After that the access gates were broken for months, I paid to have my items stored here with a level security that did not exist as anyone could gain access through the broken gates. One morning 6 GA State patrol officers entered as a stolen car was parked on the property. Currently a pipe burst in the facility leaving my storage unit wet with most of the contents damaged. I'm paying for "climate controlled" units, I have to ask if "climate controlled" then why are "frozen pipes" bursting??? Overall has been a terrible experience for me and zero peace of mind that my items are in anyway protected or secure. Thousands of dollars in damaged items from a broken pipe in a climate controlled storage unit. Public Storage assumes zero accountability. Again paying for "climate controlled" units!!! Seems like a lot of negligence to me. After 4 months they increased the rates on my units, one unit went up by $40/month.

Upon entry Sydney gave the warmest welcome to me. The office smelled so fresh and all surfaces were freshly sanitized. That put my mind at ease immediately. Prices were fair, easy setup (the app opens the gate!!!) and transparency throughout the process. I could NOT ask for anything else. Sydney is such a gem and is very hands on with the well-being of the faculty for clients. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I would have signed up QUICK!
