This Publix Supermarket was walking distance from the Chinese restaurant. I came in mainly to get a sweet dessert from the bakery. Items such as donuts, cookies, pies, Danish, strudel, etc. were neatly displayed on the tables. I settled for an apple turnover from the display case which an employee kindly packaged for me, as well as a small cherry pie. Checkout was quick. Both cashier and bagger were pleasant. this store has been my favorite for over a year now I love the people who work here and their sushi tastes great! I recommend getting the sushi first thing as in the morning after it's made fresh is best! i travel here on my walks from home and they always greet me with a great attitude! read more

Just ordered 5 subs after a long day of Christmas shopping and no eating. Publics never has let me down so you could imagine my excitement to pick up my order and eat! I placed the order online to make it even easier to just pick up- and called in one seconds later to add. When returning home only ONE of the subs were made as requested. Cheese missing- lettuce missing- meat missing- oil missing - mayo missing- pickles added and so forth. SUPER disappointed. :( read more

This review is for both the Deli + Bakery. I was crunched for time on a Friday to grab a quick bite for lunch. Publix had a great special for a Boar's Head Ovengold Turkey Breast sub for $6! Yum! I had used the app for online ordering many times at OTHER area stores in the past UNSUCCESSFULLY, so I was a bit doubtful my order would be BOTH READY + AS REQUESTED! For $1 extra, I could also add bacon! And not only was my sub ready on time, it was also perfect! After issues in the past, this busy store NOW has great deli staff who care about their customers. I really liked this Publix. It was large, had a great deli area, I was able to find a lot of things I was looking for but not everything. PROS: - Usually the customer service is okay. They are nice but bothered to help you. - they have these specialty grapes that taste like cotton candy. So good - Variety of bagged salads - Enough parking - I was offered help to take my cart to my car. Nice option - they have deals in bins when you CONS: - alternative options of food were seldom, little, or not available for someone who misses Whole Foods and Trader Joe's - fresh made bread. There was 1 option for sourdough - Tight squeeze to get into deli area and rude people waiting for sandwich would move out of the way of other windows food cUstomers to see. Annoying - Prices are really high. I just moved here from Northern Cali where prices are high and this store matched the prices. - no options for fresh spinaCh besides a plastic container - Bulk optiOns are weak - they don't understand "tear" if you brinG your own container - no cart return if your parked somewhat close to front. This is my main grocery store. It's less than a mile from my house so it's where I do all my major grocery shopping at. Most of the cashiers are nice, but I do have a problem with the baggers. I appreciate the store hiring some disabled folks, but to put them on bagging duties becomes tedious. My wife and I just spent an hour in and out of isles trying maneuver around 900 pound women unable to reach marshmallow cream and screaming children not allowed to get their 200 grams of sugar donuts. We are ready to leave as soon as possible. We quickly place our reusable bag filled with reusable bags on the conveyer belt. Followed by all of the groceries right behind it. All of which is done in vain when we're met by the bagger that removes all of our bags so he can fill up the biggest one with two gallons of Rice Dream. By the time the bagging is finished, we're left with a mountain of bags and a confused look on our baggers face as he's unsure where to place them. Oh jeez, if only there was a bigger bag that housed all of the normal sized bags. In the store's defense, this is not the only location its happened at. Other than that, they have a good selection of vegan brands. Tofurkey, Daiya, Just Mayo, Veganaise, Sour Supreme, Beyond Meat, Gardein, Amy's, Silk, Soy Delicious and a few others. There's also no lobster tank anywhere in the store. I think of they ever installed one I would start shopping at Love's or Peggy's. read more

This Publix is my favorite location. Sometimes I drive out of my way to go there instead of one that's closer. The staff is all very friendly and the store is clean. I order subs all the time and they are always on time. read more

I am extremely disappointed in service at holly hill publix. One poor soul struggles to complete orders in deli while bag boys and cashiers enjoy carry on personal conversations. Cashiers stop work to correct me about where unwanted items should be placed. Meantime part of my order was not placed in cart. The constant covid shortages are irritating enough without employees inefficient and rude. read more

I love PUBLIX and have been to all in the area and many in the state. This is one of the smallest and oldest you will find. The food and quality is still the same but it is not my favorite to visit. It is a rarity for me to be at this location and needing to get something from PUBLIX. That said this is still a nice place to shop and I am sure once the layout is memorized I would not have to back track as much as I did. read more

Publix Pharmacy lets Clients like myself go without their epilepsy medication after being promised their meds would be filled a week before and now I go to call and ask and they are Frustrated like it's my fault ! I leave for my trip tomorrow and I have to go with generic medication because they cannot get their shiiiiiit together. Kim is so unprofessional I kindly asked her to call other Publix's to help and she sucked her teeth over the phone .... I'm so glad I wasn't there in person to witness this kind of unpleasant customer service. TY the store manager wasn't any help either . I ordered a cake from the bakery for a coworker's birthday. It was completed on time, which, I was thankful for and it looked great. The cake itself was much too dry and did not taste fresh. What was disappointing is the fact that I have ordered several cakes from this location before and I have never had a problem with the freshness of those cakes. read more

I have been shopping at Publix Markets for 50 years. I was so glad when one moved into my neighborhood so near, so convenient. I cannot recommend their prepared foods in the deli. The chicken is dry, the sides are over cooked. The subs look good, but the bread is so tough you can barely gnaw it. Twice the shredded lettuce was wilted and turning orange. I guess the worst is some of the ladies working there. Not polite, it doesn't matter how many are lined up, they just quit and walk away. I'll continue to buy most of my groceries at Publix but I'll not waste my time with the deli. read more

I have been a customer of Publix for many years. In fact, I go almost every other day since I live 2 blocks away. Over the past year I have been cheated. I have been short changed by the check out clerk & I have been given the wrong winnings for winning lottery tickets. Unfortunately, I could not prove it.
