I've ask this location for months to add another light bulb in the hall ways . There are over 10 light bulb not working , they have one Working . No one should have to pay monthly fees and search for stuff in the dark. I brought lights inside my storage and that still isn't enough . The workers lie and say they will do it and every time I come its the same. read more

Horrible storage facility. I made the mistake of renting a unit entirely online. When I get to the unit that's supposed to be an inside unit, the walls are literally ripped and I can see into the next unit as well as their stuff is hanging over into my unit. Walls are paper thin can literally rip through it. Got transferred to another unit thats an outside unit and literally the same thing. They really need to at least update or upkeep these units for the amount they're charging. No one was in the office to help either, only the cleaning person that came to assist. If I didn't already have my movers come here I definitely would have went somewhere else but it was too last minute. Do not bother renting here, horrible experience read more

I found the best price on a storage unit in Orlando today. I started my search on the computer and as I was beginning my reservation, I decided to call to be sure of availability and spoke with a gentleman that not only walked me through the process. He found the storage unit I needed quickly. From start to finish he was patient, polite, and so knowledgeable. He took the time, stayed on the phone all the way through. I wish I could remember his name because I want to say thank you again sir for being so kind. This storage unit is in Orlando at Publix Storage and when I arrived at the location, I spoke with Angel. Again this gentleman with his big smile and friendly attitude helped me with professional courtesy. Thank you, Angel. It's such a blessing to encounter people of all types that love life. read more

Very disappointed I explained I need to store a car that was 14.5 feet and was signed up for a 10 x 15 feet only to find the unit was less than 14 feet long! I ended up having to pay more for a 10 x 20 feet unit which is actually about 18 feet long! read more

Dishonest and they don't have ressolutuons for their misconduct in policies. They charge you left and right and lie! I was charged late fees after constantly setting up for auto payment 3 times. They claimed that I input the wrong payment info when you cannot do that cause it gives you an error if you make a mistake. Insufficient funds.... really? Trust me, I have way more than enough and that has never happened to me. When you sign n up they don't tell you that you have to pay for locks and they lied and said that I needed insurance when I didn't. It's optional. Terrible experience without resolutions. I think a small light inside small units will be good. Also a oddor eliminator could give customers a pleasent experience.

My manager Ray has been excellent! He's taking such good care of the place. It was really easy and smooth to rent a unit. Prior to renting I explained to him how many things I had and he gave us the perfect size unit. He's always been really nice and helpful. Just moved in. Units look clean. No signs of bugs. The entrance to the inner units is alittle bit of a tripping hazard. If you use the bathroom, ask then to turn on the water. But, sofar no problems. read more

Not happy with them. It would be good but so far they have increased my rate twice in the last year and so it's gone up $60 since i started. Would be a great unit if you don't plan to stay there for more than a couple months. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with continued up charges. Not to mention they are not just going up a couple dollars but a huge jump. Bad way of doing business. Had two units there and now I have to move my stuff because I don't trust them anymore. This property has GREATLY IMPROVED in the past few months. There is now adequate and improved lighting and the Asst Manager is on top of things. There was some unfortunate area incidents in January, and now this Public Storage has been fortified, improved, received a new back fence and all the lights were fixed. Its about as safe as you can get! Recommend! read more

The employee that answered the phone when I enquired was very welcoming. That got me to want to go there and I booked on line. The other young lady that took care of my paperwork and walked me through the facility was great too; knows her job: knowledgeable, friendly, on the ball, safety conscious. She explained the reason the contractors were there and I actually spoke to the contractor (good job) who was doing a good job. They, Public Storage owner, are putting profits back into the facility. I know, I saw the action. Soon it will be up to date on the lights, gate will be set accordingly, cameras will be collecting visual throughout. It will be a safe and friendly environment, I believe, when the work is complete. Back to the employees at the office - excellent at their job and respectful/professional in ref to their employer! I just moved my things into a unit here this weekend. My unit was very clean and easy to find and the manager was very helpful in showing me the best way to arrange my items in the unit. They were patient explaining my lease terms and the property hours and were professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to a friend. read more

The rent has been raised twice over the past few months. There was a period of a few months where they only allowed access during business hours because of an issue with the gate. The staff is apathetic and does nothing but roam the property giving everyone dirty looks. We're moving out as soon as possible. Oh, and they require you to have insurance which adds another $10-15 per month to the already inflated price. Public Storage is a plague on the industry. read more
