Right away I was greeted professionally and was asked what I was looking for today. I was given the different options and was shown a unit right away. The unit ended up being just what I was looking for, it was clean, and the price difference between drive up and hallway units is just a few dollars. I was given a copy of the contract, insurance info, rules, hours, etc. I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. The prices are fair (a smaller unit just up the street costs over $30 more) and it's a month to month contract. Store here!! They're super helpful and affordable!!

I had just gotten a bigger unit for storage and left on vacation for three weeks, only to come back and find bite marks, fecal matter and urine stains on all of my items. I was told by staff that they were installing countermeasures to prevent the rats from coming into units, but mine was not given the same treatment, and the rats ended up using my storage unit as a toilet. Now it's just an overpriced waste of my finances. I can't wait to move!

Automatic rent increase. I was informed that just because my size is in high demand locally they can do that. I forget of mentioned I had only had the unit for 2 months before the doubled the rent!!!! Bait and switch is what they did!!! I am half tempted to contact the state to find out if this is illegal! From $160 a month to $342 for a 10x15 climate controlled. Military families need long term storage and this policy of rapid increases and doubling month is ludicrous really. Worse is they do not disclose when you rent - but they push hard for reviews - that's because when you get rate increases you already left positive. If you need long term storage look elsewhere. They are aggressively priced and hide it. 3 units now - 2021 move in - more than 6 states and they all price the same and all go UP!
