Negative points. : I took my son here for their promotion rate for the first month. When I registered him they said that he could have a make up class as long as there is availability. What they didn't make it clear was that this was only the case if I had an active membership there meaning (continual membership month to month). Even though he didn't need a make up class, I wish they had make it clear in the beginning mentioning that only with continued membership , make up class would be possible whenever. I know it's just the wording. How I understood "active membership" vs their version. They shouldn't assume that people signing up will automatically continue after the first month. Secondly, wish they had cleaner facility. Specifically, Women's bathroom sink actually loooked dirty. I'm not expecting it to be so clean where I can see my face but it could have used some care. Also their floor could have been cleaner. I don't know how often they mop their place but it was dusty (and we were there for their first class which is 10 am) and noticed it two weeks straight.

I have had an excellent experience working with Kelli on improving my swim strokes. As someone who…read morestarted more seriously swimming as an adult, there were a lot of gaps in my technique. She has helped me to understand how to have more efficient and effective freestyle and strokes. In each coaching session, you get advice, then try to apply it while being taped, then look at the tape and adjust. It really helps you to see what you are doing versus what you thought you were doing. For me one of the biggest benefits is that Kelli is helping me to swim freestyle in a way that puts significantly less strain on my shoulders. I went from having some pain in my rotator cuff after any swim longer than an hour to having no pain at all. This will allow me to swim for decades to come without injury or pain. Very grateful! Coaching is way more comfortable and cost effective than setting myself up for shoulder surgery. Also, one final piece of advice is that I recommend you buy a package versus just one off coaching sessions. It takes time to really internalize changes and modify your strokes bit by bit.

Each one of his instructors throughout his journey at Goldfish Swim School have paid close attention to his technique and have worked with him to improve. He always receives positive reinforcement for his efforts. I really enjoy the atmosphere that his instructors provide. All in all, I'm a fan of the personnel all around. My family - my wife, I and our three grand-kids (13, 7 and 2 years old) came to the pool in the morning. Main entrance to family locker room was locked. One of two changing rooms was locked. But it was not the worst. When my 2 years old granddaughter under my wife supervision was playing with her small (3 inch), soft (made of rubber), floating duckling, some lifeguard came up to them. He forbade my granddaughter to play with her duckling in the pool. I've asked him: Why? He answered: Because of the pool rule - "NO TOYS IN THE POOL". I've asked him: Why? Is this toy dangerous to anyone? He rudely replayed: "Because this is the rule!" We had to take the toy from our kid. She started crying. Thus the person ruined our granddaughter's joy. I've asked him twice: What is your name? He refused to answer. Finally, I figured out his name from another person. His name is Bill. I understand that Bill hid his name because he knew that he had done something inappropriate. We used to attend the pool for more than 10 years. She truly makes every kid in her class feel so special and you can tell she enjoys her job. My son is very comfortable in the water so thank you Ariah and goldfish! We also had his first birthday party here..the staff and facility truly went over and beyond to make his first birthday perfect. They provide decorations, paper products, cupcakes, juice boxes...you can bring whatever outside food you would like. The staff wouldn't let us lift a finger...would ask where we wanted something and it was done! They helped serve the guest food, packed up for me, even cleaned my son highchair which was full of cake...like I said OVER AND BEYOND what I was expecting. Thank you Valentina and Ariah! As for the facility they keep it clean and if there is any issue in the pool they don't hesitate to shut it down.
