    The place it's so dirty Have cockroaches around the storages All doors have broken furnitures, garbage and another's stuff around You can't used the loading area because The elevators don't work, just have one place to loading your stuff Don't have any assistance car's to help to costumers The place doesn't have any signs to help fine your storage. The AC don't work prop

    Even the sign says they are 90 minutes late. I don't think anyone is coming back. Other tenants here also trying to move in.

I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

Due to closing issues, I had to push my move date Back 2 days. He said he'd be able to do it in the afternoon and that he would be there between 2:00 and 3:00pm depending on how the job before mine went. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, and they didn't get to me until 6:00pm. They wanted to push it to the next day but I insisted we had to do it that day because literally all of our stuff was packed and ready to go. I ordered one truck and two movers for our two bedroom, one bath duplex. My fiance and I did a lot of moving before they even arrived, essentially just leaving the furniture for them and some boxes. Their attitude seemed Brusque but it was probably because they were just tired from however many moves they had that day. They wrapped most of my furniture carefully with blankets, but I must say I was not pleased with the way that they moved my grandfather clock. The second mover, Alex, said "well this is fragile" when looking at my clock. I was like yes that's why I hired Movers. They didn't even know you had to take the pendulum out of the clock when moving it. They refused to take my very small TV off of the wall, and told me they would have to charge extra for that which I have never heard before. That was frustrating. They made a dent in my baseboard and scratched a lot of paint in my newly painted residence, and then gave me attitude when I asked when they were going to fix it. He then begrudgingly said that he would send somebody over Saturday to fix it. That guy was nice and did an okay job. They worked very hard but I think it would have gone faster with three movers. It would have been nice to have a discount since they were over 3 hours late also. I'm not sure if I would use them again, but I'm glad that we are finally in our new place with the damage fixed (aside from the clock).

We watched them load our things into their truck so not sure how several of our plastic sealed…read moreboxes arrived with water in them unless someone unloaded our things while it was raining and rummaged through our stuff. 2. It took over 2 weeks for them to deliver our items. 3. We were missing SEVERAL boxes 4. Our Curved TV was damaged. This after THEIR workers removed my 5" foam packaging and replaced it with their cardboard box & taped it up. After breaking it and rendering it unusable they stated WE packed the tv so it released them of accountability and they refused to pay for the damage. The truth is THEY removed my more than adequate packaging and re packed it with their own and they will be held accountable after small claims court hears our case. 5. They somehow damaged a very heavy and antique metal table so the frame is uneven and the glass shelves wobbles so the table is also unusable like the tv. They insulted us with a $60.00 offer and then insulted us with saying we didn't deserve that and they were being "nice" by offering the $60.00 My advice would be NEVER to use this company but if you do TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING YOU PACK and TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONTENTS OF EACH BOX because they either are thieves and go through the items they transport and if they see something they like they take it or THEY ARE JUST THAT INCOMPETENT, LAZY, UNCARING and UNTRUSTWORTHY.
