No roof, no gate access upgrades, no extra services--just a lonely patch of pavement. When I started? $69.99/month. Today? A jaw-dropping $119.99/month. That's a 71% increase for literally nothing new. They love to say, "Storage is a commodity." Sure... right up there with gold, soybeans, and natural gas, apparently. Except those usually come with some tangible value. This? It's a glorified driveway. And the kicker? Their own website is advertising the exact same spot for $94/month AND a free first month for new renters. So loyal customers? Gouged. New customers? Coddled. If you enjoy being penalized for loyalty, watching your bill balloon with zero explanation, and being fed corporate nonsense about "market rates," StorageMart's your place. Otherwise, skip the asphalt tax and find a business that doesn't treat its long-term customers like walking ATMs. read more

I have had 2 units for over six years and they have consistently been clean, always have flatbeds available, and are especially secure, when I had a problem with someone I was trying to get out of my life having my keys to the unit and code to get in they were incredibly understanding and helped me get into my unit and insure that that person would have no way of getting in and would be alerted if he was seen on the property. The price of the units is well worth it! read more

Been with them for about a year and some change now and it has declined royally. I am actually outside with another renter who is experiencing the same consistent issues. Non- responsive! If you call during business hours, you most likely will have to call through out the day. Right now both my partner and the other renter outside have been calling from 12pm- 2:43pm with no one at the desk, no sign suggesting a two to three hour lunch break.I wish this was my first complaint about being non-responsive, but it's every time. What was really disheartening was to find rat poop all over our stuff and no solution from the staff besides a rent increase. It's a small unit... that Started at 60 and has been raised to 89 dollars a month and it's expected to increase...There is broken glass almost every month now suggesting people trying to break in. I had one interaction with one person at the desk that was pleasant... but out of the numerous accounts I have tried to talk to anyone in the office, I have yet to be successful. I will say, I am happy they check to ensure your unit is locked appropriately and will email you if it's not. Overall very disappointing. Don't move your stuff here. read more

Just recently got a unit here. And I was very surprised with the cleanliness and security of the building. The gate to get to the loading docks is secured by code, then you need a code again to get into the building. And once inside everything is kept very clean. It was very easy to get my stuff into the unit from the back loading dock. Up in the office they have plenty of boxes, locks, and other moving/storage essentials. The staff member that helped me get my unit was very friendly and helpful. read more

I thought I would write a quick little update. In my first review I noted how I was disappointed when my credit card expired and I was charged a late fee after the manager called me to get the new expiration date. I did get the manager at that time to refund me those charges, but I wanted others to know this could be something to watch for. Moving on... my credit card expired a couple of months ago. At the beginning of the month my card expired, I received a call from an employee at StorageMart letting me know my card would expire and asked if I had a new expiration or a new card I wanted to list on my account. Note how I said he called me BEFORE my card expired and also how I had a little time to either wait for my replacement or use a different card if needed. I happily gave this gentleman the new expiration date and then went on about my business. I really appreciate StorageMart taking some earlier feedback and making a new process that not only cut down on some frustration, but also left me, the customer, feeling like he was taken care of. I had an excellent experience storing my furniture here. The storage units are very well secured, air conditioned and for the most part the employees are helpful/friendly. The entrance to the units is behind a locked gate and you need a code that they give you to get in. They also have carts to help you move stuff in and out of your unit. There are lots of different sized units available, and I definitely recommend them if you need to store anything :) read more

Rented a unit as temporary summer storage for my son's dorm room belongings. Got to the facility to move his things out today and his gate code would not work. Called the number and was told that he was locked out for lack of payment. The billing was set up for auto draft each month and I spoke directly to someone at this location just a few weeks ago to confirm the payment method. Now, here we are, in from out of state, scheduled to move him into his dorm today (Saturday) and have no way of getting access to his belongings until Monday (his first day of school) when the location opens again. Left a voice mail - no call, called the general number twice - was told that they would request for the manager to call us - nothing. Clean and secure are obviously very important but so is some customer service! read more
