Ultimately I decided on a smaller unit bc I just needed a space to store boxes. I was able to choose the space, insured it and set up the date I wanted the rental to start. Easy as could be. On the day I wanted to start dropping things off, I got a text with the gate code and found a lock to use inside the storage unit when I arrived. On June 29 a Staff member stated no Uhaul trucks allowed in the Bay Area (Tunnel) per the owners. Rude staff member threatening to call the police and banning me from the property if I didn't comply with her wishes. I said for her to call them because the sign clearly states no truck over 20 feet and we were in a 17 foot. Due to her behavior, I moved completely out of the unit instead of my original plan.

Rick over the last few days has been extremely helpful, professional, and a joy to work with.
