The unit was broken into and ransacked. All of this is sketchy. They have cameras, a coded is required to get in the facility.....but when the kids talked to them, they got no where. StorageMart wouldn't give them video footage and told them to go make a police report which they did. They went back to SM and again asked asked for a copy of the video or pictures. They were provided with 2 pics of their open unit showing their posessions tossed out in the walkway. It doesn't make sense.....they would have time stamps for anyone that entered that night and cameras showing at least the vehicle. But when asked for the information......they are unable to help? Very sketchy and suspect.

First the guy cut the lock and jumped the fence. Then there was a storage unit auction held from 10pm-1:45am? But no log of the company even held the auction let alone people who came on the property. There's also no pics or videos available for us to see? All very fishy. We have lost approximately $2400 in tools and other building materials....

They were prompt, extremely efficient, well prepared, and treated my belongings like gold. Not one single item was damaged. Their price was very competitive but their service and professionalism was head and shoulders over the competition. My wife was overwhelmed at the little touches such as they provided a dozen wardrobe boxes on moving day so we did not have that extra expense. There were no surprise hidden charges like many others. That's all fine after using the truck I filled the truck up to exactly where it was(15$) . And fearing that I might get charged for "not filling the truck back up" I approached an employee and made sure that I wouldn't get charged. She hopped in the truck and checked the odometer. She seemed a bit unsure but then said that there wouldn't be any problems. I double down and asked if she was sure. She said yes. So I left reluctant that I still might get charged. I got my bill that I was expecting immediately . Thirty minutes later I got a 30$ charge for gas. Livid that I had been strait up lied too I call customer service. The man "Robert" was helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Now I am supposed to wait two days to get an answer if I'm going to get my money back. My advice is to take accurate photos of the gas gauge before and after your use of U-Haul. Just seems like a sneaky slimy tactic to squeeze as much money out of customers. Rent at your own caution.

She is extremely skeptical and asked me all kinds of weird questions about my client. What type of documents will I need to notarize? How many signatures will be on the documents? Will each party have a valid ID State/ or government ID. Is the person signing able to sign or is there a medical condition? And will the documents be fully filled out? I do not recommend you use her for any signings.
