I've never had a single complaint while working with them and I'm so thankful for their kindness and their dedication to keeping a clean and secure facility. As a renter of self storage spaces for my LA based business kit and personal possessions for over 40 years, I have exacting standards to protect my professional investment. I have maintained a unit at Golden Triangle for 20 years, sometimes two, for personal items, and have been very pleased. Their rates are highly competitive, and the spaces clean, well maintained and very secure. I have not once found any evidence of rodents, leaks or vandalism, and surprising little dust. The gate hours are very accommodating as my work schedule is very fluid. It is conveniently located in Canyon Country with easy access to the 14 or the 5 freeways. The main reason I trust Golden Triangle is the people running it. Crystal and Lori (or in an emergency the answering service) are always available or always promptly return my calls. With all the other problems we face each day, it's nice to know my possessions are in good hands. I highly recommend Golden Triangle for all your storage needs. read more

You would think a storage facility would be difficult to get anything but a good rating. Nope. Not this place. This facility would probably be okay, but the live-on-site staff woman is really noxious and nasty. This shows in many ways. For instance, the gate was jammed and wouldn't open one day. So, I thought it might need a little nudge (by hand, not vehicle). Mind you, I'm late for work and really need to get in and out again. Well...I get a screaming, yelling, blistering tirade from a small window above the office as I'm simply trying to get in for my business. It was as if I were trying to crash the gate with a bulldozer. In all my days, I have never heard such an odious tone and blistering belittling -- ever. And it was ME who was being majorly inconvenienced - AGAIN! The gate has been an ongoing problem for a long time. The agony is hugely intensified by the icky irony. This is the set of business values that has been ongoing with this person/facility for years. The customer is treated like crap (at best) even when trying to help and be polite. It's been awful. In the past several months, I have gone into the office to conduct business during scheduled open business hours, but it's been closed! Not once, or twice - but several times. I was warned about all this and didn't listen. Now YOU have been warned. read more

I'm shocked to see the bad reviews on Yelp. I have been a tenant here for many years now and I have never had an unpleasant experience.. EVER. Whitney in the office is very nice and very helpful! Everyone I have ever encountered has been super helpful and super friendly. When I first moved in I forgot to put my code in, and of course that set off the alarm in my unit. I was so happy to see that someone came out almost immediately to make sure my unit was secure. I quickly apologized to the woman and let her know I forgot about the policy. But in my eyes that was amazing. That's how I know I didn't have to worry about anyone ever messing with my unit. I have always felt that my items were safe and secure. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Golden Triangle Storage for anyone's storage needs! read more

Don't store your stuff here unless you are okay with them increasing your rent every single year. They increased our unit by $50 a month in December and gave us a single day's notice to avoid the increase. If we didn't call to cancel our storage the day we received the increase notice, then it's too bad. By the way, your stuff will be crawling with rats so make sure you kill them yourself. read more

NO. IT IS NOT 24 HOURS ACCESSIBLE. No signage that tells you the facility locks the front gate after 10pm. You cannot access your storage unit if you are running late from Los Angeles grid lock. NOT 24 HOURS ACCESSIBLE FACILITY. There are other facilities that charge the same price and are a better value. You can retrieve your stuff at anytime elsewhere, but not here in Golden Triangle Self Storage!! More like a 12 hour facility. NO 24 HOURS ACCESS. read more

If I could give a lower star I would, facility is nice and clean but manager crystal is not friendly unprofessional, lack of consideration. their fees are outragious they raise the rent without any notice, I had a situation where I was out the country for 2 months because of family emergency. I called crystal to see if I could pay my storage bills with my friend credit card since mine was lost or stolen along with my i phone. she would not accept credit card from my friend who is local in my area, when I got back she already sold my unit to auction, not even a bit of compassion and think i have been there over 2 years. I would never go back there, if I were you go to public storage had my stuff there for over 7 years and had no problem what so ever. ps I could not even recover my personal family photos which supposed to be returned to me. read more

The manager Crystal is a real piece of......work. This is not a 24 hour location so, whoever wrote that was talking about another storage facility. There are many things I could go on about but here is the most recent. They don't have a restroom outside, only in the office. If you ask to use it they talk to you as if you are a homeless person. My 10 year old daughter needed to go. She did only to find there was no toilet paper. She was too embarrassed to call out. Crystal should have known as the restroom is in her office. Oh, and talk about a potty mouth, Chrystal was yelling at someone who couldn't get In the gate like a truck driver. I had to hold my child's ears. BE Careful if you want to rent space here..their 10x15 is actually 9x13,,that's a whopping 21% less foor space,,which equates to paying for 150 sq.ft and GETTING 119 sq.ft. !! That's 31 sq.t. you are not actually getting for the rent you pay. They tell you all sizes are approximate,,however the dictionary says "approx." is nearly the same or in close proximity..!!!!!!!....you best take a tape measure and actually measure the floor space before you sign on the dotted line,,because when you point out that they are cheatin you they just say oh well,,"we don't rent by the sq.ft." And don't fall for the discount by signing a lease,,you really pay MORE for less !!!!!!! read more

Great place to store your stuff. Me and my family have rented from here more then once and have used for any years each time. I have rented from many storage facilities in a few states and have never had a 24 hour facility. I would say there are not to many 24 hour compared ones with hours. They have had signage with their office and gate hours for as long as I can remember, posted right on the gate. All the staff that have been at this facility for over a decade are amazing. They are super friendly and work with you when need help. You can have someone else come in and pay for you as long as you let them know and the person physically comes in with their own card and ID. I have had to do this. They have also been great in sending out a reminder email sometimes when I have forgotten to pay on time, which I have never gotten anywhere else. You can set up auto pay, which is great and pay over email as long as it is with the card they have on record for auto pay. I also enter the facility somewhat often and have never had an issue with the gate. For the other gentleman, she was probably yelling for either your safety, not to damage the gate, and to make sure you heard her. We are not going to be using this facility much longer as we are moving, but would highly recommend it and use it again if we ever come back to the area.
