The public storage facility states that the hours Include Saturday and Sunday 930 to 5 PM, however, the office was locked and no one showed between 2 and 4 PM, the instructions for opening interior units was confusing and the door code was not working. The Property manager finally arrived and was able to help, but before that we were transferred five times on the phone between customer service sales and then back to customer service several times and no one was able to provide assistance or willingness to help. My rates jumped up after I moved out of state leaving me with no options of checking out in time. I was told that my low rate would be the same for a year but after calling multiple times, someone told me that contractually they could raise rates at any time with 30 days notice. I feel like they took advantage of my situation and said I'd check out Yelp and post my grievance. Whoever I was on the phone with lost it! She claimed she was being harassed when I called back to schedule a move out and wouldn't give me her name or position. There's no customer service to speak to, everytime i call the national numbers it redirects me to the property manager who either denied the call or picked up only hang up in my face. I'm shocked at the unprofessionalism. I wish I knew about their predatory rate hikes before I moved away. read more

I would not even give this place 1 star. The worst customer service ever. They lie about pricing to move in. Megan much rather play games on the computer instead of finding out a solution on assisting with an online reservation. She much rather over charge on a unit and lie to the customer service attendant at the corporate office saying that the online reservation was canceled and that's why the price increase by $50. Do not use this storage. You will get jipped for lots of money and if u ever need help ... Know that Megan and brianne are way to lazy to assist you. read more

Beware of how they bill you. The young lady at the counter was very nice but did not understand how the billing was set up. Needs a lawyer to understand what I was charged at check in. The building absolutely smelled of musty dead something. A guy was smoking in the building 2 storage units down from me. I am getting my stuff out 2 days after putting it in and OF COURSE there is no refund. Don't use this facility. read more

Only used them for a month but I had no complaints! Storage was easy to access, facilities were clean and well kept. Generally not busy at all so loading and unloading was a breeze. Will use again! read more

Pricing is a scam as it offers 1 dollar for move in but they don't mention the 24 dollars for an admin fee on the website until after you have reserved. I will not be returning their call since the move in was for today. So not interested! read more

Caity was really great. Initially I had reserved a 5'x10' unit online (it was the only one that they had available). When we arrived to check in though, I realized that it was SOOOO small-not even close to being big enough. Caity let us know that a larger unit would become available the next day, and moved my reservation over, along with my 50% off the first month deal from making the reservation online. She called me to confirm early the next morning, and walked us through the process. She was awesome and very helpful. read more

I've had a great experience with Billie and this storage location. Rented a unit in January 2018 and am clearing it out this week. No rate hikes, all billing was done appropriately. Billie was very professional during my renting of the unit (done in person after a tour of the facility) and when the movers put my belongings in the unit. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!! I have rented a unit here for 30 years and never been delinquent on a payment. This month I am receiving notices that I owe anywhere from $60 to $150 despite my having paid my rent in full. The office attendant agrees I paid my rent in full, but also insists the computer says I owe $150. He cannot tell me why I owe this, and states he cannot do anything to fix it. I then went down a crazy rabbit hole of automated phone prompts to try to reach the district manager (apparently the only person who can fix this -and who resides in California). This journey of MANY phone calls led me back to the same person I started with. He graciously offered to get a message to the district manager and have her call me. Four days later I have still not received that call (but I HAVE received 2 more post cards saying I owe them money - which I DO NOT). I have now lost count of the number of visits and phone calls I have made to try and remedy this situation. The moral of this story is, if you need a storage space GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!! I will be moving my stuff somewhere else ASAP! read more

Billie was helped me and was fine, my issue is (likely) not with her. I reserved a drive up access unit online and was not informed that there were none available until days later when i arrive with a truck to unload. i was given a same size unit indoors, which is very much something i did not want due to the inconvenience of carrying large furniture through a doorway, down a hallway, and around a corner. i really didn't want to deal with that, and would have changed my plans had i known i would have to. worse yet, as i have read in other comments, it really does smell quite bad inside. additionally, i ended up having to pay almost $50 more than my reservation told me i would have to. part of that is the insurance they require you to buy, something else i didn't find out until i got there. i imagine many of my complaints could probably be made for most storage businesses, and these guys do seem to be cheaper than other places, but i am wholly unimpressed with this particular one so far. read more
