The shelves are always well stocked. They drop what they are doing at the moment to help you find what you are looking for. Their customer service is superb. Their pharmacy is also fantastic. Their pharmacists are very knowledgeable in their field and are very helpful. The self checkout line can sometimes be long and so can the regular checkout lines so beware about that. Kroger's discounts are also very good and so are their deals. Other than the long lines sometimes my experience with this Kroger has been overwhelmingly positive.

I had to return something to UPS on a specific day and of course, I was running late. Didn't realize that the UPS store closed at 7pm during the week, so I thought I was screwed. I went on the UPS website and saw that this CVS is super convenient to me and is a UPS dropoff location. Victory! I drove the 2 minutes there and dropped my package off no problem. Now, the guy at the counter wasn't professional nor welcoming, and there was a random person standing outside with no shirt on, but hey my package got dropped off before the deadline and I got a receipt in my email immediately. No complaints, and good to know this service is available.
