanation given. Several attempts to contact them, resulted in no response. They are still operating out of Reno, as I still get solicitations from them for that auction, but not for Las Vegas. Very strange that they won't respond. Warehouse selling pallet items. I've purchased 10 items in 2 auctions, some new and some in used condition. You are able to go in person on Friday to view all items prior to bidding that weekend. A few weeks ago, I purchased $1400 worth of products and wasn't able to pick up on the pick up days Monday or Tuesday so I called and they let me pick up on Friday. One of the items were too large to fit in my car so they held it another week until I could find a vehicle to pick it up. They offered to tie it to the top of my vehicle and wrap it but I didn't think that was a great idea for a 75 inch tv traveling across town, LOL. They even offered to deliver it across town if I paid for the gas. I declined since I had to return items anyway. 2 of the 7 items in my last purchase were unsatisfactory, wrong keys to a lock and blender motor sounded like it was going out- they returned them without any issues and refunded my card. Items below $20 get store credit. All in all, friendly group of guys anytime I've needed assistance. I will continue to purchase from this place and plan on taking advantage of the viewing day to check out items prior to bidding. read more

Spent over 200 in the auction on Sunday picked up my items and they were all I'm boxes, the pictures look like chairs and tables were already assembled and new but when I unboxed everything the computer chairs were damaged, dirty and missing parts and the table was all broken. First time for this Auction the one on Abel is legit and service is good but if you go here be prepared to get scammed. They couldn't even call me back after I left a message. Not worth the risk. The scam is that you can pick up items outside of normal business hours, but the return time is on Friday during work hours. They're betting on you not thinking it's worth bringing back. And that is how it worked on me. A few of the items that I got that didn't work properly weren't worth taking time out my work day to return, but other items were fine (very used, and very dirty, but overall fine) so I took a few more chances. The one time the problem with the item was bad enough to take time off and drive across town, they wouldn't take the return. DO NOT WAIST YOU MONEY WITH PUBLIC AUTION VEGAS!!! They list products for you to bid on. When you have paid them and go to pick up the item they do not give you the full item listed. I say bad business, they say "it's as is". I say DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. Example if it's listed on their sight baby crib mattress/crib you will either get just the mattress or just the crib even through you have bid and paid for both items list and only recover part of what you have paid them. I say refund me for item because it's not what I paid for. They say "it our policy not to refund anyone" Again I say "bad business." And they "say so what". Take it or leave it but no refund even through we are totally dishonest with our website page. And by the way I have found that MOST OF THEIR STUFF IS EITHER BROKEN OR USED!!! I've gotten some good stuff, but be VERY careful on what you bid on, it is not all as it appears online.

Well, I've been doing business with them for several years - so here I am writing this less than positive review. I'm talking about them selling/auctioning boxes full of broken items, then, after you send them pictures - (it's over 100 mile round trip for me) in an attempt to be refunded. they offer a $10 credit. So.... I added up what I'd spent with them over the last three months, included my gas cost, and it comes to well over $1,000.00. Then I factored in the 7 items that were either damaged or unusable, that they failed to so mention in the auction details. I buy a lot from auctions - this auction is the only one that consistently auctions/sells broken, damaged and/or unusable items and then gives you a hard time, or insults you with a low ball 'discount'. I will no longer be doing business with them - there are plenty of other dog and pony shows in Vegas, that I (believe it or not) feel are honest and/or are trying hard to be. Over the course of the last 2 months, I have purchased a little over $1,000 in items. Of those items, not ONE was brand new but the items were listed as if they were new and in unopened boxes. All the items I've purchased are opened and more often than not, they're missing parts. I purchased an item recently that was a kids toy, and as soon as I got it opened I realized that all the parts were not there. I recently also purchased a bed frame, and it was missing a leg!! Before you bid on anything be sure to check out their website thoroughly. If you act in good faith you will get burned. If it doesn't sat that the item is new, refurbished, open box, use or damaged, (which it doesn't), ASSUME THE WORST. If it doesn't say money back satisfaction guarantee, (which it doesn't), ASSUME THE WORST. If it says to bring it back if there are any issues (which it does), that doesn't mean that you will get a refund, YOU WON'T. (Do a google search to find other reviews elsewhere. I found several that said that you will have to argue just to get a store credit. In fact, the owner was very evasive when I when I got in touch with him and asked about his refund policy, and he would not give me a straight answer.) You can also expect a long wait when you go to get your item. They are very under staffed. One person to help with a long process, and a line that at one point was 10 people long. I waited for 45 minutes during which the owner was phoned several times because at least one person wanted a refund (they only got a credit). A word to the wise is sufficient. read more

Employees that help load your items are great, management on the other hand are super rude and disrespectful, I spent well over $10k with them when they first opened but over the years the service has gotten so bad that I refuse to give them any more of my money. Items are never tested or inspected so its at your discretion to do that and then hope that they will accept the refund for store credit only which is merely impossible as they look for any reason to refuse to issue a credit even on blatant misrepresented items. I left them a negative review on Facebook and they deleted every comment I left and finally blocked me, they sell "Random Items" boxes with estimated retail of some random $$ usually $200 all AS IS but once you actually get the box its literally all broken non usable garbage, they go thru pallets and all the leftover broken items they package up into a lot and sell as is lot, they also only give you 2 days to pick up your items in the smallest time window that unless you are unemployed would never be able to meet and they keep your money aswell as the items if you don't pick up in time Moral of the story here, stay away from this place, they are the typical bait and switch type business model and don't care how they treat customers and in the end you ae left with useless broken items and store credit if you're lucky, many other auction houses in town with amazing service, steer clear read more

The staff and employees are very helpful and friendly. We have the opportunity to view the items we're interested in ahead of time and we can get assistance prior to the auction. This place is a scam. They sell you broken and damaged items. When you try to go and return it, they will tell you it states missing or broken parts but they don't tell you what that is in the description. When I was there, other people were trying to return item and being told no. I will never go on their website again. Like in everyone's review the invoice states " If you have any issues with any items please bring them back Friday 10am-5pm". I guess this means you're screwed because your not getting any refund. If you do get a refund it is a credit so you have to buy more garbage from them. They still have your money. read more

Majority of items are broken. They don't open the boxes nor test items prior to selling. Upon pick up, you take the items home and hope they work, if they do not, you drive all the way back to drop off on a Friday. It is a lot of work to "hope for" a quality item.... read more
