It is a little hard to find since the name on the business is different than what is listed in Google maps and what my doctor provided. They had it decorated with an old-time theme, which I really like. You'll enter through the side door, which was also a little hard to identify even with the sign telling us to use the side door. It just didn't seem like it was a business until entered. To be honest, I was not sure the business was open but it was very inviting once I entered the small space. I was greeted immediately and told someone will be me shortly. It did not take very long for the staff member to assist me and she was very kind at telling me what to expect, wait time and assisting me with information pertaining my prescription. This place comes highly recommended and now I understand why.

Aciphex, one of the medication on the auto renewal list, was delayed because they had to order it. A few days later, someone canceled it without any explanations. Two of my doctors, Dr. Schlanger and Dr. Sweeney, called in for medication renewal. I was out of those medication and was in desperate need of them. Mr. Shah claimed he had never received those orders. I don't know what he has against me, but I sensed foul play. So this afternoon (July 16, 2024) I switched to Publix in the same area.

I came in with two medium-size boxes, like I have done many times over the last six years. As I entered, a short female employee with long, dark hair called out that she couldn't take the boxes because of the sign on the side of the box. I questioned it, indicated that I know of the sign in their FedEx cabinet with SPECIFIC UN-battery numbers that they could not take, and that I had dropped these off many times before, and these numbers did not match the sign in their cabinet. She INSISTED she wasn't going to take them and refused to double check the numbers. Fine. Whatever. If you don't want to do your job, just say so. No one else was at the counter needing help, and there was another employee at the counter, so it wasn't like the counter would have been unmanned. Or at least give better and more believable lies to turn away packages. Like "the cabinet is full" or "the FedEx scanner is broken today."

What more can you ask for from your local pharmacy and the wait time is not at all bad either especially if you phone in the prescription ahead of arrival. Which is my preferred way to do. Love this place and won't be going any other places else no time soon. Open everyday for inside sale and for pick-up. Try them and you will like them as much as I do. I asked about the process in general and she continued to repeat it's the other store's problem. I clarified I was trying to understand the process and they reiterated that she doesn't know ... bc it's the other store's problem. Frustrated with the conversation turning negative and culminating in her hanging up, I decided to share this experience so others can know this: not everyone in the medical or pharmaceutical field joined to be of service and help people.
