I rented both an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and unfortunately both were affected by what appears to be a serious rodent problem. When I went to check my belongings, I discovered that rodents had chewed through and damaged multiple items stored inside the unit. This is incredibly frustrating because the whole purpose of renting a storage unit is to protect your belongings, not have them destroyed. Even more concerning, I noticed some items were missing from my units. I cannot say exactly what happened, but discovering missing property raised major concerns for me about the security of the facility. My experience with management was also disappointing. When you're dealing with damaged and missing belongings, you hope the situation will be handled with care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Yes, I had insurance on the unit and will be filing claims, but insurance doesn't replace the stress, time, and sentimental value of what was lost or damaged. I'm leaving this review to help others make an informed decision before storing their belongings here.
