The workers on site are great however this company is very criminal. They raise the price on us five or six different times and are about twice the price of all the competitors on top of that we vacated our storage unit early and they didn't prorate us and took a whole month worth of rent and didn't give it back horrible company. read more

When I started to store my things here it was three years ago and I was paying $300 for a 10 x 20 and $160 for a 7.5 x 10 I think. Now I am paying $616 and 434 for the other. It Is Highway robbery . My storage space got broken into once already so for me to have to pay so much For something that started off so little it would've been better for me to stay in an apartment. read more

The staff here are amazing. Very friendly, quick and efficient, and helpful! The location is fantastic as well; right off the freeway, across the street from groceries and fuel (costco), every unit is ground-floor drive-up so it makes loading/unloading extremely convenient. I use an app to open the gate and can send my coworkers virtual keys to open it when they need in and I'm not there. Very clean facility too. read more

They raise the rental fee whenever they want with no notice. In the last 7 months they have raised it $100.

The Employee services has been 5 star. They are eager to help and have gone out of the way to be accommodating. The facility is in great shape. The PS phone App to open the gate and doors works great and is very convenient when you remember to turn on your GPS and Bluetooth when using it. The electro-magnetic locks on timers that hold the building doors open for 30 minutes is fantastic. The only reason I'm giving this facility a four-star overall rating is because they have only one cart for the whole facility. It would be five stars if they had a couple carts for each building. Because undoubtedly every time I show up somebody's using the one cart and I have to make five or six trips instead of one with a cart from my truck my unit. I was emptying my house into the storage unit and I just went and bought my own flat roller dolly at Home Depot. read more

This was a very good place to go to provide my storage needs. The staff was friendly and very helpful I was having a hard time finding my unit and she walked me directly to it show me how to use the lock, and directed us what to do after hours if she was no longer there. Money, family, and or other factors have pointed us to require a storage unit. The prices are too high. Again the staff was awesome- Please understand that the first impression last forever- Your competition less than a mile away have the same or larger space for half the amount. I would not recommend the place. Sorry. Especially if the prices fluctuate from 185.00 to 210.00. In under a week. Supply and demand - I get it. Can't complain since I was able to get a 10'x20' climate controlled unit for just $1 (not including the mandatory insurance or the one-time $22 admin fee)...great deal even with the hidden insurance that I wasn't aware of beforehand. My sales experience with Tara was very positive. She showed me the unit, answered my questions, and went over the paperwork with me. We thought we were moving up here and rented a storage unit but after my grandma passing away, we don't need to move her to the senior living place and put her stuff in storage. We paid this month and next in cash and THEY WONT REFUND US a single penny. Not even for the month we paid in advance. After explaining the situation over the phone the woman on the phone are heartless and unsympathetic. The last thing we need at this time is to lose out on $400. Your companies "policies" should be changed and adjusted so that in the future we would consider renting from you but I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't rent from public storage as a company. read more
