Worst place ever experienced using a storage facility! Go somewhere else!! Never any carts available and never an attendant on the premises to get a cart that they keep locked up in the offices. They have huge price increases once you are already a customer. Always smells like cigarette smoke, I believe someone lives in one of the units. And every attendant that does work there if you can ever catch one there, has major attitude issues for no reason. Horrible customer service!!!! Go somewhere else. read more

No one ever answers phone, no one is ever on property, carts are never available. Price increase after 3 months from $65 to $90. Its always dirty, will be finding another storage unit. read more

Do not rent a storage unit here. There are frequent price raises. Sure you get a special to move in ... but once they have you your rate goes up and up. At one point they wanted $199/month for a 10x10! I have since moved out. Also- the office never answers the phone so if you have a question good luck. Also the office is supposed to be open during business hours - yet there was no one there and the door was locked for many occassions. And there are never any carts to use. Movibg out I another customer and I both had to move stuff without a cart for hours. AND I tried to reach the office by phone and physically to the office many times that day and no one ever got back to me. It didn't used to be like this there. Something changed, and whomever is supposed to be there in the office during the day is not doing their job. read more

Started with them, things were going just fine. However, now I'm getting a rate increase of over 50% of my monthly bill. Can't talk to humans, all automated BS phone systems. I'll change this review, if we things get rectified, but very doubtful. read more

Frequent huge price increases! The doors are always unlocked (security risk). There used to be carts provided, but there are never any available any more. This place is very much not worth the exorbitant rates they charge. read more

The facility is not climate controlled or secure as the contract states it will be. The doors are left open daily which allows moisture in and your code isn't required so anyone can walk in. This is not what we signed up for. The carts are now no longer available unless someone happens to be in the office. read more

The service has dropped. My husband and me were both on the account but some how he got moved to emergency contact only. We didn't find this out until he went to report the elevator being broken and the stairs being infested with spiders. Instead of trying to do something about these problems they tell us he isn't on the account so he they can't do anything for us until we add him. read more

Signing up was super easy. I completed the whole process online and had a notification saying my unit was ready when I woke up the next morning. I will say that when I showed up the next day during office hours no one was there, but currently it seems like everyone is short staffed so that may be why. It was ok that no one was there because there was a plastic lock on the unit that I broke off and the real lock and key were waiting for me inside the unit. read more

I started out with a rental agreement of $70ish, at the time I moved out of the storage $184 and received a notice that the next month would be $239. I spoke with someone in the office 2mths prior about moving out and they informed me that I would get a pro-rated amount due to vacating the unit before the end of the month. Well once I moved out I called to confirm and they said they will not pro rate me and inform me it's in the lease agreement. Property is always in disarray. There's always trash outside. The perks of using your phone to open gates or use the elevator hasn't worked the entire year I've been here. They offer you a great introductory price but expect continuous price hikes. read more

Facilities are great!!! Climate controlled and lights that go on and off as you need them to. We'll protected and secure. The only issue was that I could not open the door with the app like it says it can. I tried 3 times and got the same message, "oops looks like you are not close enough", well I was right in front of the door. If that is the only issue then I am more than happy to be here. My other storage unit flooded so I chose here on higher grounds, lol read more

Management was dishonest, unfair, and kept money that wasn't theirs to keep. It was difficult to find anyone at the desk. Although the signed said open, the office door was almost always locked. Last summer the security doors were blocked open all day every day for several weeks. I advise going elsewhere. read more

I was told this great deal was available for me, $1 to start, $55 per month, and i could move my stuff in immediately, so i got all the items and people up early ready to move in, we had to sit out front for 3 1/2 hours, after it was all said and done, $135 dollars for the start!!! Kept my help way longer than expected, good thing I'm driving to my destination because I wouldn't have made a flight. The sales service person on the phone line was a straight up swindling liar! The actual people I dealt with at the facility are great and polite, proficient in their duties, but the sales rep really mislead us. The storage is very nice clean and new. The problem lies with customer service representative when you talk to them on the phone the information wasn't accurate I needed my lock if I didn't have my own I would have to pay additional 20+ dollars also I didn't get the information that iprorated well I'm sorry that it's not prorated I was told just as long as I need the unit for less than 30 days I wouldn't have to pay the next month for the next month communication was just bad read more

I would NOT recommend using Public Storage. You do not have access to your unit past 6pm (sometimes earlier than that because the office staff leaves early) . I have never heard of a place that does not let you have 24 hour access to your stuff. If you ask for permission to get in "after hours" they ask for a "good enough reason to need to get in" and they won't get back to you for a few business days. I don't understand the point of having an access code if you can't get in yourself anyways. read more
