With dispensaries spring up like weeds - I know, I know, low-hanging fruit - it's easy to be seduced by the deals being offered by legitimate dispensaries competing for your business. But I keep coming back to this March and Ash because one of their budtenders named Zach completely floored me with his customer service. I'm your average Joe who likes to smoke weed on the weekends and with each passing minute, it seems, weed is getting increasingly sophisticated. So, it's nice when you have a rep of your company who is not only mind-bogglingly knowledgeable and detailed, but whose energy, charm, and wit match. (Not to mention his sexual energy is off the charts.) But I digress. He spent almost twenty minutes with me explaining resin-based products, why they smell the way they do, he justified the cost, and basically provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. Customer service can come from any source, And my source for all things cannabis will continue to be this March and Ash at this location until the day when my heart breaks learning of Zach's departure. My sister recommended this dispensary. I live with chronic pain. First off, they are cash only which is inconvenient, especially when I usually spend. $$$ every visit to a dispensary. The service at this place was amazing! I forgot the name of the woman that helped me but she was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time inside a dispensary in this area and it was perfect. I had asked for certain effects and everything that I like and the woman had no problem showing me around and was great at suggesting things I may like. They also had wonderful deals and a great 30% off for first time customers. The selection was good and I really enjoyed my time here, most dispensaries are pretty male dominated but this one had a lot of women working and it made me feel great. The flower here is always great and the verity is nice. I only smoke indica and the guy helped me choose two strains that I ended up really enjoying. But once I went for pickup in store bald tall light skinned guy says the total is wrong that they gave me 20% off on a flav cart and it doesn't apply !! They switched the policy for pickups that we have to wait in the lobby with everyone else when we pre ordered before everyone. They need to change it back it's such an inconvenience. The min of 30$ for a pickup is beyond silly. It shouldn't matter the amount if your ordering product to pickup in store... i could understand a delivery but not a pickup that is beyond inconvient and unprofessional, Do better March and Ash. Went in with my medical card for the first time (I barley got it) and it was a bumpy process but the two ladies at the front desk were so helpful and as well as this funny fellow he helped me get what I wanted and being my first time that 30% off helped a lot. I try to avoid March And Ash. They have a nice store design but the products blow and their customer service is poor. Today I went because I saw a deal on Weedmaps which they didn't honor. In addition, they do not follow laws for medical Marijuana card holders. They still charge you state tax which they are not allowed to even if the product is discounted. The employee, Nissa, was an awful hire. Not certain how she got through the interview process. She is rude, careless and lacks knowledge. Never going back again. Had bought a cartridge called Rove. Little do I know it has its own special battery. That's fine I go back inside and tell them I got a Rove battery so I buy it. I open the box trying to slide it open and try not rip it open. it won't budge so I tear it open. Come to find out it's the wrong battery one I already have. It's a pod battery. So I literally spend over $70 to not be able to even smoke the cartridge. So now I'm just pissed off and got two things I can't use. What a waste of money. Then they tell the manager and he says he can't take the weed back. Cool understandable. Can you at least give me the right pen? Fix the problem? Nope nothing was done to solve the issues apparently i have to spend more money just to get the right pen. Never had an issues until today. When you walk in, it's like the Whole Foods of recreational cannabis. This place is immaculate. And for the environmentally conscious, there's even a charging station. Jordan helped us today and not only was his service outstanding, he even educated us on the pros and cons of investing in a vaporizer. I'm old school, so I like flowers, but sometimes you need the discretion of a vape. Even though the space is small, they do utilize it effectively without it being too cluttered and crowded. Make sure you check your receipt. I only go on Tuesdays for the no tax offer (or rather they drop price of product to the tune of the tax), BUT I guess you cannot stack discounts since I realized when I got home yesterday they used my loyalty dollars (or whatever accumulates from purchases) and I did not get the no tax discount ($11 off vs. $6). They asked if I wanted to use those funds, and I said yes assuming it was on top of the no tax discount. If someone from this store could let me know if that is the case that would be appreciated. read more
