In February 2022, I moved into my apartment. Shortly after moving in, an individual followed me home from my workplace, fired at my vehicle, and broke into my garage. Because of these serious safety concerns, I no longer felt safe living at the property and vacated the apartment almost immediately. I filed a police report documenting these incidents. Despite providing documentation supporting the safety-related reasons for my departure, the property management charged me a $3,000 lease termination fee. I believe this charge was improper because my decision to leave was based on legitimate concerns for my personal safety. In 2026, I am challenging this debt again and requesting that it be removed from my record. Additionally, I was charged $150 for alleged carpet damage. However, I lived in Building 1, Unit 1201, which featured hard-surface flooring and did not have carpet. Because there was no carpet in my unit, I believe this charge was made in error and should also be removed. read more

One word... LOUD Cars constantly plowing through the entrance of the property night and day from the EOS gym (24hrs a day) and then racing down Paseo Verde like it's F1 with no rules, speed limit, or police. Nothing is being done about it. Also, the hallways are not cleaned often enough, with the same dirt on the carpet, floors, and walls for weeks. The door windows are always filthy. I have asked management to move due to my neighbors above me being loud, dropping furniture is the newest thing, among what sounds like dropping weights. I work from home so this is constant noise with no escape. I asked management to move me, cause i mentioned a child was running, management claimed that since it is running they would have to charge me 1,000 to move out of my apartment, they didnt consider all the other noises that i complained about (just the one) to charge me, I was willing to take on a new lease more expensive, less room but when they said that, not considering i am moving due to noise and no peace. Since asking and not willing to pay, management has let my calls fall to the wayside and not have gotten back to me. I have recently had to stay at a friends house cause the noise got so bad, now mind you they day have management sit in and i called so someone could come and listen from my unit no one answered or got back to me. Now i am paying 2,300 a month and staying by a friends for peace. i need management to pay attention as not only are they dropping furniture that prolly ruined the floors, but they continue with the noise cause its a few people sharing that space, management is not listening, nor done anything to help with this situation. they should deal with the tenants or should have let me move into another unit but trying to charge me when the neighbors below me don't have a problem, im moving cause of the noise, it seems greedy and not helpful, cause i try to be considerate as an apartment dweller. Me and my significant other came today trying to tour and we were excited loved the property and the area. Don't recall the name of the person who was helping me - she had short hair and bangs - anyways upon asking for help she definitely let it known that we were bothering her. She really didn't bother to make conversation during the tour or even tell us about the property. The tour felt really rush.. What I think the rudest thing is she was on a phone call the entire time.. I do find that a bit unprofessional and off putting. I called the main office to let them know. It's been 2 days and they haven't been able to handle the request. Previous experience renting from other luxury apartments in the Las Vegas valley, maintenance requests are handled that same day even non-emergency. This isn't an isolated request. When I moved in it took a week for them to fix the washer. This comes as no surprise. Withhold your rent if you're a resident struggling with the incompetence and the management at these apartments. I applied for an apartment on August 19th and the entire process has been a nightmare. For over a week, I had to call every single day because no one ever followed up with me, despite being told repeatedly that I would get a call back. Pearl has been extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and dismissive--always promising a manager would call, but it never happened. Today September 2nd I reached my breaking point after asking at 8 AM for the manager to call me to give an update on my application since I paid $400 to apply online, only to be told all day by Pearl that she was "in a meeting," even seven hours later I called again, Pearl AGAIN answered and told me she was in a meeting and Shay the regional manager would get back to me at 3pm. Of course I didn't hear anything back, at 3:45 I called again and I spoke with the assistant manager Elizabeth who then told me the manager wasn't even in the office. To make matters worse, they completely misled me about fees: I was told my waiver fee was $200, but once I applied, it suddenly became either $500 or a $1,250 nonrefundable fee, which is absolutely ridiculous and feels like a scam. The only person who was halfway decent was Brandon, but even he constantly would forgot things, forcing me to call again and again. I had even complained to Brendan about Pearl and he told me that she is going to a baby shower/party and she's stressed so she's been forgetting to tell the staff to get back to me which is absolutely insane. Save yourself the stress--this place has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and is not worth your time or money. I ended up asking for a refund which takes 30 days to receive in your mail....absolutely terrible terrible staff. Okay. So an update! Things are really wonderful here now! The staff and new managers are really nice and accommodating! My husband and I are planning to renew our lease. Pool and outdoor amenities are nicely maintained. Beautiful views of the city and sunsets. Staff are extremely friendly to our two fur babies! Overall we have been here for almost a year in September and have enjoyed our time here. If you are moving from out of town like we did you will enjoy the luxury accommodations which are not offered at any other properties we have looked at in Henderson! Here you go, Yelp. I am Never big on picking apart a business as I understand what operating one requires. At some point a line has to be drawn. I initially moved into this location with a amazing view of the Valley. Unfortunately, I was lied to when signing the lease. I was informed that the building being constructed in front of me would NOT obstruct my view of Las Vegas. Wow, was that wrong. This monstrosity sits directly in front of the whole valley. When I attempted to speak on this issue and possibly have my rate adjusted due to this I was met with a stoic response of , NO. I WAS informed, though, that the new buildings would be accesible using my key fob! Amazing I thought. I was advised that I could use the new gym(not that this one is bad but was led to believe that it would be slightly superior). When I attempted to enter the building I was met with constant red lights. I couldn't get in. I called and spoke with the manager, Edith, and was told that would've never been possible. Hmm, but this is what I was told. No, your fob only works in your buildings and not those. Why is my building now re-labelled to those of the buildings below me?! Heck, I sign into my account and it says the name of the new buildings.. ASPIRE. The sign in Front of my building says.. ASPIRE. That said, I cannot enter those buildings, even though I now live in, ASPIRE. The new building have a plethora of issues if they are to be considered "luxury". No elevator. Cosmetic damage all over the interiors. Lighting and wiring issues. Fire alarms are constantly sounding. Morning, noon and night. Reconstruction of the construction they just completed. Not to mention my own service requests have received zero assistance. 14 days and counting, folks. Had a slight sign of hope... received a call to schedule and appointment to get it rectified. Welp, they did not keep the schedule and when I called 7 TIMES to get some understanding I was left defeated. In fact, the last representative, Angel, was quite polite but must be a professional at this sort of thing.. she quickly hanged-up on me mid-sentence. Tried to call back with no luck. Long story short here people. What Used to be a Decent complex is now shite. Luxury apartment with dollar store hardware and fixtures. No solid wood but MDF everywhere. Maintenance that can't fix even a door hinge, Or the in-wall plumbing leak I have. Deception to the fullest. Subcontractors that had no idea what they were doing. I Seriously am curious how they even managed to get it passed by the City of Henderson building inspectors and Fire Marshalls. I advise, run, don't walk away. Oh, if you use any ride share, good luck. They have so many issues finding your location as the road that should be dedicated to these building is overrun with EoS users. Not shaming EoS or those staying healthy(or getting healthy), but the fact that maybe 5% of the traffic is those that live here and those gym folk do not care about you being in their way. Name is changed so ride shares are confused. The struggle is real. Might go through a building and clean once a week. Maybe. Dogs are know to leave their bodily refuse in elevators, halls, planters and, in some cases, roght in front of peoples' doors. Noise: 100% spot-on; Loud AF. I can't even walk around my apartment using my full foot. Oh no, just the balls(area right behind your toes). The amount of gypcrete that was placed is abysmal to nonexistent. Also willing to bet no acoustical sealant or sound mat used. Vandalism: I have heard about the new buildings near me and will confirm, a consistent police presence down there. Anyone familiar with the Las Vegas tunnel system? Yup, runs right at it. I can speak on this feom other incidences I am familiar with along this Same bike trail and on the same side of the highway. Flooring/Wallfinishes: Spot on. It is a plank but is LVP(LUXURY vinyl plank) which is far too consistent with cheap building these days. Might I also mention the square carpet inserts thatbare in the hallway. Easily removed/lifted by simply everyday use. As for walls, maybe 1 layer of paint and minimal insulation. Doors and hinges never repaired properly. Simple patchwork. I posted a picture of a spring-loaded hinge. Ever push a door hard and it stops quickly and tries to return to it's home position? Yup, never fixed. Water: Now more on my plumbing issue. Depending on how you set a shower valve and handle it can, well... leak, bt also affect the amount of hot water you get. Since the shotty replacement I have lost most hot water in shower. I get MAYBE 3 MINUTES of hot water otherwise I lose everything. Yes, some of this my be attributed to the water heater.. touché. I am trying to get the tank drained to remove any sediment in there. I am on-site frequently visiting my boyfriend and I want to point out that the maintenance worker- Olajawon is amazing, my boyfriend who has been living here a few years was so upset about a work order that hadn't been completed correctly (not saying names) from another worker and when he came, he listened to my boyfriend's complaint, was patient, knowledgeable, and took care of the issue same day with no issue. Rented this while rent market was a bit crazy so can't say it's good or bad, I'll just go over details. Beware if you're in "phase 2" of the complex. They don't usually tour it so there's a lot of maintaining that gets missed. Attached below is a picture of a door from the stairway, the handle has been hanging for a while but recently it finally fell off. Also please know that "lifestyle living " is ample here as you can enjoy a monthly brunch or cocktail hour... please note it is for only for those whom are on your lease. So if you have a family prepare that your 2 yr old should have applied and have a FICO score above 600 otherwise only you can eat, not your kids. In addition, if you are lucky enough to have a space adjacent to the street, you are in for a treat because regardless if you actually are a smoker, you will have a gang of smokers from our complex right outside your balcony! Yes, that's right all the smokers are directed to do so off the property premises so that means just feet away from your non smoking oasis you get a constant cycle of hourly smokers right outside your balcony not only can you leave your door open for the fall air but know that all smokers will also have the pleasure of intimately knowing your dishwashing routine along with the reality tv shows you watch. Living here is pretty enjoyable n peaceful. Everyone is nice and friendly here. Anytime I've had an issue and brought it to managements attention they've taken care of it. Edith has always been very responsive and helpful with any issue that I've had. Sometimes I might hear my neighbors but they are apartments so you have to expect that and even still it's not bad at all. The fact that the spray down the dogs area is everything cause if they didn't it would be pretty rough. The only thing I don't really like is how it isn't gated but it's not that big of an issue. Overall this is a fine place to reside and I wouldn't be deterred by some of these reviews. As long as you know how to communicate (politely) I'm sure you'll have a great experience. read more

So I moved into the newer buildings. I'm paying over $2k per month for rent to live here at Imagine Apartments, a.k.a. Aspire at Paseo. Is it worth it? In my own opinion, no. Pros: There is no carpet anywhere in my unit. The kitchen is nice and comes with quartz countertops, tiled backsplash, light gray cabinets and plenty of cabinetry. The bathrooms also having nice matching countertops and cabinetry. The kitchen appliances are stainless steel which includes a microwave, gas range, refrigerator with ice maker/water. There is no laundry room but the unit is equipped with front load washer/dryer located in the hallway. The are plenty of windows in the living room which is one of the things I really like. The second bathroom is designed nice and comes with a huge tub. Cons: The floors are very cheap. They can damage easily. The floors are not plank flooring. It's some type of vinyl that's made to look like plank flooring. My floors have unsightly air pockets and bubbles throughout my unit. My floors also have unsightly white paint droplets everywhere. There is no storage space. There is no linen closet. The master suite and master bath is small. The master bedroom only has a shower and it's very small. For a $2k apartment, I would expect a better looking bathroom and bigger shower. There is no valet trash service. There is no assigned parking. There is minimal covered parking. If you have an electric vehicle, good luck finding a charger. Currently there are no working EV chargers on the newer side. There are 4 chargers on the older side, one is in handicap parking. The other EV chargers are usually inaccessible due to people parking in spaces designated for EV only. I'm paying over $2k per month and I have to drive to downtown Las Vegas just to charge my Tesla at a Super Charger! Ridiculous! For $2k monthly, you'd think I'd get a unit with at least a view. Nope, I think those are even more. It might be worth it if this was a townhouse with an attached garage and I had somewhere to easily recharge my vehicle. For a 2 bedroom apartment, it's way overpriced! Well as soon a my new house is finished being built, I'm out of here! Can't wait! read more

The apartment, besides being their most expensive one, had holes and dirt everywhere (see pictures) which forces me to believe this is their standard move in process. I lived in Imagine ( Aspire now for 5 years . The first 2 years were fine, Crystal, Lonzano, the manager was great , very professional, knowing exactly what to do when a problem occurred . Unfortunately Crystal was transferred and the new manager , Edith ,and her team were just a disaster. Nothing gets done, problems are not resolved and if something gets done it is because of pressure from higher management (it happened recently with the pool cleaning . About security : it's non existent . you are going to know the local cops faster than your neighbors. some residents leave the building doors open , allowing outside people to come inside and steal packages. knock on doors, having showers at the pool, etc. Garages and storage units are broken into very often , cars are vandalized often ( it happened twice to me ). Management allowed a stranger to have access to my apartment and after told me it was a computer error. Pool area, hallways, game room are not cleaned often at all. Dog feces are everywhere and although it's the residents fault ,at the end management has to have it cleaned Elevator alarm was not working for several weeks. All this and more (extremely thin walls, , loud neighbors, etc) was more than enough to make us leave. Being in the desert , Aspire at Paseo Verde is just a mirage, looks good but doesn't exit. Pros Units are beautiful, elevator, fancy pool, amazing location, water dispenser in the fridge, lots of great views around the property overlooking the strip and valley, haven't ever heard adjacent neighbors Cons I moved into the new construction, and the unit was far from ready. It was filthy, despite being brand new. I had to mop the floors before I could do anything due to a thick layer of construction dirt and dust. Lots of paint splatters on appliances and the floors. Nails and screws everywhere. They told me when I signed the lease that I'd have carpet in the bedroom, which is something I wanted. That was a lie. There were many issues, and no matter how much I tried to get anything done, I was met with apathy and a "what do you want us to do" attitude. Just when I thought I was almost done getting everything fixed, I was falsely told the problem had resolved itself (which was impossible, due to the nature of the issues) and management cancelled all service appointments, leaving me starting from scratch. I had to keep apologizing at my new job for the constant interruptions. On top of that, I was offered nothing to help make up for the issue. It took a month to get fixed. Maintenance also left a huge mess in my apartment and left it for me to clean up myself. The price of a good location is the constant highway noise. If you have a balcony, over half of your bedroom wall is a window, which lets all the noise in. Speaking of noise, sometimes the trash comes before 7am on Saturdays - and it's loud! The crickets. They come in through the vents and doors and no amount of spray will get them out. People leave propped with rocks, all the time, voiding the security of a locked building. The sidewalk near the dumpsters lately have been covered with crickets to the point where you can't see the ground. It's something straight out of a horror movie. On security. I have witnessed multiple people come in off the streets at all hours of the day and bother residents. Had one guy knock on every door in the hall at 12:30am. I tried to warn my neighbors about it via our community forum and they denied my post. What's that? You don't want everyone to know that we had an intruder in our building? Just swept it under the rug like everything else. Recently a window on one of the garages was smashed, but we were never notified of any potential risk to the community. It's supposed to be a smoke free property. Ha. Constant smell of cigarettes. People smoke on their balconies and in community spaces like by the pool and on the roof deck with other people around. All of it is in plain view, and no one cares. They make you pay to replace parts of the appliances that you rent, despite the lease explicitly stating that they will pay to replace anything due to normal wear and tear. Lies. Maintenance takes over a week to respond to requests. Maintenance will also enter your unit without any warning, without knocking or announcing their presence. And they do this before 9am, when many people are still sleeping. Talk about terrifying, waking up to a stranger opening your bedroom door! Dog waste everywhere, inside, outside, elevator. Trash everywhere but the dumpsters. People let their dogs swim in the pool. Ew. Possibly the worst offense of all is the building number situation. They put the same numbers on the new buildings as the old ones. It took months for the new construction to even get on maps. Deliveries and drivers go to the wrong buildings all the time and there are multiple posts a day from people whose deliveries went to the wrong place. Could easily be fixed with more signage and instructions but no. There's one singular sign for the address in front of the new buildings. But they put a palm frond in front of it, so no one can see it! But also no one even knows to go there because you can't see the new buildings from the entrance off Paseo Verde, and there's no directions or signs indicating that there are more buildings tucked away in the back. No amount of complaining has done anything, and this place has been open for a year now. They raised my rent 15%. I later checked the listing for my unit online and they listed it for lower than they were going to charge me to renew. Wow! They clearly have no loyalty to their current residents. I've seen many reviews about how Ovation will keep the $1000 security deposit (on top of the nonrefundable $350 cleaning fee) at move out, even when there is no damage. Rest assured my unit will have minimal damage and certainly no mess exceeding 350. So if they decide to wrongfully keep my money, they will be seeing me in court so they have to prove how I caused +1k in damages to the apartment. I'll be sure to update this if it happens. This place is too expensive and infuriating to stay at. Don't be fooled by any reviews mentioning how responsive the managers are. They've ghosted me on nearly every issue I had. I just signed my lease here yesterday. I was torn between a two and a one bedroom. I chose the one bedroom. It is beautiful, great size for two people & the kitchen is absolutely lovely and crisp. I am so happy I chose this apartment as my new home. The office staff, leasing agents and manager are so nice. Seriously one of the kindest I've encounter during my search for a new apartment. There demeanor is absolutely lovely. All the ladies there that helped me are amazing, thank y'all (: i definitely recommend who ever reads this review to check Imagine Apartments out, it is def worth it, I'll leave a photo of the kitchen that I absolutely fell in love with so you can see it from my point of view. read more

Aspire at Paseo Apartments - Apartments Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Let me start this review with the context that I've lived in apartments, dorms, frat houses, etc for the last almost 10 years of my life, from Georgia to New York to Vegas. The staff here is exceptional, they are responsive and eager to address a y issue quickly. These are brand new apartments and we are the first to live in our unit. The walls and ceilings are incredibly thin here, to the point that I can hear what are probably normal footsteps above me that instead sound like a stampede of elephants. I know this as well because the people below me have complained about us being loud and noisy, when our routine is being at work for ~12 hours/day, come home, cook dinner, watch TV and go to bed. We don't exercise in our apartment, run around, rough house, rearrange, or anything that would be considered out of the ordinary yet we catch ourselves being conscious of out footstep' s weight so we don't cause too much noise below. The amenities are very nice, pool, gym, rec room with vending machines, and outdoor lounges. The community itself is fairly quiet with a good mix of older and younger residents. We also have experienced some bug issues with crickets and earwigs, but the staff has done everything in their power to remedy this issue, even scheduling regular pest control in our unit. Additionally, the main entrance does experience a lot of through traffic from those coming and going to EOS gym right behind the complex. This traffic can beco me annoying during busy gym times of the day, particularly with some people driving recklessly. All in all, the apartment finishes are nice, amenities are good, staff is excellent, walls are thin and through traffic is a frequent hassle. I'm looking forward to the day I don't share walls with a neighbor anymore! read more

Stay FAR away. I've never in 10 years of renting have rented from a more unprofessional and borderline criminal company. I was told after not resigning my lease that since I did not provide a 60 day notice so I would be on the hook for another 2 months. I was then informed by cox that someone was requesting services to my apartment and that someone was moving in 2 weeks later. I then received an additional charge from imagine requesting my rent plus a 1500$ early termination fee a month after my lease was up. I called them in July telling them I was moved out and the apartment would be ready in August the front desk person said because I did not provide that in writing they would not honor that and I would be responsible until October. they never contacted me about breaking the lease early and waited until September to move someone in and force the break the 60 days without my consent. There's also dog shit all over the place that never gets cleaned and took over a month to fix an elevator. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I called to inquire about the rental requirements to obtain an apartment and what the immediate denial reasons would be so that I would not waste time applying or spending money on an application knowing that I wouldn't stand a chance. Marq Del Monte (leasing agent) informed me of the second chance program approval in case there was a denial in the application so I proceeded to apply because he mentioned the reasons behind the second chance program. The next day, he called me and told me I was approved through the second chance program via corporate decision. The set move in date for the apartment was November 18. I asked to move in December 1 as I could not move in sooner. Marq informed me that it was above his pay grade to change the move in date as that would change my base rent. He provided me with corporates telephone number to ask for the change due to the company wanting $720 for the remaining days in November even though I strictly stated I could not move in until December 1. So I reached out to Ashley Lewis (corporate manager) to inquire about the lease start date change and that I didn't want to pay for the remaining days of November as I would not be able to move in yet as I am located in Reno, NV and must complete the remaining 2 weeks at my job. Ashley Lewis did not care even though she has the authority. She should not be in management. She informed me that she could not allow me to keep my base rent and allow me to move in December 1st. Ultimately, stating that my base rent would go up $200 just for changing the date to December 1. I informed Ashley that the apartment had already been vacant since August 4th so adjusting the lease start date and keeping the same base rent shouldn't be an issue as it's been empty for awhile. Ashley proceeded with an attitude that she could not make any adjustments. She told me she would change the date and send me the new lease agreement with the new start date. However, hours later I receive an email from Melissa (property manager as Aspire) and she stated "Per corporate we are missing a piece of documentation so unless we're able to receive that then we cannot approve your application at this time." So in my opinion, corporate must've never read through my application thoroughly to approve me then deny me 2 days later. Ashley Lewis should not be in management. She is rude, careless, and unprofessional. I feel that because I challenged her opinion she tried to find a loop hole to get me denied from the apartment. The next day after that, Melissa calls me to tell me they would refund my $350 redecorating fee. She also said she'd ask corporate to refund the $50 application fee since I was provided the wrong information from Marq from the get go. But of course, Ashley would not agree to giving me my full refund back because she's incompetent, negligent, and ignorant. But I'm glad that things didn't work out for me to get an apartment here because dealing with someone like Ashley in corporate she wouldn't care if you complained or had an issue to try to fix anything. DON'T MOVE HERE! STAFF are uneducated about company policies and corporate could care less about any issues. read more

Loved the location. Only thing I regret is the apartments not having gates . Pool is the best I've experienced in an apartment building .

If I could give no stars I would. Don't be fooled by the luxury outside view of the apartment. I been living here for a while now and this will definitely be my last year here. Management is terrible. Desiree has a nasty attitude and is no help. Maintenance don't know what they are doing and don't care about the property because they DONT LIVE HERE. Everyone at the office gets to go home and this is our home. They don't maintain the hallways. They smell bad. Why not put air fresheners in the hallways?? You put a maintenance request and they don't come for days and they have zero communication skills. They also have no cameras on the property. There has been plenty of cars broken into and catalytic converters being stolen and they have no cameras!!! How are you going to have a open community concept and have no cameras. Parking outside isn't safe. Gives the luxury apartment a false sense of security. Peoples dogs urinate and defecate in the hallways. They have so many problems going on and all they can worry about is residents can't have outside doormats which is stupid? You guys have bigger issues to worry about. I also pay for a garage that is so small and they don't tell disclose that the storage room and garage are separate. The paint in the garage is unfinished and there is damages in the garage. I told the office about it and all Desiree can say is that they are unfinished and she is aware of the problem. Lastly the new lady at the front office is rude. She never greets us or any of my guest when we walk in. Such a disappointment honestly. We pay so much in rent and they don't put the money back into the complex. It's sad. Save your money before coming here. Drive around a complex first and actually look at the outside areas. read more
