Unit had clear signs of rodent infestation & wasp/spiders. I rented a 5'x5' unit 2.5yrs ago for $43/mo 2.5yrs ago. The monthly rent went up every month until I was paying $97/month. I complained once and the dropped it to $85, but guess what... It went RIGHT BACK UP. Lastly, the unit was not sealed & had a broken door. I came back to check on my stuff when I was in town & found my stuff covered in cobwebs & the remenants of a wasp nest. I consider myself lucky that none of my stuff was destroyed by rodents. I'm moving all my stuff out & canceling. Oh by the way, I see them advertising the same unit for $43 TODAY while charging me $97. Complete scam. Do. Not. Recommend.

We would highly recommend Jeremy, as he is always helpful particularly if we needed to change or downsize the unit. For the entire time we have had units at iStorage, Jeremy has kept the units very clean, well lit and dollies well organized. If you need storage this is a great and well run place.
