After 8 months of being continually charged, I called and was met with disrespect, nasty attitudes, and no resolve. There are no managers there, and the teenagers they hire to work there have the most atrocious attitudes. I've disputed the charges and to date still have not had anyone take the time to reach out to me. Dont waste your time and money-- truly the worst experience.

When I signed up I was paying $68 a month, by the time I moved out, I was paying $155/month for a unit they were advertising to new customers right now online for just $72/month. When I reached out to ask if they could match the new-customer rate or offer something more reasonable, they only offered me $25 off. That didn't feel like much of a thank-you for being a loyal customer for half a decade. Facility also rarely had the restrooms open almost any time I visited, even during office hours. Most facility's I looked at have restrooms available during all access hours. I ended up moving to a different storage facility that's not only brand new, but gave me the same size unit for even less than the cubesmart new-customer rate. Disappointing experience overall--CubeSmart doesn't seem to value long-term customers.

I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. If I have to move again, I will be contacting Sebastian.

I searched all over the area for a storage facility that could accommodate a truck that size. When I walked into Lake Nona Self Storage, I was greeted by the nicest and most helpful lady you ever met named Tiffany. She spent a very long time with me explaining every detail of the facility and took me on a tour in the golf cart and showed the inside of several available units to help me make a decision. She was extremely patient and very very kind. The facilities are very nice and clean and well maintained, their prices are comparable or less than others in the area, and it is easily accessible because it is right beside Interstate 417 and very close to Interstate 528. I highly recommend Lake Nona Self Storage and, of course, the wonderful Tiffany!
