Public House is an excellent Sports Bar inside of the Luxor. Spacious dining and pub areas laden with flat screens showing various live sports games. A nice selection of classic food offerings to eat while watching the games like burgers, wings, sandwiches, and a variety of other items. I ended up ordering two dozen wings. Buffalo, lemon pepper, and salt & vinegar. All the wings were delicious and freshly made, not to mention I enjoyed the celery and carrots that accompanied the wings which these days is a forgotten classic side with wings, along with blue cheese and ranch. The service was great and fast. Kept my drinks filled. A great place to go before a Raiders game or events at Allegiant Stadium or T Mobile Arena, since both are close by. Stayed at the Luxor for a few nights and one of the nights we tried the Public House for dinner. Went with a buddy and we both ordered "The Standard Burger" which came with a side of fries. I got a coke and my friend just got water. Each burger was $24 and my coke was $7 dollars. (Got one refill) I left a $10 dollar tip and the total after tax and tip was about $70 dollars. Was the food good....yes.... Was the service great.....yes But there's zero reason to charge that much for two cheese burgers and one soda. Soda is cheap. At $7 dollars that's got to be a 300% mark up. (Or more) how is that legal? But, I'm the moron who paid it. I guess my point is, Vegas is complaining that tourism is down. I ordered and less than three minutes later my burger was delivered, which means it was sitting in a heating tray and that's exactly what it tasted like. The meat was dry and preformed meat. The fries were overcooked and obviously been sitting there for a while. It's impossible for someone to serve you food in three minutes and make it fresh. burger fries and a soda cost me $48. For that kind of money food should be made in the kitchen when you order it. The only saving graces for this place is the bartenders are awesomely nice people and then scream behind the bar is 15 feet. Guy next to me ordered chicken wings and they came out cold and raw. Dined here on my first night with my friend as we were staying at Luxor and didn't want to roam around too much. We also had a $75 dining credit and had a discount thru MyVegas. One thing I haven't had forever was anything raw seafood-related, so I had to go with the Ahi Tuna Poke nachos. The price was a bit of a sticker shock coming from Canada, as I wasn't expecting that the nachos would be over $30 CAD. The portions were huge though, to the point where I wish I could've shared with my friend (she's not crazy over raw fish). Nothing too special about it otherwise. Service wasn't anything special, it took a while for us to be served. Ultimately we were taken care of the entire way once we got the attention of our server. I'll say this place is fine if you get the associated discounts. It's definitely hard for me to stomach paying full price here if that ended up being the only option. read more

We stayed at the Luxor to watch the Chris Brown concert and it was such a convenient location being walking distance to the Allegiant Stadium. We wanted to watch the niners game on a Sunday but didn't want to go somewhere too packed so we noticed they had a restaurant that showed the games and had multiple screens. We were able to make a reservation off of Google maps when searching this spot. We also got to request which game we wanted to watch. There were plenty of screens and areas to watch and they set up your table area for your game. We originally had a reservation for 6 but they were accommodating and our party was as larger as 8-9 at a point. They have all American food here. I got the standard burger which came with 2 Pattie's, for $6 more you could add an appetizer and a shale. So I got the spinach and artichoke dip and my friend took my vanilla milkshake. My friends also got onion rings, nachos, mashed potatoes. They allow you to sit there for the entire game and you don't feel pressured to leave. They do charge for extra ranch. They also have a full bar. You can also order room service and use your room credit from here too. read more

This place serves burgers, sandwiches, salads, a good variety of appetizers, steak, ribs, fish n chips, and desserts. The beer menu is pretty extensive and they have some specialty cocktails. The atmosphere is a total sports bar. Many TVs in the area and a large screen in the bigger room. I feel this would be a great game day hang out. I wasn't really sure what I wanted to order. It was just me, a party for one so I couldn't try more items on the menu as I would like. I did order The Standard burger. I noticed their burgers are double patty, which is great. Thought getting their basic burger would do the trick and might want me thinking of visiting again in the future. I think it did. There was just something that didn't light that spark of "I gotta tell my friends about this place". One thing that did rub me the wrong way was asking for a side of ranch cost $1. I used to come here all the time years ago and the food was great. I used to love the filet sliders but they are long gone from the menu. It's basically burgers, fries and basic bar fare now with lots of beers on tap. It's Vegas so yes, it's overpriced. I ordered the chicken tenders. It was a huge portion, but didn't include a side. For $31 I got five chicken tenders, a side of fries and an iced water. This was just too much for me! It's just too expensive. Vegas has really started to price itself out. Service was decent although there was a waiter that crashed into my chair frequently when walking Behind me to cut through. (Trust me, there was plenty room available that this didn't have to happen and he never apologized.) It's loud like any sports bar. Has several big screens to watch so we were actually able to catch the Aces playoff game that was going on next door at Mandalay Bay. There food isn't anything special. on a relatively quiet Monday night, we had a 20 minute wait for a table. We were greeted quickly and had water almost before we could look at the menu. Once we ordered, we had our food within 10 minutes. The tables around us, even the large groups, had their food pretty quickly too. My husband had the chicken BLT. THAT was a sandwich - it was so tall he had trouble getting his mouth around it - I only managed because I took off the tomatoes. There was a teeny bit of kick from, I think, the chipotle aioli. The toppings were extremely fresh, the bacon crisp and the cheese perfectly melted in the sandwich and unexpectedly, on top of the bun. It came with thin, super crisp fries that really rocked. This sandwich was a solid 5. I ordered the entree Caesar salad. Unfortunately, this salad was a hard 2. The salad was totally overdressed - and I like a lot of dressing. For $18, would it be too much to expect housemade croutons? I guess asking for shaved parm vs the shredded stuff that comes in those huge food service bags is asking a bit too much. I realize I'm in Vegas and prices are crazy, but adding protein would have put my salad near the $25 mark and that was for a hamburger patty. Salmon would have made this a $30 salad. Even though I'm on vacation, I just can't. If you are going to Vegas AND you like bargains, then I assume that you are already playing My Vegas Slots. If you are, there is a $20 off $40 redemption that you can make for not a whole lot of points. At least it took away the pain of that salad. The restaurant has TV's everywhere - it would be a great place to watch the game with friends. There was one TV not set to hockey - it was playing older movies. It would have been great if the subtitles had been on. I would definitely come back, if for nothing else, that chicken BLT. Definitely don't come here expecting health food.
