This is just the new name of the Mexico border transit service, and what they do is they will take you from San Ysidro into Tijuana. So basically crossing the border. It's also an airport shuttle apparently - although I've never seen anybody taking it to the airport - just down into Tijuana. It's pretty popular and does a pretty good job and most importantly it's very cheap. But there are long wait times, and they will often lie to you and tell you that you will have a bus within 15 minutes or 30 minutes. It can actually take hours. And getting back across the border can be really annoying.

Entering Tijuana at the border the bus pulled over, it was about 15 of us, they had to make sure we enter TJ by foot and they proceeded to ask why we were there. Well everyone knows the process. Anyways, I told the driver I needed to be picked up at around 6pm at the same location. Perfect, I was picked up along with my friend by another driver and this time it was a van. Others were also waiting from the same people the enter TJ along with us. Here comes the tricky part, once we hit the border they asked us to get off and that we were going to make line instead of crossing us by van (which I had already paid) we had to do it by foot. Our driver starts talking to another man which clearly this is how they scam people, he tells us we need to pay an additional $20 if we wanted to cross asap and not wait, and well I wanted to leave already because no one wants to be there after dark. This man, both scammers the driver for "Ticketon" also knows as "Turismo Express, INC" walked us all the way to the front of the line Smfh what a joke this was!!! Everyone was pushing us out the line, and screaming at the border patrol agents that we were cutting in line and that we didn't belong there. This was beyond embarrassing, I couldn't believe what was happening. I would be pissed off also if I was waiting in life forever just for someone to cut in!!!!!! I kept apologizing to everyone, please avoid this place at all cost. Never ever again!!! This place is Fkn fraud.

I carry a travel bed to help as much as possible. But he is still a task-trained service dog. After we got this misunderstanding straightened out, the ride went smoothly. The interior could have been cleaner. I don't believe it's wheelchair accessible. The shuttle dropped us off at the rental car center at the airport. Free airport shuttles leave frequently for both of the terminals. All in all, it's a convenient, inexpensive option to get between the airport and the CBX. Tickets can be bought online, in the CBX app, or in person.

Avoid the company and don't book through CBX. I'd suggest reporting to BBB.

The Greyhound near the border with Tijuana - which is literally within walking distance of the border - is mainly here so that everybody traveling between San Diego and Tijuana can easily get downtown, but also can jump on the Greyhounds to the rest of the country. And of course there's a premium outlet mall here for all the Mexicans that come across for shopping, which you'd be surprised to find is actually a huge amount of them, in fact I might say shopping is the main reason Mexicans cross the border, according to Barbi who is Mexican and according to what I see at this border. You can walk here across a raised walkway. From the mall. It's also one of the busiest San Diego trolley stations with up to 20,000 passengers every single day. It was renovated in 2015 and is a big stop for Greyhounds they're taking people to the Border or picking them up from the border.

My girlfriend and I have been using this company for transportation every weekend for 7 months now from the border to Moreno Valley. Easy to book tickets over the phone, online website, or the Busbud application which is what we mainly use. Vehicles are newer Mercedes transport vans which make for a comfortable ride. Not only was it a way to drastically cut our expenses (domestic flights from within Mexico are obviously way cheaper than international flights from LA), but it was such a calm, streamlined, easy operation. We got to the parking lot early for our 7am flight out of Tijuana, walked to the check in terminal & that's where we encountered our one and only 'hiccup.' Because we had 3 children with us, the Viva desk check-in said we needed to speak to a representative but we were told the only one on duty at that time was in the restroom. Luckily the stand alone kiosk on the other side of the area worked out fine. All of this was more of a Viva issue than a CBX one. We breezed through the bridge over the boarder & customs took no time at all. It was one of the quickest customs experiences I've ever had. We got dumped out right at the bag check area & were on for our trip. Coming home was just as easy. We got our bags and followed the well marked signs to CBX to walk over the boarder & do customs. Customs took a tad bit longer than going to Mexico, but that's more of a US thing than CBX. We still got through in was less time than expected, even when arriving on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when I would normally expect huge crowds of people trying to get in to the country. In all, we saved hundreds of dollars even after paying for CBX & parking on location. We will always be using them from here on out for any family trips to Mexico.

He took us to some of the most beautiful wineries that were tucked away with the most amazing wine. I felt nothing but safe and relaxed during our trip. We had an amazing time!
