I got there around 4:15 and they had sold the unit we had talked about :/ Fortunately they were willing to give me the next size up for the same price which definitely showed some integrity and good faith. This is a great location for anyone living downtown and there rent is a bit cheaper than other storage facilities in the area

Our move was slightly unusual because we had a starting point and ending point and two stops in between. At each stop we were dropping off some items and picking up additional items. I loved that we had a straight hourly rate. Shaheem and his co-worker (I unfortunately can't remember his name) were both fantastic. They used incredible care in wrapping everything and making sure nothing was damaged. Everything that needed to be taken apart was then put together perfectly. We couldn't have been happier with the move and all of the interaction we had with the staff. A bonus was one of the movers had an amazing voice and we were blessed to hear him sing occasionally. It definitely brightened our day!

They brought no boxes although we asked and were promised them. Arrived hours late left an hour early before finishing the job. They threw stuff everywhere. It looks like a tornado hit the new house. I'm calling my lawyer.
