The new managers are very nice, are focused on giving great customer service and have done MUCH to restore the faith in those renting here. The rules are followed to the letter of the contract so all who follow those rules are good, if tenants choose to not follow the rules, they are quickly removed which is a nice change from previous managers. If you need storage, this is a good place to go for great customer service with reasonable rules that are applied to everyone equally.

The office manager J.D. was very easy-going and communicative throughout the entire process, from scheduling the move to calculating the quote estimate, and following up before and after the movers arrived at my house. The movers were great workers, shout-out to Calvin, Tony, and Junior! They worked fast and efficiently, barely stopping for breaks. I followed the truck between houses and they drove carefully. In the end, we filled a 26' truck and the move took 6 hours. I am thoroughly satisfied with True Friends Moving Company and had an excellent experience with my move. I definitely recommend them! After over 2000 miles of driving, and 4 days on the road, the last thing I wanted to do was debate and negotiate price over hiring movers to unload the truck. I arrived on a Thursday, and desperately needed the truck unloaded the next morning. I anticipated getting the run around, and delays.. Instead, I received an immediate response here on the site, followed by a phone call 15 minutes later. (This was around 8pm Thursday night, by the way.) Not only did they give me an amazing quote... the gentlemen arrived Friday morning EARLIER than scheduled! The truck was unloaded in NO time at all.. They were fast, but extra careful with my items. Worst experience with movers ever. I have used professional movers for cross country and…read moreinternational moves many times and never seen anything this bad. The number of ways they did things wrong was astounding and only 20 pictures are allowed but I have many more. They used giant boxes to dump tons of little things with no packing material, threw in glass items mixed with other things with no padding, lied to their boss about running out of supplies when I had unopened boxes of moving paper, bubble wrap, and every size box there is. Left tape falling off of boxes, failed to pack numerous things I pointed out to them many times, left delicate items loose when I told them dozens of times that I was packing a 22 foot truck and could not have any loose delicate items. In addition to having to finish what they left undone, I had to open and repack box after box. Thank god I did, because if I hadn't, my belongings would have been smashed to bits in transit. The owner was a complete jerk when I called and didn't let me explain anything before starting to yell at me and spew lies that the crew had told him, probably realizing what a terrible job they had done. At the time, I fully intended to send the company a long detailed email with all my photos, but in the midst of a cross-country self move, I just never managed to do it. Also, he was so incredibly hostile I didn't want to fight. But I'm still bitter about the money I spent (over $1000) and how there are probably just a few fake reviews on here because they probably ditch bad reviews by changing their profile so I am finally adding this. Do not make the same mistake! Do NOT hire them to pack for you! You will regret it and end up repacking all your stuff yourself.

I have had multiple storage units (UHaul, US Storage, etc). This place is by that the worst...the…read moreplace may seem clean and inviting but their staff and billing is deceptive and dishonest. The storage units are clean and modern. Staff is almost always unavailable on both the customer service phone line and the property management. Restrooms (that we pay for) are always locked and you will never find a staff member to open them. The rates are a flat out lie and they will "market adjust" your unit with a 30% or more increase after 3 months. They do not offer any introductory rates and will be rude when you try to talk to them about billing

They made everything very easy from the beginning, I changed my mind several times and added items that I wanted to store and they were helpful and responsive to all my needs. The guys that came and picked up my things a few months ago and also delivered them to me just a few days ago, were great! Brad, Ray, Steve, Ed and Yanick were awesome! They were polite, helpful and professional. The company provides boxes for storage and also other supplies for packing. Just an overall great experience!

They picked up our stuff and stored it for us while we were waiting for our new house to be built. 8 months later we finally moved, but because of a "change" in how they charge we ended up paying way, way more than we were expecting. Not to mention that the people who drop your stuff off are not technically "movers" and only unload your stuff into your garage, forcing you to move it yourself where it belongs, whereas "movers" would put things in the rooms they belong, or up stairs if needed. I am sure this is in their fine print somewhere but so somebody else doesnt make the same mistake we did please ask questions.
