I moved my stuff in and came back to check on it and most of my things were stolen and the lock was replaced. I knew I wasn't crazy when I came and found out that my lock didn't work, this place has a cage type roof that look like a metal fence for the roof ppl that steal can access the top and see what's inside and just cut the lock and steal your stuff and replace the lock like nothing ever happened. I wouldn't trust storing my stuff here read more

I do not recommend this storage at all. I have been with U-Haul for several years and have never had a complaint. A couple of weeks ago I started renting a space at this storage and it has been the worst decision I have ever made. Just to give an example, yesterday I had to wait for almost an hour for them to clear out the only car that apparently exists in this place. There is no toilet or even a water fountain. It seems that this company is only interested in taking your money every month without taking care of its customers who are ultimately the ones who pay their salaries and bills. I will star looking for another place soon. read more

Terrible location, they don't answer their phone when they are I. The office (I've seen it). When you ho there because you can't reach anyone they staff is not there and they post some note saying back in 30 (I waited almost 2 hours). Go somewhere else! read more

Horrible customer service and you provide payment information and they don't process then they call you, basically calling you a delinquent. I don't suggest that anyone use Public Storage, there are many other options to choose from. Plus location said climate control and you walk inn and it's extremely hot, horrible place. Corporate office should do a better job at making sure that all locations have trained customer service and better maintenance. read more

Terrible services. They don't tell you about mandatory insurance fees and facilities charges and for them to sell you the lock, they require special locks for $20.00 while you can buy for $5.00 in Walmart. My advice to the new customers to visit the facility and make sure what they require first than start moving. Don't go there after you hire moving company and pack your things in the truck then you will be very much surprised with charges and give up fighting and pay for everything they say not double maybe 4 times more than regular price. read more

Very bad attention. I went with a friend to rent a storage and would not give me a promotion because I was with someone who had a storge, to charge me more money and mistreat customers, I do not stay and take another storage option. If they will have to serve customers have to take a different attitude toward them, we will not purchase for a service we mistreat me and say "if you do not like you go". I have to disagree with most of these reviews. Though I will admit they don't always answer the phone, they ALWAYS call back. I've rented from them before and went back to the same location, though out of my way, because of the terrific staff, cleanliness and price versus companies closer to my home. Location very good because of easy access to Turnpike and 41st St Doral . Nice people in front desk , but all of the sudden prices started to rocket high in 20% after the first year . So better have the market researched for other alternatives in the area read more

Called and visited like 10 minutes before the office close at 6PM. The lady is very patient, showing me the available storage spaces, and gave me suggestions not to sell me for more expensive one but the right size for my need. and I have to say she is very professional and honest. Sign the reservation is easy and you do not have to pay anything no need for your ID or credit card, the space will be locked for you for 6 days. -- i do appreciate that, and the business logic is clear: if somebody come by and after the tour he wants to reserve, he is serious, not playing game, right? When moving in, we did sign paperwork and they checked your ID. I totally trusted them and had no hesitation to leave my credit card info for auto charge. moving in was easy. you can use the cart in the office for free, and my space in on the 3rd floor, but no problem, seems to me no extra labor. access to the entrance lobby is electronic coded (you get your code when you pay by creditcard, so each customer has his own unique code to the gate). Two elevators, spacious, slow but steady, moving you stuff up floors. They charge you for the lock, i think is the same for everyone, MASTER-highest security lock, I was told by the lady you physically had no way to cut it off, except you moved some heavy tools to break it--with loud noise. I am totally satisfied, and feel very secure to put my stuff here. the price is good too. for the smallest space i think is 5' x 10' and ceiling height is 8' first month you pay $1, plus insurance and tax and lock and one time management fee I paid less than $60, and every month afterwards is about $81 They know the business. and they make it easy and worry-free for the clients. read more

CAUTION! We were attracted to this place by a very competitive price. Five months later, they increased our price by 20%. They know it would be a real pain for us to move our stuff and are taking advantage of this. If at all possible, get a commitment that the price will not be raised for a certain period of time. read more

This storage facility is extremely clean and looks secure. The property manager "Millie" is really wonderful! She helped me to chose the units and to go through the whole process. Moving is not fun at all but with the help of Millie it made a huge difference. read more

Very poor customer service skills, particularly the young man who called me today, JUly 31 around 4:30 warning that there were still some things in the storage, and that if at 6:00 pm the storage was not totally emptied, I would have to pay an extra $200 for August, and that access would be denied with my code number.. The items that remained were supposed to be picked up today, but we could not before 8 pm. The person who called me finally accepted to give me a temporary code that did not work in the elevator. We have the screenshot indicating at 8:45 that access was denied. I have deleted and canceled autopay, and requested my bank to block any further payments from Public Storage. I was a 6 year customer, and had previously rented another storage, too, in Miami. From now on, I will no longer rent with Public Storage. read more
