My only concern here was the lack of damage stickers on some of the dented parts of the vehicle. When I inquired about this, she helped me get stickers on them all, though she seemed certain I would not be charged for these. Overall, this is a great place to rent a truck for local or long-distance moves. I had called around 2 pm to inquire for the last available unit of that size and had arranged to come in that day after work to rent the unit before they close. I got there around 4:15 and they had sold the unit we had talked about :/ Fortunately they were willing to give me the next size up for the same price which definitely showed some integrity and good faith. This is a great location for anyone living downtown and there rent is a bit cheaper than other storage facilities in the area
