Ok I shop at this Publix very often and have always been very happy with the store, the quality, friendliness and great customer service. For the store, I give them 5 . I've ordered subs and deli meats and cheeses too. But today I wanted to bring back a Boars head sub for dinner. There were a lot of people in line, which is ok. Something I noticed was the rotisserie chicken cooker. Raw chicken was sitting inside but the doors were open. I'm thinking, eww salmonella, chicken dropping below safe levels. The door was open for over 15 minutes! The employees were gathering another rack of chicken to load into the rotisserie cooker. Once that rack was loaded, the employees went back to gather more raw chicken...STILL leaving the door open. By the time it was my turn to order my sub, the chicken had been sitting in the open for over 30 minutes! The employees were not in any rush and didn't seem to care about the potential danger they created. They were mostly talking and laughing while the rotisserie door stood open. When I ordered my sub, I mentioned that the raw chicken had been out in the open for a long time. She didn't seem to care. No sense of urgency on anyone's part. This was on 5/18/26 around quarter to 4:00 . I picked up a few other items, passed by the rotisserie chicken around 5:00 and it was STILL open! I hope no one gets sick from eating that chicken. Not bad experience. However, I got a sandwich and asked for mustard and they only put a little bit on the vary back of it, so I barley tasted it there was also a loud crying baby that sounded like it was getting brutally murdered in the back of the Publix so that made the environment unlikable read more

I've shopped here for 6 years. It's great having a local grocery store, but my problem is they never have anything. For instance, playoffs all week long .. no sliders, no poppers, no potato skins.. Superbowl Sunday, They were out of wings by 2 pm ... Tonight I encountered a different guy in meat.... Curt crappy attitude... second or third time I've noticed a difference in attitude... THEY HAVE ATTITUDE . Last time I went to get a sub at 8 and they ignored me and the guy waiting till they had no choice but to say What can I get you ?! read more

use to love publix when it was owned and catered to florida residents. now they are more interested in the tourist and snow birds than the year round resident who live and work here. the shelves are now half trendy foods instead of affordable everyday meal foods. wish the original publix would come back. i am elderly, vet widow, and homebound have lived in fla. for close to 50 years. read more

Deli is very very verrryy slow. There are six people back here and its been ten minutes. This is not good service. There is also a girl behind the counter yelling at other people. Very rude and pushy and now she is no where to be found. Just had to ask for service. This Publix is fairly old and a class c store. It has been renovated in past couple years. Customer service is top notch.

Find that the fruits here are the best, I drive here just for them. Also have good pies, cakes, and other baked goodies. Staff is extremely friendly. read more

Very bad experience in the deli: we went in to get a sub. there was one person making sub which was the deli manager. There was at at least 2 people in the traditional area ( meat and cheese) and 3 or 4 off to the side dealing with the hot case. We waited in like for like 10 minutes and there were like 4 or 5 people behind us. Well, there was a lady that just finished getting her meat and cheese done and she cuts in front of everyone in the line for subs and the employee named Jess started making her flatbread. So I spoke and said maam there is a line and we have been waiting her that lady needs to get in line. the employee Jess said well I was helping her in the other area and I said that doesn't matter there is a line so she looks over at her manager and says, Darcy. Darcy then decides to get another person to help out while Jess takes care of the lady who cut in line. Jess was very rude about the situation, never apologized or nothing. Why should the lady cut in line? Jess did everything wrong and didn't handle the situation the right way. THE WORST DELI I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. SO RUDE!!! read more
