Furthermore, I'm on the upper level of this two-story facility, and the elevator only works about a third of the time. This is a clean facility, probably because it's kind of new. And if you get a space on the bottom level, you won't have to worry about the elevator. But I would advise against getting an upper-level space here unless you don't think you'll need the elevator.

No, there isn't 24x7 gate access, but I didn't have a reason ever to be there between 10p and 6a. I never felt that I or my belongings were unsafe. It is busier here on weekends, but if you come earlier or later in the day, there usually isn't much congestion. They do have some carts onsite, so you don't necessarily have to bring your own. If you need service, you can always stop by during the office hours and someone was available to help. If I have a need to rent storage in the east metro in the future, I would certainly rent here again!
