Hip hip hooray for Publix! I'm a fan! While traveling, we stopped here for a custom made sub sandwich and fresh fruit instead of eating at a fast food restaurant. This Publix deli is as consistently good as our Publix deli at home. Three sandwich makers were working as quickly as possible to serve the long line of deli customers. The vegetable toppings were all fresh, the daily baked bread was A+, and the employee making my sub sandwich was efficient. Additionally, the restrooms were clean, and the checkout lanes were all moving quickly. Publix is a wonderful travel pit stop! We were on our way in no time. read more

This Public is ridiculous: I bought a mixed fried chicken thinking it was fresh one late-night since the worker looks like he brought out a fresh cooked one. Turn out, it was a reheat of the frozen one; partial chicken was still cold. Also, got their cookies and found one with a bite mark on the cookie. What's wrong with this store? read more

Worst restrooms ever! Never seen such a nasty restroom in a publix! Both men & women's. Urinals stopped up. No paper towels in women's and just overall disgustingly dirty. No soap in handicap stall. Store seems fine like any other Publix. I waited at the deli for a sub for 10 minutes while the guy in front of me was ordering his sandwiches. I was the only other person in line. The 2 sandwich makers switched sides and the other person started chatting with other associates behind him. Then another customer walks up and orders a sandwich when I was waiting the whole time. I suppose being polite and waiting patiently doesn't get you anywhere here. The associates were just standing in the back talking and doing nothing. They don't care, but I won't be back. the service at the deli counter was a complete joke. my husband and I stood there for well over 30 minutes and were not acknowledge. Our subs came out late and completely wrong, as if reading the order was too much to ask. I would prefer to have my money back but it seems the app does not make that an option. perhaps more competent people should be employed. I am very disappointed. read more

Definitely my husband and I's favorite place in the world! This Publix is always clean and everyone knows where every product is placed. Bobby in produce is always so nice and says hi to everyone, Andrew makes a mean pubsub , Ms. Robin is sweeter than the candy isle, and Mr. Ron is the kindest and most hardworking man I've met I feel like I see a celebrity when I say hello to him. Gorgeous building and organization, with consideration for the recent Covid-19 pandemic. The music, smell, and aesthetic - all pleasant pieces of the experience. My only complaint is the hiring. It is a throw-off to see inexperienced teenagers complaining over their obligations. Which is a rarity. Besides these rare and perhaps singular occurence(s), the service is arguably flawless, well-groomed, mature, and capable. With the flavorful Deli, and an abundance of considerable options for meals and services, this is a go-to for [casual] shoppers. When they first opened it was great shopping there, really clean and friendly people. The prices were a little high but I didn't mind paying for the way things were. Forget online curbside pickup. Instacart adds 25% to the already high Publix prices. Plus Publix did not take notice of the $8 coupon they gave me and never answered my email complaining. Instacart of course denied all responsibility. read more

The store is great, the pharmacy absolutely is the worst! I dropped off a prescription that was for a 90 day refill, they told me it was ready, I drove there with gas at almost $5 a gallon only to find out that in fact it was not ready! They've handed it out piecemeal never filling the 90 day prescription. When I called to ask about it the technician hung up on me, then they wouldn't answer my phone, then I called from another number and miraculously they answered. They proceed to tell me that they don't feel 90 day prescriptions but they didn't tell me that when I dropped it off or when I picked up my partial order. Extremely poor customer service!!!!! read more

She went above regular customer service and really helped me figure out what I needed. Great publix. Recently built and it is amazing! Huge Publix with a drive through pharmacy and tons of parking. The produce meat and fish sections are immaculate and everything is fresh and well kept. The customer service is beyond reproach and they are addictive friendly as can be. It's the perfect addition to Freeport and the convenience of getting here is awesome. Right off of hwy 331 and just south of 20, this gives all Freeport residents what they have been asking for... an amazing shopping experience right up the road. I was here 3 times in one long vacation week! The groceries are very clearly marked for allergens. The price tags for each item had little-colored symbols for each general diet need. (I specifically saw things like Gluten-free, Vegan, etc) This was a HUGE benefit for me. The store is very clean and easy to navigate. The prices were as expected. The best part for me was the Customer Service. The pharmacy staff, customer service desk and the general employees were all happy and eager to help. They even mail my wedding ring to me after I lost it in the store. (Like I said, it was a long week.) read more

This pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to. I've stood at the counter 10-15 minutes before anyone will even recognize that I am there. They ignore you and continue to type on their computers and answer the phone. When they finally do decide to help you they are very unfriendly. Clearly they are understaffed but that's no excuse for being rude & not acknowledging a customer. The rest of the store is very nice and customer friendly but the pharmacy needs a lesson in customer service. I only hope management takes notice and does something. read more
