Long lines, employees send you out to find the price for items rather than look it up, and then you get to carry everything out like you stole it if you don't want to pay for a bag. I feel ripped off every time, but only come here occasionally for the vegan treats for some kids I care for. If the staff were nicer, and the prices more reasonable, I would look forward to it. read more

Sprouts in Tucker was great when it first opened. The old staff used to know regulars by name. They would offer suggestions based on general conversations; I missed that. The new staff is friendly but they are not a personable as past employees. We don't shop at Sprouts very often but when we do it's always fun to see what kinds of items they have that differ from Whole Foods and other farmers markets. There's not really a wide selection of anything like you'd find at Publix or Kroger. But the produce does seem pretty good and I like the nuts/candy section where you can load up as much or as little as you want. read more

This time it's Sprouts that's the offender. I ordered sirloin filets through Instacart. I received the most pitiful, ugly piece of meat. I wouldn't have cooked it for my dog. it was nothing but fat and grisle. I should have made a photo but I didn't. It was labeled sirloin filet. My son volunteered to take it back to the store to return it and buy something edible. When he returned I noticed on the return receipt that the ugly meat rang up as "chuck" and not sirloin. So someone changed the wording on the label to say sirloin when it was a cheaper cut of meat. Not nice Sprouts. read more

This 2-star rating is for the customer service we received today. We came in around 2:15 pm​ on a Sunday to shop for apples and snacks. Typically we buy 50-60 apples from here every week. After carefully picking apples, we checked out. The lines were long today, busier than usual. When it was finally our turn, our cashier, Etoil, rung us up. She didn't say much, I don't think she even greeted us in any way. Certainly, ​we did not receive the same quality of customer service that we typically receive at Sprouts. Moreover, she was very rough when scanning AND then bagging the apples, i.e. plopping them roughly on the table. Apples bruise easily so we kindly asked her to be more gentle with them. But her demeanor did not change. She continued to plop the apples on the table like it's nobody's business​. With no regard to our request, I felt the need to step in and bag the rest of the apples myself. I will not be surprised when I find a bunch of bruised apples later. Sprouts Farmers Market location at Tucker, GA has just grandly opened yesterday that is on 4/26/2017. Everything is SUPER fresh. I always look for competitive prices and fresh quality groceries in the market and they are up to the mark on it. This is so conveniently located just off the 285 exit. I have really enjoyed my shopping here. Very friendly and welcoming. Some of their services are as Sandwich Bar, Salad Bar, Juice Bar, Fresh Sushi, Olive Bar, Beer and Wine. Another advantage here is that they sell nuts, seeds, dried fruit, etc by the scoop, so you can buy in small portions. They have a good variety of organic food and I love the self serve candy where you can get priced per pound. Prices are very competitive and the location is so convenient for me. I found the prices for fresh fruits and veggies to be very reasonable and competitive with other groceries. Their staff will be going round and distributing awesome samples and they are really friendly. They sell alkaline water too. The only downside would be because it's still so new, the parking lot was packed. Maybe once the newness wears off, it will be easier to get in and out of the lot. If you are in this area you should try to go and visit. You won't be disappointed. This is going to be my regular store for now. read more

Went here with my friend to get sushi. Apparently they have certain days where they have $5 sushi. I didnt have much interaction with the staff except there was some one in there giving out samples of the unbelieva burger. It was pretty good actually. We also encountered the cashier. She was very nice and helpful. I loved the store experience they had so much variety from essential oils, to vitamins, to food. Lastly, we got the sushi and wine. All of the sushi was delicious!! For store bought I was suprised at the quality. I also purchased a couple rolls for my husband. The wine was decent. It was pretty strong so I didn't drink much. I like Sprouts because it's not a mega store. This was my first visit to this location and I only ran in to get bread I had forgotten the night before at another store. This is a larger store than the one I shop at in Midtown so I'd like to come again to shop some of the sections like the deli and bakery when I have more time. The produce section from a quick glance looked pretty good too. One of my favorite Sprout items is the half cherry pie in the bakery section. They have one that is no sugar added also. I can't tell a difference in the taste so I always get that one when they have it. Bigger than the Sprouts I'm used to but still not a mega store. read more

I don't know if this black older lady is a shift manager or a store manager but she chose to let customers stand in line behind difficult customers (talking about plastic bags and food stamps) longer than 15min instead of opening up another register to ring people with quick purchases out. Also this new staff of older ladies move RIDICULOUSLY SLOW at the register and clearly need more training. Also only had 3 lanes open ON A SATURDAY. Sushi was higher priced. There was not anyone to check us out and they had to opens registers. Also, there scales are off at the register. I weighed the gummies at the store in the nut area before checking out and they are around 1.80 pds. The registered scale was 2.12 pds, which is incorrect and was charged extra. Got my food scale out at home and gummies around 1.80 pds too. Fix your scales! They charge for bags. read more

After shopping at Target, I headed to Sprouts. This Sprouts is newer. The whole plaza was renovated. They knocked down old buildings because my gynecologist used to be here. This Sprouts have a variety of hot food. This is the most I've seen at other Sprouts I've been to. What I love coming to Sprouts for is the bulk nuts, water, salt water taffy, and gluten free crackers. At times, I will get more ingredients and learn they have more than I want. I typically have a pretty good experience at Sprouts, but sadly, this was not one of those. There were many people shopping mid-day on a Friday. I hadn't had a wrap from the deli in a long time due to another not so great experience (food-only), but I said hey, maybe this will be different. Well I was doing some grocery shopping and from afar, I could see that many people were getting lunch at the deli. When I finally made my way over, there was only one guy fulfilling orders, while another girl was helping with the meat. I quickly realized that she was the same girl who prepared my wrap the last time and sadly, when she was done assisting at the meat counter she moseyed right along to the deli and picked up the next order to prepare, which unfortunately was mine. I said let me stand up to the glass this time to watch her and let her know how I want this prepared. All was good until she tried to put whole slices of tomato on my wrap. That's not my thing. So after watching her counterpart dice them up for another customer, I politely asked to have mine diced as well. "Oh, we don't do that" she said. I was like "Really, cuz he just did it." She said well they're not supposed to. I'm like girl, I'm asking to have my tomato chopped and you're telling me no. I was about to leave that wrap sitting right there. I'm like well you're coworker messed up and now I want the same thing. Maybe you aren't supposed to do it, but he just did it so........ Lol she got mad and gave in and I had diced tomatoes on my wrap. Enough of her, so after I got my wrap I went to stand in the long check-out line. The cashier wasn't looking too happy. I guess because she was asked to come in early and hadn't had a break yet. And actually, I don't guess that's what happened, I know because she voiced it. Of course this affected how she interacted with the customers and I didn't get a hi or thanks for shopping with us. Now, I do understand this wasn't entirely on her - she wasn't being treated fairly - I get it, but the customers shouldn't have to hear that. This is the first Sprouts I've ever been to and it recently opened in Tucker. It's a cute grocery store that reminds me of a cross between a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. I may like it better than both of those stores, though. They seem to have outstanding prices when it comes to produce. There is also a nice bakery, deli and juice bar. I'd say the dry goods, like cereal, are more expensive than a Kroger or Publix. Sprouts overall selection is smaller as well. Sprouts carries a lot of their own brands which have been good quality when I've tried them. I've heard from friends that the store runs great deals, specials and coupons often. read more

I haven't been this excited about a grocery store's opening ever. I'm from Maryland and had never heard of Sprouts till recently when everyone was talking about the anticipaction of the opening of this one in Tucker. Sprouts was described as a cross between Whole Foods and Trader Joes and I agree. I'm a bit of a health nut and love that I can shop here for most of my healthy eating needs. There are a few aisles dedicated to diet supplements which are all reasonably priced. Their tea section has almost every tea I have ever dreamed of, it's very impressive. Sprouts sells several store brand items and I absolutely love them all due to the great quality. A couple of my favorite Sprouts Brand items include Sprouts Blue Tortilla Chips with Sea Salt and Sprouts Old fashioned Vanilla Wafers. The produce is always fresh and they have an organic section and a regular section personally I feel the prices are much better than larger grocery store chains whether items are on sale or not. The prepared food section is awesome with fresh healthy selections to choose from. Their Brussel Sprouts are seasoned perfectly and are absolutely delicious, I also enjoy the rosemary shrimp. They offer a Caprese sandwich which is large, tasty, very filling and a cheaper option than going to a sandwhich shop. Checking out is always fast and all the staff is super friendly. Since Sprouts has opened I no longer have to go to 3 different grocery stores to find what I need, it's a 1 stop shop. read more

Love the new Sprouts on Lavista!!! I feed the stray cats around Northlake Mall so once I finish with them it's an easy stop here. There is plenty of well lit parking. I love that the store is small in size and that I can get in and out fast!!! The selection of my favorite vegan Daiya brand pizzas and food is great. I find a great selection of my favorite vegan, vegetarian and ethnic foods here. Baked goods and pastries range from mediocre to very good. I purchased scones that were marked organic and preservative free. I expected them to taste minimally processed and delicious. The cranberry and orange flavor tasted a little artificial and they were just ok. I had similar experiences with other baked goods. Produce is fresh and delicious. The store is clean and well organized. Employees are generally friendly and helpful. I really like this place!!! read more

When I first arrived in Atlanta my first day at work... Where would I grocery shop? After having my sorority sister rave about this grocery store I just knew I had to try it. Sprout is a cost friendly health food grocery store that supports me of all. Sprouts supports vegan, to vegetarians, and even the traditional healthy food connoisseur. No one is left out when visiting this location. Additionally the layout of the store is welcoming and easy to navigate. You have your breads and meats to the right side of the store, fruits and vegetables in the back, the left side is traditional boxed and packaged food, and the bulk items are in the middle closest to the register. The thing I enjoy most about Sprouts is the weekly specials. They are amazing and a great time to try new foods. You can't beat it. Overall I give this grocery store an A. The gentlemen in the meat section are phenomenal friendly and helpful, the layout of the store is easy to navigate, and the weekly sells are awesome. Pitfalls, because the food is more natural they don't hold as long so buy and eat what you need. No need to be glutinous. read more

I was at the Lavista location today and was checking out at around 7 pm. There were several people ahead of me waiting. The supervisor opened another register, 3 other people skipped us and went straight to her open register. I am sure she saw what happened but decided to ignored it. Just to give her the benefit of the doubt I spoke out and told her that it was not right and unfair for her to allow them to go ahead of us because we were waiting first. She gave me the evil eye and completely ignored me and continued to check them out. I didn't appreciate her and the other cashier participating in treating customers unfairly. I will not be shopping there anymore even though the store is minutes from my house. read more

The customer service at the deli where the meats are sliced is not good. They had an ad posted above the counter on July 9. I chose the turkey that was advertised on sale. After slicing it, they told me that was June's ad and I couldn't have the price without speaking to the supervisor! When I said I would like to speak to the supervisor, they adjusted the price. No apologies, not even a thank you. The last time I was there, they asked for my whole order ahead of time, and then reversed the quantities. They are not well trained, and don't understand customer service. read more

The store is okay. It's a nice change from the ordinary supermarket. One does need to be cautious when buying from the bulk bins. The lids don't stay open and who knows what drops into them when you're trying to get stuff out. And I have often bought nuts and seeds which were not fresh and had to be discarded. The salad bar is a real hit or miss. Sometimes it's okay; other times I pass it by because the items are wilted, brown, and unsafe to eat. The deli is hit or miss as well. There usually seems to be a party going on and it's hard to get someone's attention to be serviced. All that being said, I do like the store and will continue to shop there. read more

Awesome new location conveniently located on Lavista!!! No longer do I need to travel to Dunwoody or Roswell. Also, all the cashiers and customer service associates are so nice and approachable! Everyone I have come across since this place opened has been more than happy to assist and answer any questions.
