Do not rent from here! my items were sold in auction a MONTH prior to the date I was verbally given over the phone. I put my trust in this information, and now my items are gone. they will cut your locks and charge expensive fees, even if you are just a few days behind on a payment(NO courtesy/leniency at all) , sell your items early, etc, etc. ALSO, a woman at this location has horrible customer service skills, and a very bad attitutde over the phone - I would not be suprised if she was the one who gave wrong information or changed auction dates herself. Life is hard enough and its a shame to recieve bad customer service from miserable people that clearly do not like their job. read more

Overall very good! Super clean. Equipped with carts. You must have have a code to enter into multiple doors, and to enter the gate and leave the facility. This is sort of a hassle when moving in or out. However, it's secure. My code seemed to be not working when leaving this morning, but I got out. read more

There are never any carts available at this location so bring your own dolly or wheels and they are going to raise your rent every other month. We started at around $50 a month and ended at $143 a month on move out. Place was usually clean and ACs worked. read more

Do not rent from here!!!! I rented a unit for 3 months with all of mine and my kids stuff as we were in temporary housing for the summer. So our beds, furniture, everything was being stored. I went to start taking things out after 3 months and it's completely covered in MOLD! This is climate controlled. They would not do anything to help and had to wait for manager to call me which was no help when finally getting ahold. He was not willing to help in anyway. Insurance will only cover up to $250. I pay $200 a month for this unit. I am now having to come out of pocket thousands of dollars that I do not have to replace my kids living spaces. Also while waiting for manager to return I held off on paying rent. After 11 days of late payment they completely deny you access into unit. Worst customer service of my life!!! Hopefully I can save others from renting here and avoiding damages to their valuables. Avoid this place!!!!!! read more

I reached out to central and they weren't even able to get in contact with the property manager which is absurd and very unprofessional. Just left the facility and am completely disappointed and felt the staff was incompetent. I went in with a price in an email and they wouldn't honor it. They were rude and kept asking me to just swipe my card and when I asked for an explanation of charges they were put off by our inquiries. When I asked for clarification they suggested I call corporate. We will not be giving them our business. I left frustrated and had wasted an hour of hour time. read more

I booked online for a discounted price and literally 5 mins later they were offering the same size unit for $20 less. I tried to cancel onliine and was told that I would have to contact the property manage. Upon speaking with the property manage, I was told that she didn't have the authority to make the price adjustment. She could cancel the first reservation, but I would still be charge the $24 admin fee, which essentially negates the savings since I only plan to keep unit for a month. My recommendation is don't book and pay right away unless you're in a strict timeline crunch. Hold your reservation and look online for better deals. read more

Last week Public Storage said if I terminate before the 6th of any month, they would prorate that month for me and I only pay for the days I was there. I called a week later to say I would be leaving before the 6th of the next month and they said corporate had a new policy that you have to pay for a whole month regardless of when you give notice of termination. The guy at the office admitted he had told me something different the prior week, but it was beyond his control. I received a strategically worded voicemail from someone at corporate chanting policy to me, and of course thanking me for my business. I will not be using Public Storage again, anywhere. read more

Don't store anything here! If you do make sure when you move out that you DONT call the office to tell them. They will deny you talked to anyone. ( I notified 30+ days in advance!) always paid on time and was a good customer! (stored and paid for a year) Apparently we left a piece of tape on the floor so they charged me an additional $116 for not 'leaving it the way I found it' and then told me to remove the few items we placed at the dumpster for pick up. Save your money and go elsewhere to store your belongings. read more

Public Storage is the worst. Renter beware!! Was told I needed to vacate the property because they were renovating and when I moved out early (because I had to) I was told that they won't credit me for the remainder of the month I paid!! Brian is the regional manager and I've had to deal with him twice. Both times he was useless. It's funny though, even the people that work there freely admit that he's incapable of anything. I have had the worst experience with this location. We tried to vacate the storage unit on 5/31/16 after having given 30 days advance notice via phone. The office staff / management did not recognize that vacate notice and continued to charge rent, calling us on 6/1/16 to notify us that we owed an additional day because we did not vacate properly. In addition, they put a $100 'cleaning fee' on the account because we said that we took all the garbage to the dumpster. On 6/1/16, I personally went to the facility to resolve the issue - speaking with "Diana" on site, and her manager Kevin Thaker. They assured me that they would remove the 'cleaning fee', but that the computer required a manager over-ride. Today, 'Jennifer' at the location called to attempt to collect the $100, saying that the account is past due and that the fee has not been resolved. I have left repeated messages for Brian Serafine, Kevin Thaker and Stephanie Anthimides (all corporate / regional management, by my understanding), yet no one has contacted me with a resolution. Poor service. Questionable business practices. Rude. What else can I say? Surely not a way to run a business or earn public trust in the brand. read more

2017. Rented unit early so I could coordinate out of town moving trucks. Checked on unit 6/23 lock worked all good. First truck arrived 6/26 all loaded into unit but when I tried to lock it it wouldn't. Took 2 big moving guys to close & lock it. Reported to office that day that I am afraid to open unit because I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLOSE IT! But I have second moving truck scheduled to arrive 6/30 so I need a time frame that locking mechanism will be fixed so I can reschedule moving truck. Property manager does not have a clue because regional manager is the one to handle. Called & left 3 messages for Kevin Thaker, Regional mgr on 3 different days. Not 1 return call! ALL I NEED IS A TIME FRAME PEOPLE TO COORDINATE A MOVING TRUCK!! WHY IS THIS SO HARD?!! I understand things break, and I wish it hadn't happen to me but I'm a reasonable person I JUST NEED A TIME FRAME FOR IT TO BE FIXED!! Everyday you ignore me is costing me money and there is no reason for it. The lock being broken was disappointing but being ignored has made me angry. read more
