My husband and I have had a wine locker storage in the STORE for about 3 years now. It's very convenient, clean and 24/7 accessible. Easy and safe. The employees are also helpful and nice. Very nice wine storage facility. Very posh surroundings, but the main thing is it is well laid out and has good parking etc, and proper climate control. I would like to have a larger locker, but they are sold out - good indicator that they have a good service going. Only issue I have had is that the biometric fingerprint reader for access is pretty hit or miss, but the staff have been great at trying to resolve the issue. read more

For a storage facility, I have to say this place meets all my requirements. It is in a safe, upscale area, so I feel comfortable going in after work and on weekends. It's well lit, very clean, has two check-in points, and the moving racks, and dollies work. My last storage facility, the equipment was crap, the floors were dirty, and I was scared to be there after hours without a friend. The AC is kept at a good temperature here, and I like the fact that it can take a cat-4 hurricane. read more

We have been customers at Store Self Storage for five years and have found them to be clean, courteous an very helpful with all of our storage needs. They even have water and coffee in the lobby for their customers. Access is easy seven days a week and they have excellent security. They also have a wine storage facility if you need a place to store your wine collection. They are very good at notifying you of events by e-mail. I would say the only negative is that there is limited access on special event days and during Green Market Sundays. I recommend them highly. read more

Moving is one of the most stressful things in life. Last year I personally moved over 3 times. Each time the set up and size was different requiring me to need more or less furniture. I knew I would not be able to take it all and I was not quiet ready to part ways with some of the pieces because I did not know if I would need them for the next place. I decided to check out the Self -Store because it was near to where I was living, and I wanted easy access. I was beyond impressed with the units. The hours that you have access to a unit with this type of security are outstanding. There is a gated parking lot with code access, so if you have to go to your unit late at night, you can load and unload the car safely. The units are temperature regulated so you do not have to worry about mold. The building is hurricane proof. They offer a free move in truck, which I thought was very unique and saved me some cash. The staff was great in working with me, as I needed to add a unit and eventually upgrade one larger unit. I would not store my things anywhere else. This storage facility far exceeds any others in this area. read more

I was a customer of Store Self Storage & Wine Storage for a couple of years. The facility is located on North Military Trail at a stoplight intersection, so the entry and exits are very easy to navigate. The facility was designed with indoor parking through a drive-in roll up door which makes loading and unloading in the rain a very welcome relief. There is also a sunken loading dock. Access to your unit is via two freight elevators, with plenty of rolling steel floats to use for heavier items. Store Self Storage & Wine Storage is new construction and built to be hurricane resistant, which has become more and more of a consideration in South Florida. As their name implies, there is also wine storage for your collection from a 10-case locker size to all the way up to a couple of hundred. Also, there is a nice meeting room available should your need an alternative to using full hotel services. You can pay your bill on-line, mail, or in person, so it is very convenient. The frustrating part about Store Self Storage & Wine Storage is that the facility seems to always be rented out on Sunday mornings for some kind of trinket show or Green Market. These events limit access to storage units until the afternoon hours. It is not an occasional interruption, it is very typical. Know this in advance if you happen to routinely need access to your storage facility on Sunday mornings. On that note, also realize that unless you pay your bill for months in advance, you are vulnerable to rate increases. The rate increases happen with irritating frequency and occur more than once a year. As it happens, you simply get a generic letter stating how hard they work to keep expenses low, but a rate increase is coming....have a nice day. So, the moral of the story, consider using an on-line auction or donate your items to rid yourself of useless crap instead of warehousing them. If in doubt, add up the cost of the items that you are storing, then add Florida sales tax (currently 6%,) and multiply that figure by the number of months that you anticipate needing the storage facility to decide if it is worth renting a storage locker. For me, the picture frames, sports gear, books, antique chair and desk and bicycle was worth maybe $1,200 total. My locker cost about $118/month, making the total cost (with tax) for this convenience about $1,500/year. THUD ! My last point has to do with climate control. When I first moved to Florida, the facility that I rented from had the temperature set down to a crazy low level. I usually brought a jacket. In the Store Self Storage & Wine Storage facility, the A/C in the storage portion of the facility, appears to be set much higher. It just never seemed cool to me. Yelp does not allow anyone to give star ratings in 1/2 star increments, so I went with the more conservative rating. I can recommend Store Self Storage & Wine Storage under certain situations. If your access requirements happen work with their schedule, and you anticipate a short term rental duration. Then, you cannot do better for convenience and security. If your needs are more long term, by all means look into other facilities to compare values. read more

When they finished construction I thought it was a professional suites building, it looked so nice! Then I discovered that they were actually a storage facility. Including wine storage. I did a "tour" with some friends and we were totally impressed by the facilities. A+! The wine storage is fantastic. They thought of everything! Climate control, hurricane protection, security, inventory tracking. WOW! The rest of the facility is spotless. Super clean and convenient. You feel safe and secure. Cameras and actual people watching the cameras. Speaking of people, the day we visited they were super helpful and willing to take us everywhere. Nice to be wanted. Now a secret, they do have fresh baked cookies too. What not to love? We were also told that we could rent the meeting room, gorgeous space. read more

I visited Store recently for their $torage War$ event. I was surprised by how many other events they host - GreenMarket, wine tastings, yard sales etc. While I was there, we were given a tour of the wine storage - I was blown away! Fingerprint security access, perfect temperature setting for wine, and the actual storage units were immaculate. If I were to ever need storage services this would be the place to go. A little secret as well... they always have warm cookies ready for guests! haha. read more

I relocated from NY about 8 years ago and stored my home items in this storage facility while I rented. I searched around and could not even find one place that compares . I found this facility to be spotless, the staff were very professional and just really nice people. I was so impressed that when I sold my most recent home I stored my belongings there again.. so as a repeat customer I can honestly say that not only did I recommend them time and time again I have now used them twice myself.. by the way the fresh baked cookies on site are also delicious !! read more

Sunday green market is held here in the summer months, and the covered space provides shade and a pleasant breeze where you can shop local vendors for produce and crafts, not to mention cool delicious gourmet popsicles! . While I don't use the facility, I have been through, and the areas are clean and well kept. The climate controlled wine storage is totally impressive! I have been a customer of Store Self Storage and Wine Storage for over 5 years. Last year I rented 2 Storage Units to hold contents from a second home I had sold and needed a temporary space to hold the items for a few months. It was effortless and the staff assisted my movers with the move in and move out. I have had a Wine Locker for over 5 years and just recently upgraded to a much larger unit because I just can't seem to stop buying more wine. The facility is just stunning - they have a beautiful private wine room where you can host your own party or attend one of the many events they host there. The wine units themselves are are everything you would need and more to store your wine. The lockers are beautifully designed and exude warmth and taste. The staff is always incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone knows your name and are most helpful if you need a hand taking the wine to your car. And of course you can have your wine delivered directly to the facility and they will put it in your locker for you or a holding room. We have met some of our closest friends at Wine Self Store over the years at events hosted by Drew Feinberg - Sommelier. He host events at least once a month for Club Members which can include members just getting together to share their own wine or Drew also has Wineries from all over the world come and host an evening to showcase their wines - which of course makes my locker even more full because these wines are spectacular and you just need to buy more. I can't recommend Store Self Storage and Wine Storage any higher. It is a comfort to know our wines our safe and we are well cared for. read more

I always feel safe and secure there, especially if I come when it is dark and the office is closed.
