Store was CLEAN, well stocked and the associates were friendly and helpful!!!!! One of the associates that was collecting shopping carts in the parking lot, took my recycle bags, distributed them in the recycle bins then brought my personal recycle bag to me inside the store. So appreciative. The check out associate (Randal) was friendly. He even placed my loaded recycle bag in my cart. The young man offered to escort me to the car to assist with unloading my grocery. I love Publix the sandwiches are amazing the meat is always fresh even though it can be pricey I know the product will be good. If the line are too long the service counter will take you. Most of the time the employees are always friendly. Publix is a clean store I never smell meat or any foul smell. The bathrooms are usually clean also. read more

This store customer service is beyond amazing! There was not one employee that didn't at the least smile and greet me. They almost all asked how my day was and if I needed help finding anything. My son had testing near by so I ran in this location to get a few things but after this experience I just might drive the extra hour every week to shop there! This Publix is so nice and well organized! They even have tiramisu ! They also have one of the best chocolate cakes I've had in a looooooooong time. I love pub subs but I do not recommend from here. It takes one person 10 minutes to make a sandwich and most of the workers look miserable with a poor tone of voice. I went there yesterday and I asked for the chicken tenders to be tossed in ranch and buffalo (idk if this publix does it) but she puts the tenders on the bread then pours the ranch and buffalo so it sat on the top and didn't get to most of the chicken tenders. Usually when I ask for it to be tossed they put the tenders in a bag with the ranch and buffalo so all the meat is evenly coated. I spend around 40 mins between waiting in line and getting my sandwich made. They also don't prepare for any rush hours so in the middle of your sandwich they have to cut up veggies and whatever else is needed, smh. read more

The deli department in this store is horrible, No customer service or care! Very rude to customers I have had so many bad experiences waiting for over 30 minutes to get 2 lbs of deli meat sliced. Never came over to me. Online ordering is nonexistent, literally ordered got there ten minutes before the order was supposed to be ready still had to wait 53 minutes after my pickup time. There were five people behind that counter. The management doesn't really care because I'm not the only one to complain, I witnessed a woman had to come pick up her order she had placed THE DAY BEFORE, wasn't even made yet. The Pharmacy there is awful. They don't tell you when the don't fill your prescription or they short your prescription. The whole pharmacy shuts down for lunch. It takes about 2 hours to get a prescription filled. You call I'm the morning about a prescription and they tell you it'll be ready at 6pm. Then they text you 20 mins before they close 2 and 1/2 hours later. Didn't used to be like that. read more

Ordered a sandwich online that was supposed to be ready at 5:10 and didn't get it until 5:50. I even asked the girl around 5:25 when it would be ready and she lied and said she was making it while she was actually making sandwiches for other orders that were placed after mine. When I said something to the manager she had an attitude about it. She didn't even make the sandwich right either. Next day, food poisoning. I usually would give the store five stars because usually it is wonderful. I have asthma and problems walking. By the time I get to the front of the store, usually someone offers to help me get the things out of the cart and then that person will offer to carry it to the car for me. Not today... I was really struggling but I struggled with it with the young guy that was bagging them not ever offering. And I think that's the first time in that store that someone has not offered to carry my groceries out. I Just hope that my next visit is better than today was. So Publix's has $5 sushi on Wednesday that's the advertised special. Well this location has the sushi brought in from the Eagles Landing store I've been waiting 30+ mins for the delivery person to arrive. The seafood person has been great calling the other store and ensuring that the delivery is in route. The store isn't 30 mins away so this is a complete waste if my lunch break! This is my store for my weekly grocery shopping for my family. Today I experienced a rude Publix employee by the name of Michelle at the deli counter. I went in to purchase chicken tenders and saw that there were not enough for the quantity I needed. I politely asked Michelle if there were more being cooked. After she said yes and that it would be approximately 20 minutes. I asked her if I could please request 6 tenders. She immediately started to frown and shake her head as if what I was asking was absurd. She then nastily replied "name." After seeing her nasty attitude, I told her never mind and began to walk away from the counter. She yelled again name. I told her I don't like your attitude. I reported her to customer service. The lady at customer service wanted to know the employees name. I went back and asked another employee at the deli counter for her name. Michelle saw me and heard me and responded my name is my Michelle. She still had a nasty disposition and angry tone. I turned to leave the store and I was stopped by the store manager. Michelle could see me speaking with the manager and was looking angrily in our direction . She needs some training on how to speak to and handle customers in a courteous and professional manner. I am truly shocked that Publix would hire someone with such a hateful demeanor. read more

This Publix seems to be going downhill. It used to be that the cashiers were so friendly and now they look bored with their jobs. Recently put in an "easy" online order for a platter of chicken wings. When we arrived it wasn't ready. They threw together some wings on a platter and charged us more. Very disappointed. The people who work here are very nice but the handicapped parking is usually full....and today when I went all 4 of the handicapped carts were in use. I have mentioned the parking issues at the store several times but today I just left and will probably not go back. I have shopped here since they day they opened. While there have been a few occasions where 1 or 3 employees may be having an off day, for the most part, they have stayed true to what the company has always expressed, the customer is first. I worked for Publix as a teenager in FL in the 80's and am happy to keep shopping here. The fried chicken is better than any restaurant, the rotisserie chickens are fantastic, and the subs are great. The bakery has a huge selection of great breads and desserts and the produce is top notch. On top of that the meat and seafood are really great as well as very helpful. If they don't have something in stock they will work to get it for you and the staff is always helpful, kind and courteous. read more

But the employees at this Publix are my favs. The other day I was getting out of the car with my two little ones and asked the person in the parking lot gathering shopping carts if I could have one. She asked me if I would prefer one of the kid friendly car shaped carts and when I said yes, she stopped what she was doing and went and got one for me! Use this as our grocery store 95% of the time. It's clean and well laid out, generally fast checkout and friendly staff. The pharmacy can get be backed up and take 20 minutes in line. They (pharmacy) don't seem to have a way to deal with surges. We've had about a half dozen times something was sold expired. I don't expect that ever at a major chain. They have always replaced it with no problems but I feel like it happens too often. I don't expect to need to check dates. New chip readers are horrible Phone tree is horrible. The pharmacy is one of the last choices, after meat. Do people really want to talk to a butcher more than a pharmacist? Deli is soooooo sloooooooooooow. read more
