I booked a reservation at 430pm Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and shortly after I was being shown the grounds by a wonder man named Bob This facility is 81 units and they are all easily accessible. the units look brand new, no smell, we'll light and the price I was quoted is it NO adding fees or admin charges. also the cost for a 10x20 unit was basically the same as the competitors are charging for 10x10 unit on the fourth floor It's great value for my money and it was an easy transaction I would highly advise using this place for storage in the future Thanks

B) there were still plenty of open units so that supply n demand excuse is a scam. Then I find a cheaper place so I'm clearing out my two units and I tell them several days in advance that I will be out ON the first. At 630 pm the evening before the first they leave me a message saying that if my locks are still on my units when they go in in the morning that they will be charging me for a full month of rent even tho I said I'd be out ON that day. Now I understand if the place was full and someone needed to start moving in that morning but there were 7 available units available in the same size. With the slogan that says "we treat your stuff like our stuff" to me this showed me a lack of integrity and is very unprofessional. This isn't just me, my girlfriend has a unit there as well.. started at $143 a month, after 3 months they raised it to 199 and now at one year they want to bump it up to $270! Needless to say we will be pulling her stuff out from there as well. Bottom line... do not use public storage they suck you in and rip you off.

Later I received an email stating that half of my purchase was refunded, something like $170 of $300. I was broken down for 5 hours and these guys seriously were only willing to give me half of my total charge back. I am now in the process of working with corporate to figure something out. The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice.
