Then she started huffing and puffing while on the call with me. After I told her that was rude she claimed to have asthma. She was rude short and tried to hang up on me multiple times because 4-6 minutes of using the phone with a customer was the end of the world I asked for email recap of her claiming to want to escalate with call to a district manager because I asked her to that I shouldn't worry because all calls are recorded and she didn't have to sent me an email. Is this what public storage has gone to? Is this what you guys represent? Brushing people off? Being rude? This is what customer service is in your eyes? The power of social media I will spread the word like wild fire. Your employee has my information and said she will escalate it. Christian is super friendly and accommodating to any of your storage needs. They have lots of different sizes in storage units to choose from. When I went in person to tour the facility in person because I still was unsure about what size I needed, Dave was phenomenal and absolutely great to work with. He was super patient when I wanted to see multiple units and made signing all the paperwork fun. The facilities overall are well kept, all units were clean and so were the general premises. All the units are drive up and incredibly easy to load and unload to. To top it all off, they are in a great area, have the best pricing and multiple deals to save money as well. I highly recommend this place for all storage needs.

Storewell (Hesperian location) is exactly as advertised: spotless, secure, and well-maintained. I searched extensively across two counties, visiting multiple facilities that either had poor reviews or didn't look anything like their photos. Storewell on Hesperian was the only one that exceeded my expectations and matched its presentation. If you ever need a larger unit, they maintain a waitlist with a transparent process for who gets priority, which makes planning easy and stress-free. I chose this location because the online rate was $184 -- already a stretch for me while working two jobs and trying to stabilize financially. In January 2026, with almost no notice, they increased my rent by $92 -- bringing it to $276. There was no limited promotion disclosed, no explanation, and no issue with my account. I've paid on time every month. Because of this sudden increase, I now cannot afford the unit and will likely have to sell everything I placed there -- items I stored during one of the hardest transitions of my life. After I left a 1-star review, they offered a $23 "discount" for only three months. That does not fix the issue. It feels insulting. If you rent here, understand that your rate can increase significantly at any time, regardless of payment history. If you need stability or are already financially stretched, reconsider before signing. What they did was opportunistic and incredibly disappointing.
