Publix Italian Sliced Bread-more holes than bread
    Ande S.

I am so tired of buying Publix Italian bread from their bakery. It is stale within 1 day of purchase. The dates posted on the bread are a joke. It never stays fresh like it use to do. It use to be fresh for about 3 days and then start getting less appealing in day 4. Now to top it off the bread has huge holes in each slice. Every loaf! Someone is not doing a good job in the bakery. The bread is a mess. Perhaps a new manager of the bakery should be a consideration. No quality control. I worked a few years ago in a Publix bakery in another state. I know how the bread should look and taste...also, the dates are not at all the same. Take a look at these photos. This Publix needs an overhaul. Start with the bakery. Not every customer has several kids so that the bread should only be good for 1 day.

We stopped here just to get some apple cider vinegar ... Publix has always been a easy quick in and out place ... I love it not to mention the subs are to die for

I ended up having a little cheat day and enjoyed a delicious soft serve with fresh strawberries -- it was so good! The staff members were very friendly, especially the cashier who helped me at the register. Her smile felt so genuine, and it honestly made me want to come back again. I even decided to pick up some peanut butter while I was there. The store was very clean and well organized, which made shopping comfortable and enjoyable. I shop at other grocery stores too, but this place is definitely becoming one of my favorites. You can also bring your own reusable bags, which is a nice bonus. The parking lot can be a little difficult on weekends, but overall I highly recommend this place!

I live about two…read morehours away, and whenever I'm in Orlando I usually get sucked into the whole Disney Springs vibe and never make it to all the other amazing local businesses. This trip, though, there was absolutely no Disney involved -- and we finally stopped here on our way home Sunday morning. I feel like you know you're getting older when you get excited about grocery shopping. Normally when I go to Publix, I'm irritated before I even get inside. But this place? A completely different experience. Walking through and seeing all the locally grown vegetables and the meat selection -- clearly labeled as hormone-free and without all the extra junk you get at typical grocery stores -- was honestly mind-blowing. The prices were so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I purposely brought a cooler for the two-hour drive home, and even with everything I bought, I didn't spend over $100. If I had purchased the same items at Publix, I'm convinced I would've been close to (or over) $200. Beyond the prices, the quality and overall vibe made it so enjoyable. You're not breaking the bank feeding your family, and you feel good knowing you're getting better-quality food. The staff was incredibly sweet and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was looking for boneless chicken, and one of the employees asked if that's what I needed. A few minutes later, he came back with multiple packs in his hands to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated it. One thing to know: the produce and meat sections are in two separate, unconnected rooms, so you check out separately in each. And if you're still riding that high from all the money you saved, there's soft-serve ice cream outside with seating -- which just makes the experience even better. For someone who truly despises grocery shopping, this was actually fun. I will absolutely make a special trip to Orlando just to come back here -- and next time, I'm bringing a bigger cooler.

Expired havarti cheeses were being sold for 50% off with a expiration date of April 10,2026. Whole raw milk ( not fit for human consumption ) is selling for 16.99 - 21.99 a gallon; which is significantly more expensive than other raw milk sellers in lake/ Orange County. Meat prices are listed as $/lb; but all frozen meat beef, chicken lamb, duck, pork only comes in more than 1 pound packages. They sell more prepackaged foods in Plastic than glass or paper packaging, than they did in the past. They have 1 small bison, 2-Emu, 2-Bramaha cows, 1-llama(recently sheared), ducks, and chicken to look at and pet if you want to. Sadly it looks like end stage Capitalism is happening at Lake Meadow Farm too. They seem to be more interested in profits than they do in customer satisfaction and customer service. They carry lafermière yougurt at 5.99 a container while target charges $3.19, and a instant charges $3.49. On on a sidenote, they do have little placards along the walkway from the parking lot to the store where you could put your child's face on a picture and show them as being a cow or a farmer if you choose. in retrospect, they used to always be expenses but now they're just ridiculously expensive. I hope you enjoy this review and if Lake Meadows wants to continue in business and not go under, they may wanna look at investment brokers to invest in their farm so that they can sell off the property and then close it off for a profit.

Smile, you're on candid camera! Lol The cabin is large enough to display the products they are selling. It is all self-service and you can pay via cash, Zelle or other cash-based apps. You will find QR codes for each payment app. They had 3 different types of raw honey. All the larger sizes above 8 oz were out so you just a bit more for the equivalent in smaller sizes (16 oz vs 2 - 8 oz jars). There was individual pricing for honey sticks which would've been great which to try but they only had packages of 100 sticks available. We got there around noon on a Saturday and noticed they were out of the sourdough and banana bread. Not sure if it is even stocked on a daily basis though. Pricing was very reasonable. It's nice to know that it is all very fresh from their own farm. You'll notice many more cameras on the outside when you walk back to your car. I'm sure they had to do this due to some jerks ruining the ambiance for everyone else. Either way, it's still a cool place to check out.
