We came in and Sue was very warm and welcoming as soon as we came in. The place is very clean and well kept. Storage unit is close by and ground flooring so it is easily accessible. The gate opener is very cool and used by their app! We were both very pleased with the storage unit and how well kept it is and the location. I'm just fed up with this storage facility. I've been at this facility since 2009. I used it because I needed a place for all my military equipment. The following year I had my unit broken into. The insurance initially denied my claim for stolen items. It was largely inconvenient to claim for stolen property that was military issued with their set insurance company. In 2016, I've had to call the police on units that were being broken into. The security system is severely inefficient given my personal experiences (God knows how many other break-ins occurred). Customers should feel that their units are secure. I do not feel that way about my storage unit. The last test of my faith with this facility and its management failed when the electronic gate was out for order for at least a week (Jan 21-29). The sign read that the gate would be open at 9:30am but it did not say when it would be closed. So if you're traveling from far away just hope and pray that the gate is still open when you arrive. Also, their established office hours online and at the facility is more of a guideline and not necessarily a rule. At least, that's what it seems to be (see pictures). For all these reasons, I am moving my property out of this storage facility. I've attached pictures to show the temporary sign and current time with the date to prove that my claims are truthful. One picture shows (3) vehicles (current clients) waiting to get into their storage units but cannot due to the gate being out of order, as well as the less than accurate sign of when it's supposed to be open. I would not recommend this facility to my friends or family members. I hope this review helps current and future clients. read more

I rented a storage unit for business, three days later I recieved a termination letter and no refund allowed. No anwser as to why?

Great place to keep your items. We were here for 2+ years and everything stayed nice and usable.

I probably storage was easy to work with to obtain a storage unit that fit my needs. Sue was wonderful on the telephone and even met me at the unit to ensure that I was able to gain access to the unit and understand the benefits available at the storage site. read more

I got back from deployment late on the 30th. I removed all of my things on Sunday 1 July. I went to check out of the unit on the 2nd (Monday) since no one was there on Sunday. They billed me for the entire month, claiming it was "standard policy." Well my standard policy is to not use companies that treat their customers like dirt. You're better off with a company that pro-rates their units than this company. They also increased my storage unit's rent while I was away. I will never use Public Storage again, and encourage you do the same. read more

First of all the staff in the office do not have any customer service skills, they overcharged us for months and we are still fighting with them about the cost, they are charging us a full month also even though we are moving our things out the middle of the month. I do not recommend this public storage at all. Also there wasn't a light in our large unit and they told us they weren't going to fix it. read more

Do NOT rent here. There are clean monitored places within one mile for 1/2 the price that do not charge admin fees (30. ) or fees for a goofy lock you cannot use again (29.). ALSO, they close at 9, are not open 24 hrs, and if you get the side row, you cannot get in or out with a big truck. Further, they let meth addicts and homeless people in to live in the units, and one moved in next to mine and cooked drugs in the unit, filling mine up with meth smoke and ruining my upholstered furniture. Further, I signed a contract for 12 months, and they held ME to it, but they are not held to it and raised my rent 45 dollars, 6 months in. DON'T rent here. DO NOT. Check around, there is a place back by the Plasma center but on the other side of the road that has 24 hour cameras, and is dry and half the price The lady is SO nice. Do not rent from this horrible racket. They also have rats. read more

Don't be late on your payment because your bill does NOT reflect what date your account will be charged a late fee! Vague billing ALWAYS inures to the benefit of the biller, which is what Public Storage counts on! Two days past what turns out to be an unwritten 6 day grace period they will not remove the late fee even if it only occurs once. I'll be removing my things and moving to a more customer service friendly business. They also called about the late fee not being paid prior to the next billing and didn't know which account they were speaking about and said it my things were due to be auctioned off. Turns out they misspoke, but then they called AGAIN, after I paid the next month's bill but before the bill was ACTUALLY do, so technically I didn't have a past due! They called this second time the day after Christmas! I'll be glad to be done with these people! read more

I only came here to store my things temporarily (less than a month). The storage units were average, they did the job at keeping my belongings dry and safe. However, I was not at all impressed by Liz. She is knowledgable about her job being that she is a manager, but I did not like that as soon as I signed for my unit, she begged me to write a positive Google review about the location and to say nice things about her and another coworker. I told her that I don't like writing reviews and she tried the whole puppy dog eyes and "please" approach. Um, isn't this a business? Secondly, I was told upon signing that anyone working would be allowed to open the gate that would allow a larger vehicle to get out. It worked one time, but then I guess a new girl or something started working there and when I asked them to open it, she said she couldn't do that. Umm....?? Closing my storage was easy. Not impressed with management. Definitely will not return or recommend. read more

Very clean and secure looking. Super friendly Dianne helped me figure out what size I needed, and set everything up. :)

Liz was definitely a good employee. She knew everything and gave good suggestions. I recommend you guys to come and take a look.

Clean,dry space. The only complaint I have is that following a multiple space break in, they made my daughter pay for a new lock because the thieves had sawed through the locks on the units they broke in to. It seems the least they could have done was to give her a new lock as a nice pretty tacky. read more

I was relocated to this unit from the Public Storage in Fife after the state bought the land and it was forced closed. 5 years at the Fife location with no problems and great service. 5 months at this location and I entered my unit to find rat urine and feces on the floor and on my belongings. Fortunately I mostly use waterproof plastic totes to store my stuff, so nothing has been damaged. Moving out ASAP . . . how disgusting!! read more
