This place has totally met my needs. We had public Storage for a year and a half and have never had any issues. This public Storage has climate control and security cameras everywhere. They keep the facility clean. I never see trash just lying around. They work with you on payments as long as there is communication. I thought having a storage was going to be a nightmare, but really this place made me feel very comfortable with having our valuables there. read more

I've used this location for storage for the past few years and always liked it. The facility is safe, clean, and the staff are friendly. We just recently closed our account because we moved into an actual house so we no longer needed the space. I really liked the auto pay feature. It made paying the bill effortless. The only thing I think this company needs to work on is the pricing (it seems high and my rate raised quite a bit over the years) and the operation hours (Maybe close a few hours later during the week). Other than that, I really liked this location. We've used PS in a different location and never had problems so that's why I picked this location when we moved out to Rancho. read more

I don't usually write reviews but miss Sharon really went out of her way to help me out. as I came into the office her co-worker greeted me thinking she'll be the 1 helping me out, but instead she jst pawned me off the Sharon . I rented 4 storages, and she assisted me in navigating through the whole process, and is always willing to assist me when I get confused, entering and existing the facility. Reserved a unit online Sunday 1/4/15 within the hour I got a call to come in at 11 and take a tour. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome from Laurie. She was very helpful. I clicked on the Yelp add to get the first month for $1, but when it auto dialed to Public Storage the representatives did not know what Yelp was and told me it was not available even though they were advertising it! I was transferred several times before they gave me the name Rick who is the Regional Director. I left 3 messages with Rick and still have yet to get access to the Yelp ad that I clicked on let alone a call back acknowledging me. read more

Had my unit broken into about a couple months back and I'm just now clearing it out because I can't afford it anymore, due to health issues. I've noticed they took a few brand new name brand purses that still had tags on them, a sentimental valued ring, and who knows what else. Unfortunately I didn't purchase their insurance but the least they could've done was comp me a month of rent considering they increased that during my rental period. Apparently they don't have surveillance cameras inside, only outside at the gates. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do, I suggest you pay extra for the insurance. read more

My Public Storage exeperience was great! I just moved to Rancho Cucamonga and needed a 2 bedroom-size storage unit. My budget was limited so I took to the internet to find a good price. Public Storage had (by far) the best price. But here was the kicker - the customer service, cleanliness, accessibility and air-conditioned storage! Ashley was my representative, and she was customer service "to the T!". She greeted me with a smile, was very professional, drove me (via cart) to take a look at several sized units, explained the process of getting in & out, the security on site, and answered ALL of my crazy questions, etc. I immediately signed up that night online, filled out the online form (literally in 1 minute) and was done. The next day, I went back, signed the official documents and was on my way... By far, the best overall experience renting a storage unit! read more

This place only gets two stars because I feel my property is safe here. Otherwise it is a total rip off. I moved my stuff in last october and it is now june and I receive a notice that they are raising my rent by 28 a month starting july. We just got rid of a smaller unit we had there that they raised the rent on annually, about ten percent. This unit is going to go next month. For the high price, I would expect later access hours and better lighted units and for my rent to not be raised a ridiculous amount every year. Looking forward to having this place in my rear view. read more

Just rented a space from Public Storage. Omg not only are the premises very well kept but Ashley was exceptionally knowledgeable and her personality is beyond awesome. She took the time to show me different units so I could get the best buy for my money. She saved me a lot. Ashley's so sweet and bubbly and knows her stuff. Loved our experience today. We went to a competitor down the road who wanted to charge us double for a smaller storage space. They gave us a great deal even though we showed up at he last minute with no reservations and a U-Haul full of furniture. Christina was very helpful and accommodating. The storage was very clean.
