I want to give a special Thank you to Madeline she is an exceptional employee. We rented one of the larger units for one year. The CubeSmart app is a great feature as well. You are always able to communicate with someone unless it is after hours of course but that is to be expected. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the assistance I was given during move out. I will not go into intricate detail but please believe the staff there assisted beyond the normal scope of business. If you need a storage in Humble then CubeSmart should be your first choice.

I had a storage trailer stolen and equipment from inside of my storage. The Cubesmart claims the cameras were not working for the trailer & that the inside storage items were stolen by a contractor whom they had replace the doors. Great American Insurance, who is also a joke, denied the claim because the workers at Cubesmart said it was done by their contractor. Therefore Great American Insurance would not pay and Cubesmart continues to say there is nothing that they can do. Poor Management, Poor Leadership, Poor Care of customers. After 5-6 trips to the storage, I have not heard from Jane, the district manager or the owners of the unit, & the daily staff never call back. If you want your items safe find another facility, because if things happen no one will step up! If you have items in the facility go and check on your items, they will be gone and no one will alert you!

Bryan/Ryan put in the wrong number for the unit, I had apparently put my things in a 5 x 15 unit. I received a call last night instructing me to come in and sign a lease for that unit, but when I got there I was told to either rent another unit and lose my $110 for the two I have paid for or they would remove my things from the unit. I think they are on drugs or something because they both claimed not to remember me even though I had spent a considerable amount of time with each of them.

The doors dont work right and weigh a ton. my door broke off its mount while i was opening it because they let the support beams rust through. Leaks, thieves and complicity is obvious. my unit was broken into and they didnt even call me. they shut the door with no lock. totally absurd. Concrete floors have no moisture barrier so water leeches up. you cant even pay cash because of covid. thats the tip of the iceberg. Just not worth it. pay a little more to keep your stuff safe clean and secure.
