The other ones were nightmares with poor customer service, shady parking lots and old dirty lockers. I found this on Google and drove over there. I was so happy! It is safe clean. Laritza, the young lady who helped me book my storage space was extremely accommodating ,knowledgeable and friendly. I like the fact that you can pull inside and it's heated, which will come in handy when it's cold and raining everything is clean they were even mopping while I was there and the building smells great. I feel safe as they have lots of cameras and monitors highly recommend it if you are looking for storage don't waste your time going anywhere else.

First, the center is always clean. I had a problem in my previous center with vermin. Not the case here! The equipment (hand trucks, ladders etc.,) is in good condition and readily accessible. But even more importantly, the staff are kind and knowledgeable. In particular, Kendra has been helpful and a consistent presence when I stop in to my unit. I highly recommend this place and will save you the leg work... the others in the White Plains area are dingy, smelly, and are old so there is lots of dust and smelly carpets. This place cannot wven compare to the others! Ask for the deals they currently have. Unloading and assembly of furniture was pulled off without a hitch (except for the fact that they had to hand carry the couch up to the 3rd floor because it wouldn't fit in the elevator).
