Honestly the best storage place I've ever had! I was so sad when I had to leave lol The prices are super affordable compared to all the other storage units in the area. Sean is the coolest and most understanding guy. Even when I moved out the process was so simple. I didn't have to pay any sort of fee like my last storage place. As long as you're out by the first of the month you're good! Loved this storage place very much. Would highly recommend to anyone. Oh! And I forgot to mention, their security system is really great. Place was great, They offerred half off for first two months and a free lock. When I received the rental unit, they ran out of free locks and they offerred to take an additional $10.00 off of my second month of rent to compensate me for not receiving the free lock.Overall, could not be more satisfied with the storage unit and the management staff is awesome. read more

In the last decade I have used Highway Self Storage twice. I had such a great experience with Sean the manager the first time 7 years ago that when I needed to use a storage facility again I drove all the way across town in hopes that he was still there. Well as luck would have it indeed he was. As before the customer service was second to none. I have had several sub par to bad experiences in the past with storage facilities so dealing with Sean was a breath of fresh air. He is so nice and funny and very helpful. He bent over backward to get me into the right storage unit and despite the entire facility having only one unit left he still gave me the first two months half off because I was a repeat customer.
