BEWARE!!! I originally left a glowing review as the agent was so helpful and everything was clean and secure. Boy was I wrong. I am in end stage heart failure and every dime goes towards medications and medical bills. I rented a unit for around $147/month. I saw in the contract there is a clause saying that they reserve the right to make occasional slight rental increases. That seemed fair as we all know prices go up everyday Well only six month after struggling to find help to move the last of my possessions into the unit since I had to move in with my sister because I am dying, they raise my rent by 34% to almost $200. That has to be illegal. I will be contacting the BBB and Consumer Affairs and anyone else who will listen. There are storage places popping up everywhere. They are surely not the only game in town. I came a few days late from my opening date and the staff was understanding, very informative, professional and polite! I spoke with someone named Sherry, and she had the most amazing personality! It made me feel comfortable with using the service! The biggest benefit was her telling me about the phone app to scan myself into the gate. I was elated to know that as I am short and it is difficult reaching in and out of the car window to touch the keypad so that was a great feature to be aware of! Clean site. Great units to rent. Easy access to your unit. Very secure. Sherry, in office, very friendly, helpful and personable Just wish they had a dumpster for customers to use when cleaning out our unit. Otherwise we have to take the trash with us. Makes it very inconvenient. read more

Had a horrible experience with this storage facility. Management is nice, but all of my stuff was *covered* in mouse poop when I went to move it out. The insurance, that I bought through them- Orange Door- apparently doesn't cover your things being ruined unless you specifically bought "vermin insurance" and will only cover only up to $250 worth of damage. And I found out today that to get that $250, I have to pay a $100 dollar deductible. I feel scammed and really frustrated that I went with this storage space when there are so many others in the area. DO NOT GO WITH THIS PLACE. read more

When I originally signed up, the rep/mananger flat out lied to me that I was REQUIRED to purchase their insurance for the unit. When I called corporate they explained I did not and that I had to go back and resign the lease agreement. Now 4 months late, I get a postcard that my rent is going up 15%. I love the location, its very close to my home. My experience with the location was ok, I was very pleased to find that when I had a issue, I was directed to call the general manager out of mount laurel ( I believe his name was George) either way, the service was prompt and I was very pleased with the outcome. Inside of the office was clean, I was quite pleased with the storage space as well. I am definitely recommending others to check it out. read more

Mike was just a genuine guy, so this is more for him than anything else. I was kinda picky with my choice of unit, but he was patient and helped me find the right one. Thanks Mike! Having said that, I think this location is a bit older than others - some of the units have damaged walls, broken lights, and even appear to be a little dirty (hence me being picky). Overall, though, I think the facility is worth checking out- good location and great service. read more
