The Storage Center lists their origin as "Established in 2021", which is true to the sale of the facility. Originally this establishment was locally owned and operated as Shepherd Self Storage. I never had any issue with Shepherd Self Storage. Since The Storage Center took over operation of the facility service has declined and the cost of my unit has gone from $70/month to $132/month. My unit has been broken into twice since 2021. The lanes between the buildings are narrow and frequently blocked by other tenants accessing their units. There are lots of other places out there and I wouldn't recommend The Storage Center.

I'm writing this review based on my needs as a business owner…read more I happen to be lucky enough to live down the street from this location so it already had a good start in my book. I met the manager and was greeted and treated in a professional manner, which I always enjoy. The property is under new ownership and bringing a lot of new technologies online that make it a better place to store your belongings. Now, as I mentioned before this was for business. I need to store vehicles and was finding it incredibly difficult to find anything worth my time and money. Not to mention in a suitable area. Usually the units are worn down and lacking many amenities. This location is different. It's all pavement even into the units; which is nice. I dislike having to store a vehicle in a gravel lot only to turn around and detail again due to the gravel dust. Security cameras are present and monitored/recorded. A gate throughout the property which requires a pin to enter, and soon an app will allow customers to enter and exit. That makes things easier. Their prices are also incredibly aggressive. They also soon have offices coming online that you can lease out. It's a one stop shop which is perfect for me. I suggest you check them out.
