I was in the area and I was running low on juice juice. Vaping out the front door of the restaurant I was chillin in, I saw this store. So I went and checked it out. Guy behind the counter helped me once I reached the queue. I asked him if there was anything he would suggest for someone who likes more of the dessert-ish type flavors. He did mention a couple, but the down side of this shop is that I cant sample the product. Long story short,, I took his word for it. Lemon Tart juice that's won awards, so he says, took me a bit to get used to. But its alright,, its not really my favorite thing in the world. I did also buy some vape wick for my head. Anyways I would buy stuff here again. Only if they carry the same exact brand and flavor juice I want to buy. It's tough when you can't sample and you're taking the associates word for it. The manager told me to bring back the seahorse if anything happened to it. She really stressed and if anything happened to it I could bring the thing back. She told me like three times to save the receipt and everything. I even went through the garbage at home to find the receipt to make sure I could get a replacement for the shitty product. It broke within one day and I brought it back and she told me I have to mail it in to get a replacement. She told me pretty much screw you so I said screw you you and left. Awful service. read more

Store has tons of knock knacks, but I'm not a fan of having my driver license scanned for a tobacco purchase. I totally understand checking my DL to confirm my age, but what's the point in scanning it. I don't want/need my purchases to be tracked more than they already are! Neither time did the cashier ask to scan my license, let alone even ask to see for verification purposes. I didn't want to assume that the first gentleman was being bias or not, but I definitely didn't have a problem get the product with the others. That actually angered me a little m, because I now want to know the guys initial reason for refusing the sale. Another one of those darn Smoker's Outlets! This place is a sliver of a store that seems to be a long hallway. Actually, now that I think about it, the rear entrance is a very long hallway that... seems like a hall in a hospital. They have pretty good prices on everything, but that's not why I'm reviewing them. They, by far, have the largest selection of rolling supplies I've ever seen. This is the first place I've ever seen one of the automatic rolling machines! It's a strange contraption that's supposed to cut down the time of rolling. I don't know about you, but I can roll pretty quickly... and it seems like this thing would just be a hindrance. Given that you could get a good manual roller for about $40 doesn't help my opinion either; this thing was well over $200! If you have to stop to get your nic fix, then this would be the best place for it. What, are you going to buy a pack in a bar and pay double what you would at SO? read more

I've come in a few times and only once did I find an employee who seemed willing to assist with answers to questions. Often they are out of things and the prices tend to be higher than what I have seen elsewhere. You have to pay to park and the Ferndale Parking Punks are on the lot like a Michigander on a Coney Dog. After paying .50¢ to park then added to any purchases, well, I'll find another place to purchase items. Maybe if they were a tad friendlier the extra cost is worth it. My views should not stop anyone from going, I'm just expectant of more than I got. read more

I was there to buy a gift , clearly didn't know what I was looking for and was never offered helped. I've been in here a couple of times now; once to purchase lighter fluid and smokes, and the second time to get a vaping setup; they definitely have plenty of products for the flame or electronic based smoker. All three staff members that I've met are incredibly helpful, friendly, and very enthusiastic. They helped me look for the right vape setup for probably over an hour, and never broke a sweat or got irritated with me. Going into this store with my hubby took me back to my days of being a rep for a tobacco company. Everything looked as I remembered. Roll your own paper and machines, chewing tobacco, cigars and all sorts of other tobacco related products. Pricing is moderate since Michigan has the third highest tobacco tax in the nation. But if your looking for a large selection on just about anything tobacco this is the store for you. The clerk was friendly and helpful. What's unfortunate about a tobacco store is that the product is so expensive to stock and upon entrance you would believe that the store was poorly stocked or going out of business. Not so. I got double charged on my credit card. It has now been 8 days and 3 visits to try and get corrected. They all "call corporate" and say it should be taken care of. It's not. I recently moved to Michigan & had trouble finding places that sell pipe tobacco but finally found the right wording on Google & Wild Bill's has many locations! I was initially impressed by the selection although they didn't carry the brands that I buy in Ohio. I tried some different things they carry but their name brand Wild Bill's cigarette tubes are awful! They were cheaper than what I normally use so naturally I bought a bunch lol. My mistake they burned making a mess everywhere and burning cigarette paper flies all over! It's terrible! Also the Wild Bill's tobacco is stale and they won't exchange it. Since you buy it by weight you should be allowed to. Anyway, they have a great selection of blown glass, vapor pens, electronic cigarettes and other things. But beware using your credit or debit cards because they've double charged my card for a small amount but I like cash typically so that's really something that you need to look closely at. I had to dispute the overcharge with my card company to get the money. It took almost 90days but I retrieved my $9.00 that I was charged twice for. If I'm forced to go to Wild Bill's tobacco I'll only use cash! There's another tobacco outlet closer to 94 that I prefer so keep the Tobacco Shop in mind if you're in the area. read more

Poor customer service or racist individuals that are not willing to assist people that look like me. Went to the store and this is the second time In a row the customer service was absolutely horrible. There were three people working when I came into the store on 9/24/20 around 1720 (5:20) and one other customer, no one working said anything to me not a hi, hello, how are you, or do you need help with anything even after I verbally voiced that the service was horrible and you shouldn't volunteering work in customer service if you have issues with the public. Previously Wild bills reaches out publicly to me but when I email them they stop replying. They asked me to email them what happened so I did. Then they sent me a email back asking on what date and time did this occur, I tell them and they stop responding.
