I'm giving this review specifically for the Pharmacy & InstaCart @ Trowbridge Crossing. There are several Publix down Roswell Rd, it's confusing on Google. William is a lifesaver. He's very professional, patient & thorough. I have a recent diagnosis of an eye condition. I called around to Walgreen's, CVS & Publix. Everyone had one Rx or the other, not both. I've been in so much pain, can barely open my right eye & must wear shades. William tracked down my Rx @ another location in Abernathy Square. Returned my calls. Very accommodating. Plus, they honor the GoodRx coupon to bring it under $50/per item. Thank God! Also, we ordered food via Instacart, Sal brought out our two bags. Very friendly. All items present. Only issue is the dairy free yogurt they couldn't find in the large size, they gave us a small cup. We could've done without that. Lol read more

Horrible customer service! I was incorrectly rung up and was told I could not get my money back due to state law! I paid in cash and was told that I had get a gift card for the amount of the items rung up incorrectly by the cashier. Praised this store before for their deli department but will not be coming back neither will my family. Manager was less helpful than the customer service personal at the counter. Pharmacy experience from last Thursday. My nurse sent in a prescription at 6:23 PM. I arrived at the Publix pharmacy around 7:15-7:20. The pharmacist told me, "We just got it put in, about a 20-minute wait." Fair enough -- except instead of filling it, they took 25 minutes just to tell me one of my prescriptions was out of stock until Tuesday. Unfortunate, but likely not their fault. I asked about the other medication, and was told yet again, "20 minutes." It then took 30 whole minutes to fill the one prescription they actually had. By the time I got a text that it was ready (8:20 PM), I'd already lost the chance to nap before my 10 PM-8 AM overnight shift. Still, I came back at 8:50 PM to pick it up. What happened next was beyond ridiculous: three employees -- including the pharmacist -- spent 10-12 minutes digging around bags on the counter trying to locate the medication they said was ready. Meanwhile, I'm standing there, the only customer, eating rice from a container because I no longer had time to eat properly or rest before work. When I tried to step literally 30 paces to grab a soy sauce packet from the deli, one tech snapped at me: "No no no, stay right here, we're closing soon." Like for the love of god you have wasted enough of my time and I'm supposed to wait like dog cause you don't wanna be bothered to for me to walk to a different section of the store?? They weren't even ready/prepared i just don't understand why i have to watch y'all search for this medicine. Wasn't even trying to leave the store I finally checked out at 8:59 PM. Never in my life have I waited so long for a prescription, and I've never dealt with staff so careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. This ordeal cost me sleep, time, and peace of mind -- all because a pharmacist couldn't manage to put a few pills in a bottle without turning it into a circus act. read more

The Publix subs gonna take 2 years just for you to make it's this one lady who takes time to do everything like she just comes to work intoxicated and makes the world slowest sandwiches and messes up and has to start over but the Publix is very clean and safe environment but if you want to be late to work go make a Publix sub. read more

I live around the corner from this Publix. In general, I think Publix can be overall pricey but the quality of food, in my opinion, is typically better than other grocery stores. Today, I bought a couple of items but wanted to try something new so I bought these Tostones. I think these are new but I had to get them because my Grandmother and Mom use to make these from scratch all the time, plus these have no cholesterol & are gluten free. Just tried them, tastes good! and you get your money's worth of plantains in the bag. Eat these alone or dip these in a sauce of your choice and hopefully you share. read more

The employees are fine but the security seems to think im a criminal. Been shopping here on a daily basis for 3 years. Walk in after work today and get followed around by security till checkout, made eye contact and he gives me the stink eye. I don't appricate being investigate while I shop for veggies. Never coming back because of the security (an actual police officer??? lol where do I live???) trailing me. Maybe the cop should go watch the homeless begging for money all around the store, rather than hastle a regular customer. While the pharmacy staff is helpful and efficient when you're in person, you have to ride their a**es to get your prescriptions on time or same day over the app. The publix app seems helpful to keep track of their progress with filling your meds, however my meds constantly stay in "in progress" status for days at a time. I have to call and ask if they can fill it same day for pickup which sometimes they do, other times it's delayed till the following day. I ended up moving my scripts to a local pharmacy for faster service. I grew tired with having to call in my scripts each month when the app already had them programmed for automatic refill read more

I use to come to this Publix all the time back in the day when I lived in Dunwoody. The shopping center was less crowded and the neighborhood was smaller. Nevertheless it's a nice Publix. I come to this Publix pretty regular. The service is good and the staff is overall friendly. The store is also usually pretty clean. This review is mainly regarding Mardi Gras wings. They were Delicious! They tasted like smoked wings they were cooked so well. Whoever cooked on 2/9/19 at about 4:30p.m. - should be the ONLY person to make the Mardi Gras wings. Late weekday night before closing, Deli: Most of the deli is emptied, but you can still get a sandwich made before closing. Some of the deli personnel is a hit or miss on their attitude or willingness to be helpful. I mainly try to be attended on the ladies. read more

I live across the street, so naturally this is my home grocery store... I really do LOVE this Publix! Their meat & veggies are very fresh and stay fresh for longer than most. And they have a great selection of organic and healthy options, too. I love that there are self checkout lanes, but whenever I do use the regular checkout lanes the cashiers are extremely friendly and the baggers offer to take my bags to my car. I never take them up on this, but I love that they do it. I do shop at other grocery stores from time to time, but Publix will always be my favorite. And this Publix is my ultimate fave. read more

Shopping at Publix is always a pleasure and this Publix is no exception. It's always a little surreal for me to see a Publix in Georgia since I am from the approximate area in Florida where Publix got their start. This Publix is in our neighborhood and while it isn't our go-to grocery store, we still go here for a lot of items, especially for meat; Publix meat is usually a cut above everyone else although you do have to pay a little more for it. Their meat is significantly better than Wal-Mart's, which I sometimes suspect is dog-meat shipped over on a refrigerated cargo ship from China, I have a much more favorable view of Kroger's meat, it's pretty close to Publix-quality. Like all Publix's, this store is very clean and the customer service is always something they take a lot of pride in at this company. The only (minor) gripe that I have with this store is that their non-prescription medicine area doesn't seem to have a very good selection and their vitamins are more expensive than other places. First off let me start by saying I've been a regular at this Publix store for over a year now going several times a week. I went in today to pick up some groceries. The problem began with the representative at the sampling and tasting station closest to the deli. I never tried anything from there before, but today I decided to try out a sample because I saw a customer grabbing a sample from the table. As I approached the stand, I reached to try a sample myself, the woman on the other side of the table yelled in this weird voice "ah-ah" at me, as she almost moved my hand from touching the plate of samples (which had just one sample FYI, and there is no indication aka sign that says I'm not allowed to use my hands!!!), claiming it's unsanitary to use my hands (she basically called me dirty!!!!!!!) as I told her this is definitely not the way to treat a customer she refused to even acknowledge it, I figured I should let her manager know. I went to the the customer service desk, the nice representative at the customer service station also found it funny that I'm even complaining as did the manager who did not take my complaint seriously. He also claimed the procedure is there not bc of sanitation, but bc samples are hot (he's contradicting himself also said that I'm reaching bc I told him I'm being profiled). So in conclusion do yourself a favor don't try anything from the tryout sample table as the women is super rude. I'm sure If i was from a different race I would get a different reaction from both the representative and the manager. read more

Hey...you know what they say...shopping at Publix is always a pleasure! I'd agree with that. In general, all stores are clean and service is friendly. They offer to help you to your car as well. They are a little pricier than their competitors but the quality is also a stop above. What I love to go to Publix for is their Boar's head meat and sub sandwiches...doesn't get any better...better than Subway/Blimpie! I also like their whole roasted chicken as well as their fried chicken. Sometimes the fried chicken tends to be a little salty...and this is coming from a chic that loves well seasoned food! The sandwiches and chicken keep me coming back more than the groceries...really! LOL read more

Usually I'll get pretty good customer service at these stores, but the cashier was very rude and uncomfortably glaring at me during my transaction. Asked if I should help bag my items and she ignored me. Thanked her at the end, she just glared at me. I don't know why this Publix doesn't have solid reviews. I live closer to the Morgan Falls Publix, but I go to this one because it's Greenwise section is better. MUCH better. And it has self checkout lanes, I think four... for the times you have two items and need to get in and out. Alcohol leaves something to be desired at this one - no sake, not many specialty wines, no build your own 6-pack, etc. Their bakery selection seems to be better than the others on Roswell Rd. And more healthy Applegate meats, yay! read more

Deals aren't the most cost friendly but customer service is great. Brenda the cashier made me feel like I had a second mom! When I informed management, which was Corina at the time, she was not enthusiastic at all. If you don't offer customer service surveys, at least be enthusiastic when receiving a compliment! I did an online order and went to pick it up at the allotted time. I was a little early so I got a few other things and came back. Still no order. I waited. 5 minutes. 10 minutes. Another associate asked if I had been helped. No ma'am. She asked the other associate if someone was doing online orders and she said no. When asked if she could go ahead and make my order she said she would after she served the lady in line because she had been waiting. The initial associate ended up making my order. So 20 minutes after I was supposed to pick up, I had my order complete. Thanks for saving time with online ordering. read more

Love my neighboorhood Publix - would not shop anywhere else for everyday groceries. I am able to get all I need quickly, store is always clean and staff is always genuinely friendly - specially the deli staff and the cashiers. Anytime this Publix is closed and I really need something I cringe at the idea of having to go to Kroger...my least favorite grocery store. There is something tacky and cheap about Kroger I simply can not deal with. The only other places I shop for groceries are Whole Foods and Trader Joes yet to be fair these businesses really fall under specialty stores and not grocery stores in my opinion.
