I was especially excited today because Lorraine was my cashier! When this Sprouts first opened, Lorraine was my cashier all the time, and I always enjoyed seeing her. I believe she received a promotion, so I don't get to see her on the floor as often anymore, but she still always recognizes me, greets me warmly, asks how I'm doing, and makes sure I don't need anything. It's just such a pleasant experience when you know the people who work there. And honestly, that's true of everyone at this location. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It really makes a difference when you can walk into your neighborhood store and feel like the people there genuinely care. Five stars all around! The only reason Aldi gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are out of products at times and they have something a couple of times and then it's gone forever. Also, there is basically zero customer service. They run on a bare bones staff even on the weekends. Sometimes you catch someone putting out stock and then you might exchange pleasantries with the cashier. If you want friendly customer service, this isn't necessarily the place. I'm a huge Trader Joe's fan but I also shop Aldi even though it's less because they won't put one in my neighborhood. If you've shopped both, you know one difference is cost. While not the posh experience of shopping at Trader Joe's, Aldi is more cost friendly. I go to Aldi for certain products and just to see what they might have because at times you find a product and then never see it again. Some products you can usually find are basics. Heavy cream is about half the price of any other grocer. Cheese, coffee, and sometimes fruits and veggies and even meat is very competitive on cost. And everything is good. I am also able to get some keto selections here. Bread, bars, ice cream, and my new find on this trip, keto hamburger buns! I wish they would add more. This location had a good supply of items but as with all Aldi's, you don't know what they may have or not that day. If you have never shopped at Aldi, 2 important tips: 1. Bring your own bags (unless you want to buy their bags, about 10 cents each) or you will have to find a box from their stock. They put them out in bins in the store for you to dig through. Sometimes pickings are slim. 2. Bring a quarter. You will need this to unlock a buggy if you need one (you probably will). When you return the buggy properly, you get your quarter back. I enjoy shopping at Aldi and it is less expensive! Just be prepared for the type of shopping experience and you won't be disappointed and will enjoy the savings!

I bought Publix store brand Ranch and it was still 0.50 more compared to generic Ranch from Aldi. This place is very budget friendly. Fruit and veggies are my Go To - you need to inspect carefully because sometimes they are spoiled already due to being in non refrigerated section. Aisles are wider now & you need a quarter to deposit for your shopping cart - pretty cool. Return the cart to get your money back. Reusable bags encouraged since they don't bag your stuff or buy paper bags there. An alternative is that you can find empty boxes to store your stuff which is what I do!

Less than $3 for all this food! This location is clean, busy on Saturdays as everyone is stocking up for the week. And there's plenty of ample parking. There are plenty of items that we do not buy there as they are close to the same price as Publix or other stores and if the stores are having a BOGO, there isn't a chance but there are tons of stuff that are lower in price and worth the drive. I am mindful of pricing per pound and chicken is not something we'll ever buy there as really the options are limited and pricing, not worth it, especially compared to Sam's or other club pricing. Recently, we tried out their online Click 'N Go and though it is extremely helpful for someone like my Dad who has trouble walking around much, I was somewhat disappointed. There is a specific item that my parents love and the quality and pricing is amazing so when ordering a large amount of numbers, the butcher staff told the Click 'N Go staff they didn't have enough packages to complete our order. I actually ordered 2 days ahead of time, not because I thought they would set them aside for us by 2 days but so they knew they had a large order coming up and would have time to prep and be able to complete the order fully but no success. On a hunch, I felt there would be a good chance that if I walked into the store and they would have more in the meat department and I was right. They had more than enough and we were there early so I know they prepped them that morning and just didn't want to have to do more for the store itself. Honestly, why does it matter if it goes to a Click 'N Go order or to someone walking in the store? I did mention this to the staff member that brought out our order because she apologized for not having the full order... she was shocked because she said that she specifically talked to them about our order as she was also the one who walked the store collecting our items. At the end of the day, we got the number of packages we wanted, but I shouldn't have had to walk into the store to do so myself. Just complete the order if you truly have the numbers to do so. I don't feel it was appropriate to act like they didn't have enough because they didn't want to do more work or that now I'll always feel I have to go in personally to check if the numbers are off. Other than that staff issue, we have had zero issues with customer service and everyone has been very helpful when trying to find something. They always are very accommodating towards my Dad and his need to go sit down while I am checking out for him. He is a typical Marine and even at the age of 78 with very bad knees, refuses to use any motorized carts, etc. so he gives them his card and goes to sit down while I handle the rest for him. Be sure to be mindful that the baggers only work for tips so be kind, ESPECIALLY when they are taking out your groceries for you and packing up your car.
