She has went above and beyond for me and many others no matter what you need she is always willing to help. She has a great attitude and a smile on her face at all times. Shop here once a month. Drive almost 1 hr to shop. Do not talk to anyone or bother anyone. Got to meat dept. A man working there came charging out of the back of meat area yelling at me " I dont work for you!" As i walked by, arm flailing towards me while he walked up to another lady. Well that was a shock to me in front of everyone! Made me so uncomfortable and nervous. I dont think i will shop there again. Ive only been living here in Tenn. For 1 year. What is wrong with Publix employees? Why? Not even customer service or just plain friendly! Why bother talking about their problem to management, they probably encourage their employees bad behaviors! Looking for a nicer place to shop now! read more

Publix is awesome, and so are the employees at the Deli. We stood in line to get 2 sandwiches last week September 3, 2025. I will have to say that when I asked for extra lettuce, I didn't have any one gripe at me like at Subway or give barely add any and make it look like they did. The people at Publix are so sweet and understanding and all the years I have gone there, I have never had any incident with anyone there. They have all been polite. The sandwich I got was a 2 Roast Beef sandwich, and she made sure we were happy with the sandwich the way it was made. I love publix. This is were i usually do my weekly shopping. When luke wants something this is were i come. Luke is the only one of the grandbabies that really eats, the others have trouble eating because of the meds. My favorite part about going to publix is the checkout. Seeing my favorite bagger, Mark. Mark always does an amazing job handing me the bags. And he always makes sure to ask me if i need help with my groceries. He treats me like a real woman. I always take him up on the offer to be with him for a couple more minutes. He is so handsome and funny. I wish he would bag me up. In love with publix! read more

Many ot you out there hate grocery shopping and some of you rare but useful beings love it. I'm of the in between, especially because of this store. This Publix takes pride in cleaning and organization of it's marketing. I love how personable the staff is and how they are always willing to help you find what you need. The produce section is amazingly fresh and in the 2 yrs I've been shopping there it has never been a disappointment. This store will even peel your pineapples for you for FREE. I hate peeling those little buggers. There staff is very diverse in culture, age and ability. I love the fact that they have employees with special needs working and they are an excellent addition. The bakery and deli staff are amazing and will go the extra mile to give you what you want. The one draw back was the reduction of the International section to make room for wine. Oh how I miss it so. They did keep some but very few Caribbean products. My mom is just happy they didn't take away her Water Crackers (she need a anonymous support group or something). I'm a flexiterian but the 3 times I've bought meat there it was fresh and awesome. You won't be disappointed especially when they have bogo!!! read more

They should call this The Produce Store. Their produce department I would rate A+ because it is excellent. Any grocery store that sells green tomatoes usually has a great produce department. See pic of the green tomatoes. You can buy these and give them to mama and she will make some fried green tomatoes. They even made a movie about these too and it is called Fried Green Tomatoes. Anyway, service was fast and great because I was here early in the morning. As soon as I walked in the door, I smelled fresh doughnuts baking. It was tempting and irresistible to say the least. So I went to the bakery department and got me fresh baked glazed doughnut. Checking out was easy and fast as I was the only one in line. There is plenty of parking and Publix is Buffalo Wild Wings newest neighbor. read more

This Publix might be cleaned, organized, and well stocked but their customer service is not friendly or helpful like the Publix chains I've grown up with in Florida. When I go back to Florida to the Publix there it's always a shock because they are so friendly and helpful. The bakery department: I ordered a cake on Wednesday to be picked up at 10am on Saturday. I arrived at 10:20am Saturday morning and my cake wasn't ready. They had not started making it! I was expected to be at a baby shower at noon with this cake. At 11:35 they handed me the cake and it wasn't even made well. It did not look like the photo because they used a different icing than in the photo and it was rushed. After standing in the bakery for over an hour waiting for this cake I was late to the baby shower that I was co-hosting with a cake that was not pretty. The baby booties were sliding off the cake because it was warm. This caused me embarrassment and I paid an extra 9$ decorators fee for this. I'll not order a cake from Publix again. read more

This place is clean and carries quality products. However, I wish they would do a better job with thier clearance. There are items all over the store marked clearance but only their original prices are shown not their clearance prices. I do not want to half to guess what their real prices are. read more

the people in the deli are prejudice against pregnant women. they were saying really f***ed up stuff to me about being pregnant. i tried to tell the manager & he just shrugged it off. i've been through alot with being pregnant but i guess i didn't realize having a child would mean more sexist comments. it's absolutely disgusting how they treat people here. literally any other publix is better. read more

While certainly THE best grocery store in town, their butcher customer service leaves much to be desired. I hate giving a negative review that might reflect poorly on the entire staff, because with the exception of shopping for a proper steak, the staff is a delight to deal with. For several visits now, I've been looked at with scorn and huffing tantrums when asking the butcher (several different employees at this point) for a freshly cut steak. Honestly, it's left me with a sour taste in my mouth at this point. I pretty much dread interacting with these guys if I need fresh filets for a dinner party. So much so, that I must recommend the Fresh Market in Chattanooga when premium cuts are a necessity to you. It's an extra 20 min out of your way, but you'll enjoy a much larger selection, and most importantly, be greeted with a smile. Again, the rest of the place is awesome and I'll continue to enjoy shopping there (for whatever I don't already purchase at the afore mentioned grocery store ). read more

Grocery Shopping at its finest! The service and helpfulness of the Publix staff is excellent. The only reason I give them 4 stars and not 5 is because of how long it takes to get your food at the deli. If you know you are going shopping that day, I highly recommend downloading the publix app on your phone and ordering your deli meats ahead of time. It will be ready for you to pick up as you are passing through as long as you give them enough heads up time. The pick up is at the end of the counter as you are leaving the deli area. Saves a ton of time. Cost is higher than other grocery stores, but if you are willing to pay more, you won't find better service. read more

Love the produce section! It's a lot bigger than the other grocery stores we have been to here. They also have a diverse selection of food items including organic and other healthier choices. I purchased a Publix deli Traditional Greek Salad today at the Cleveland, Tennessee store, at 11:47 AM today, September 18, 2018. I got home And opened it to have for lunch. All of the ingredients, except for the cherry tomatoes, were frozen- not edible. A ruined salad! Your refrigerator needs to be adjusted. Very disappointed! read more
